1 BOEIPA loh rhimomnah te a bai a bai tih manghai coeng. BOEIPA loh a sarhi a vah coeng dongah, lunglai loh cak tih tuen pawh.

The Lord reigneth, he is clothed with excellency; the Lord is clothed, he hath girded himself with strength: [therefore] also the world is firmly established, that it cannot be moved.

2 Na ngolkhoel tah na khosuen lamloh, dingrhae dingkhoi lamlong ni a. tawn coeng.

Firmly established is thy throne from the beginning: from everlasting art thou [God].

3 Tuiva rhoek loh samboek uh coeng BOEIPA. Tuiva loh a ol a huel uh. Tuiva tuiphu loh thoo uh coeng.

The rivers have lifted up, O Lord, the rivers have lifted up their voice; the rivers lift up their waves.

4 BOEIPA tah hmuensang ah tui ol lakah muep khuet tih, tuitunli kah tuiphu lakah khaw khuet ngai.

[But] more than the noise of great waters, than the mighty billows of the sea, is the Lord excellent on high.

5 Na olphong tah bahoeng thuem tih, BOEIPA kah cimcaihnah loh na im te hnin takuem ah a damyal sak.

Thy testimonies are exceedingly steadfast: in thy house abideth holiness, O Lord! to the utmost length of days.
