1 Aka dueng rhoek aw BOEIPA dongah koehnah a rhoeprhui neh a thuem la tamhoe uh.
Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: [for] praise is comely for the upright.
2 BOEIPA te rhotoeng neh uem uh lah. Thangpa parha neh amah te tingtoeng uh lah.
Praise the LORD with harp: sing to him with the psaltery [and] an instrument of ten strings.
3 Amah taengah tamlung neh detdet tum lamtah laa thai sa uh lah.
Sing to him a new song; play skillfully with a loud noise.
4 BOEIPA kah olka tah thuem tih, a bibi boeih khaw uepomnah la om.
For the word of the LORD [is] right; and all his works [are done] in truth.
5 Duengnah neh tiktamnah aka lungnah, BOEIPA kah sitlohnah he diklai ah baetawt.
He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.
6 BOEIPA kah olka loh vaan rhoek neh, a ka lamkah a hil loh vaan caempuei boeih ke a saii uh.
By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
7 Tuitunli kah tui rhoek te som bangla na calui tih, tuidung thakvoh khuiah na khueh.
He gathereth the waters of the sea together as a heap: he layeth up the depth in store-houses.
8 Amah kah diklai pum loh BOEIPA te rhih uh saeh. Lunglai boeih kah khosa rhoek loh amah taengah bakuep uh saeh.
Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
9 Amah loh a thui tih amah la coeng. Amah loh a uen tih amah khak pai.
For he spoke, and it was [done]; he commanded, and it stood fast.
10 BOEIPA loh namtom kah cilsuep te a hnalval pah tih, pilnam kah a kopoek te a tomta pah.
The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to naught: he maketh the devices of the people of no effect.
11 BOEIPA kah a cilsuep tah thawnpuei phoeikah thawnpuei patoeng kah a lungbuei kopoek ah kumhal duela cak.
The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
12 A Pathen YAHWEH kah namtu tah a yoethen, pilnam khaw amah kah rho la a coelh.
Blessed [is] the nation whose God [is] the LORD; [and] the people [whom] he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
13 BOEIPA loh hlang capa boeih te vaan lamkah a paelki tih a hmuh.
The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.
14 A ngol hmuen lamloh diklai khosa boeih te a hmaitang thil.
From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.
15 Amih kah lungbuei tun aka hlinsai loh, amih kah bibi boeih te a yakming.
He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.
16 Manghai he tatthai hlangrhalh hlangping loh khang pawt tih, thadueng cangpai long khaw a huul moenih.
There is no king saved by the multitude of a host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.
17 Loeihnah ham marhang khaw a hong tih, anih kah thadueng a kum neh poenghal mahpawh.
A horse [is] a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver [any] by his great strength.
18 Amah aka rhih so neh a sitlohnah dongah aka hangdang rhoek sokah BOEIPA mik aih ke.
Behold, the eye of the LORD [is] upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;
19 Amih kah hinglu te dueknah lamkah huul ham neh khokha kut khui lamkah hing sak ham ni.
To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
20 BOEIPA tah mamih kah bomkung neh mamih photling la a om dongah mamih kah hinglu loh a rhingda.
Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he [is] our help and our shield.
21 A cimcaihnah ming dongah m'pangtung uh dongah mamih lungbuei tah amah dongah a kohoe.
For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.
22 Nang dongah ka hangdang uh vanbangla kai soah BOEIPA nang kah sitlohnah ha om saeh.
Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.
