1 [David kah Tingtoenglung] Pathen ca rhoek BOEIPA te paan uh lah. Thangpomnah, sarhi neh BOEIPA te paan uh lah.

“A psalm of David.” Ascribe unto the Lord, O ye sons of the mighty, ascribe unto the Lord glory and strength.

2 A ming thangpomnah he BOEIPA koe la ming uh. Aka cim rhuepomnah neh BOEIPA taengah bakop uh lah.

Ascribe unto the Lord the glory of his name; bow down to the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

3 BOEIPA ol tah tui soah om. Thangpomnah Pathen tah kho la hum. BOEIPA tah tui puei soah om.

The voice of the Lord is upon the waters; the God of glory thundereth, the Lord—upon mighty waters.

4 BOEIPA ol tah thadueng neh, BOEIPA ol tah rhuepomnah neh om.

The voice of the Lord [resoundeth] with power; the voice of the Lord [resoundeth] with majesty.

5 BOEIPA ol loh lamphai thing a koi tih BOEIPA loh Lebanon kah lamphai thing a khaem.

The voice of the Lord breaketh in pieces the cedars; yea, the Lord shivereth the cedars of Lebanon;

6 Lebanon vaitoca neh Sirion cung ca bangla n'cungpet sak.

And he maketh them skip like a calf; Lebanon and Siryon like young reems.

7 BOEIPA ol loh hmaisai hmai khaw a muk.

The voice of the Lord heweth out flames of fire.

8 BOEIPA ol loh khosoek khaw a huek. BOEIPA loh Kadesh khosoek a hinghuen.

The voice of the Lord shaketh the wilderness; the Lord shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

9 BOEIPA ol loh sayuk rhuinu te a huek tih duup khaw a tlaai sak dongah a cungkuem loh a bawkim ah thangpomnah a thui uh.

The voice of the Lord causeth the hinds to start, and maketh bare forests: and in his temple every thing speaketh [of his] glory.

10 BOEIPA tah tuilii soah ngol tih BOEIPA tah kumhal ham manghai la ngol.

The Lord sat [enthroned] at the flood: and the Lord will sit as King for ever.

11 BOEIPA loh a pilnam taengah sarhi a paek. BOEIPA loh a pilnam te ngaimongnah neh yoethen a paek.

The Lord will give strength unto his people: the Lord will bless his people with peace.
