1 David kah Tingtoenglung Diklai neh a a cungkuem khaw, lunglai neh anih dongkah khosa rhoek khaw BOEIPA kah ni.

A PSALM OF DAVID. To YHWH [is] the earth and its fullness, The world and the inhabitants in it.

2 Amah loh tuitunli dongah a sut tih tuiva dongah a pai sak.

For He has founded it on the seas, And He establishes it on the floods.

3 BOEIPA tlang la unim aka luei vetih a hmuen cim ah unim aka pai eh?

Who goes up into the hill of YHWH? And who rises up in His holy place?

4 A kut aka ommongsitoe tih thinko aka caih, a hinglu loh a poeyoek la aka nuen pawh, hlangthai palat la ol aka caeng pawt long ni,

The clean of hands, and pure of heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, Nor has sworn to deceit.

5 BOEIPA taeng lamkah yoethennah neh daemnah Pathen amah taengkah duengnah te a dang eh.

He carries away a blessing from YHWH, Righteousness from the God of his salvation.

6 BOEIPA te a tlap la aka tlap thawnpuei tah Jakob Pathen namah maelhmai aka tlap rhoek pai ni. (Selah)

This [is] a generation of those seeking Him. Seeking Your face, O Jacob! (Selah)

7 Aw vong ka rhoek na lu dangrhoek uh lah. Khosuen thohka rhoek khaw pom uh hang lamtah thangpomnah manghai kun lah saeh.

Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O perpetual doors! And the King of Glory comes in!

8 Thangpomnah manghai he unim? BOEIPA hlangtlung pa-al neh hlangrhalh pai ni. BOEIPA tah caemtloek hlangrhalh pai ni.

Who [is] this—“the King of Glory?” YHWH—strong and mighty, YHWH, the mighty in battle.

9 Aw vong ka rhoek na lu dangrhoek uh lah. Khosuen thohka rhoek khaw rhoep uh lamtah thangpomnah manghai kun lah saeh.

Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O perpetual doors! And the King of Glory comes in!

10 Thangpomnah manghai amah he unim? Thangpomnah manghai tah caempuei BOEIPA amah pai ni. (Selah)

Who [is] He—this “King of Glory?” YHWH of hosts—He [is] the King of Glory! (Selah)
