1 He tah Moses neh Aaron kut hmuiah amamih kah, caempuei neh Egypt kho lamloh. a coe uh vaengkah Israel ca rhoek kah longcaeh ni.
These are the stages in the journeys of the children of Israel [God prevails], as they left the land of Egypt [Abode of slavery] divided into groups under the leadership of Moses [Drawn out] and Aaron [Light-bringer].
2 Moses loh BOEIPA olka bangla a longpueng kah a pongthohnah te. a daek. He rhoek he a longpueng uh vaengkah amih kah, pongthohnah ni.
Moses [Drawn out] recorded each of the stages of their journeys by the order of Adonai. These are their journeys according to their goings out.
3 A hla lamhmacuek dongkah hla sae hnin hlai nga dongah Raameses lamloh cet uh. Yoom vuen ah Israel ca rhoek te coe uh tih Egypt pum kah, mikhmuh ah kut. a thueng uh.
They traveled from Rameses in the first month Nissan ·Miracles (in Aramaic), 1·, on the fifteenth day of the first month Nissan ·Miracles (in Aramaic), 1·; on the next day after the Pesac ·Passover·, the children of Israel [God prevails] went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians [people from Abode of slavery],

while the Egyptians [people from Abode of slavery] were burying all their firstborn, whom Adonai had struck among them. Adonai also executed judgments on their deities.
5 Israel ca rhoek te Raameses lamloh cet tih Sukkoth ah rhaeh uh.
The children of Israel [God prevails] traveled from Rameses, and encamped in Sukkot.
6 Sukkoth lamloh cet uh tih khosoek hmoi kah Etham ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Sukkot, and encamped in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.
7 Etham lamloh. a caeh uh vaengah Baalzephon rhaldan kah Pihahiroth la mael uh tih Migdol rhaldan ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Etham, and turned back to Pihahiroth, which is before Baal Zephon: and they encamped before Migdol.
8 Pihahiroth rhaldan lamloh. a caeh uh vaengah tuipuei laklung ah khosoek la kat uh. Etham khosoek ah hnin thum longcaeh te cet uh tih Marah ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from before Hahiroth, and crossed through the middle of the sea into the wilderness. They went three days’ journey in the wilderness of Etham, and encamped in Marah [Bitter].
9 Marah lamloh cet uh tih Elim la pawk uh. Elim ah tuiphuet tui hlai nit neh rhophoe sawmrhih om tih pahoi rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Marah [Bitter], and came to Elim. In Elim, there were twelve springs of water, and seventy palm trees; and they encamped there.
10 Elim lamloh cet uh tih carhaek tuipuei ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Elim, and encamped by the Sea of Suf [Reed Sea].
11 Carhaek tuipuei lamloh cet uh tih Sin khosoek ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from the Sea of Suf [Reed Sea], and encamped in the wilderness of Cin [Clay].
12 Sin khosoek lamloh cet uh tih Dophkah ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from the wilderness of Cin [Clay], and encamped in Dophkah.

They traveled from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.

They traveled from Alush, and encamped in Rephidim, where there was no water for the people to drink.

They traveled from Hazeroth, and encamped in Rithmah.

They traveled from Rithmah, and encamped in Rimmon Perez.
20 Rimmonperez lamloh cet uh tih Libnah ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Rimmon Perez, and encamped in Libnah.
21 Libnah lamloh cet uh tih Rissah ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Libnah, and encamped in Rissah.
22 Rissah lamloh cet uh tih Kehelathah ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Rissah, and encamped in Kehelathah.
23 Kehelathah lamloh cet uh tih Shepher tlang ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Kehelathah, and encamped in Mount Shepher.
24 Shepher tlang lamloh cet uh tih Haradah ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Mount Shepher, and encamped in Haradah.
25 Haradah lamloh cet uh tih Makheloth ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Haradah, and encamped in Makheloth.
26 Makheloth lamloh puen uh tih Tahath ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Makheloth, and encamped in Tahath.

They traveled from Jotbathah, and encamped in Abronah.

They traveled from Abronah, and encamped in Ezion Geber.
36 Eziongeber lamloh cet uh tih Kadesh kah, Zin khosoek ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Ezion Geber, and encamped at Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.
37 Kadesh lamloh cet uh tih Edom khohmuen bawt kah Hor tlang ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Kadesh, and encamped in Mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom [Red].
38 Hor tlang ah tah khosoih Aaron khaw BOEIPA kah, olka bangla cet coeng tih Egypt kho lamloh Israel ca rhoek a coe uh phoeikah kum likip, hla nga, hlasae cuek vaengah pahoi duek.
At the order of Adonai, Aaron [Light-bringer] the priest went up into Mount Hor, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel [God prevails] had come out of the land of Egypt [Abode of slavery], in the fifth month Av ·Father, 5·, on the first day of the month.
39 Aaron he a kum ya pakul pathum a lo ca vaengah Hor tlang ah duek.
Aaron [Light-bringer] was one hundred twenty-three years old when he died in Mount Hor.

The Canaanite [Descendant of Humbled], the king of Arad, who lived in the South in the land of Canaan [Humbled], sh'ma ·heard obeyed· of the coming of the children of Israel [God prevails].

They traveled from Mount Hor, and encamped in Zalmonah.

They traveled from Zalmonah, and encamped in Punon.

They traveled from Punon, and encamped in Oboth.
44 Oboth lamloh puen uh tih Moab khorhi kah Ijeabarim ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Oboth, and encamped in Iye Abarim, in the border of Moab [From father].
45 Iyim lamloh puen uh tih Gad Dibon ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Iyim, and encamped in Dibon Gad [Good fortune].
46 Gad Dibon lamloh puen uh tih Almondiblathaim ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Dibon Gad [Good fortune], and encamped in Almon Diblathaim.
47 Almondiblathaim lamloh puen uh tih Nebo rhaldan kah Abarim tlang ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from Almon Diblathaim, and encamped in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.
48 Abarim tlang lamloh puen uh tih Jerikho Jordan kah lo Moab kolken ah rhaeh uh.
They traveled from the mountains of Abarim, and encamped in the plains of Moab [From father] by the Jordan [Descender] at Jericho [Fragrant, Moon].
49 Jordan kah Moab kolken ah te Bethjeshimoth lamloh Abelshittim duela rhaeh uh.
They encamped by the Jordan [Descender], from Beth Jeshimoth even to Abel [Vanity, Mourning] Shittim in the plains of Moab [From father].
50 Jerikho Jordan kah Moab kolken ah BOEIPA loh Moses te. a voek tih,
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out] in the plains of Moab [From father] by the Jordan [Descender] at Jericho [Fragrant, Moon], saying,
51 “Israel ca rhoek, te voek lamtah amih te thui pah. Nangmih Kanaan khohmuen la Jordan te kat uh.
Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], and tell them, “When you pass over the Jordan [Descender] into the land of Canaan [Humbled],
52 Te vaengah khohmuen kah, khosa boeih te na mikhmuh lamloh haek uh. Amih kah, ngaihlihnah cungkuem te thup uh lamtah a mueihlawn mueihlip boeih te khaw, thup uh. Amih kah, hmuensang boeih te khaw tulh uh.
then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their stone idols, destroy all their molten images, and demolish all their high places.
53 Khohmuen te pang uh lamtah a khuiah khosa uh. Khohmuen te pang hamla nangmih taengah kam paek coeng.
You shall take possession of the land, and dwell therein; for I have given the land to you to possess it.
54 Khohmuen te hmulung neh tael uh. Nangmih kah, koca aka ping ham tah a rho te kum sak lamtah. a sii ham tah a rho te sih pah. Amah ham hmulung dongah. a naan te tah anih ham om pawn vetih na pa rhoek kah koca tarhing ah pang uh.
You shall inherit the land by lot according to your families; to the more you shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer you shall give the less inheritance. Wherever the lot falls to any man, that shall be his. You shall inherit according to the tribes of your fathers.
55 Khohmuen kah, khosa rhoek, te na mikhmuh lamloh na haek uh pawt atah amih lamkah na sueng sak uh te nangmih mik ah miktlaeh banlga, nangmih kaep ah tlaeh la om ni. A khuikah kho na sak nah khohmuen ah nangmih te n'daengdaeh uh ni.
“But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then those you let remain of them will be as pricks in your eyes and as thorns in your sides, and they will harass you in the land in which you dwell.
56 Amih taengah saii ham ka cai vanbangla nangmih taengah khaw ka saii ni,” a ti nah.
It shall happen that as I thought to do to them, so will I do to you.”
