Ezekiel 9

1 Ka hna ah ol ue la kut dongah ng'khue tih, “Khopuei aka cawhkung rhoek te hang khuen lamtah hlang loh amah pocinah hnopai te pom saeh,” ti nah.

And he called out in ears my a voice great saying they have drawn near [the] punishments of the city and everyone [the] weapon of destruction his [is] in hand his.

2 Tlangpuei la aka mael a so vongka longpuei lamloh hlang parhuk ha pawk coeng ke. A kut dongah amah kah ngawnnah hnopai aka pom hlang rhoek ni. Amih khui kah hlang pakhat tah takhlawk pueinak neh a kaep ah cadaek catui a hol. Ha pawk uh vaengah tah rhohum hmueihtuk taengah pai uh.

And there! six men [were] coming - from [the] direction of [the] gate upper which - [is] faced north-ward and everyone [the] weapon of shattering his [was] in hand his and a man one [was] in midst of them clothed linen and [the] writing-case of scribe [was] at hips his and they came and they stood beside [the] altar of bronze.

3 Te phoeiah Israel Pathen kah thangpomnah tah cherubim so lamloh luei tih te kah a soah im thohkong ni a. om coeng. Te phoeiah takhlawk pueinak a kaep ah cadaek catui aka tawn hlang te a khue.

And [the] glory of - [the] God of Israel it was taken up from on the cherub which it had been on it to [the] threshold of the house and he called to the man who was clothed the linen whom writing-case of scribe [was] at hips his.

4 BOEIPA loh anih te, “Khopuei khui longah Jerusalem khui la paan lamtah a khui ah tueilaehkoi cungkuem a saii soah aka huei tih aka kii hlang rhoek kah a tal ah kutha khoeih pah,” a ti.

And he said Yahweh (to him *Q(k)*) pass in [the] midst of the city in [the] midst of Jerusalem and you will mark a mark on [the] foreheads of the people who sigh and who groan on all the abominations which are done in [the] midst of it.

5 Te kamah hna ah, “Anih te khopuei longah paan lamtah ngawn laeh. Na mik loh rhen boel saeh lamtah na mik loh lungma ti boel saeh.

And to these he said in ears my pass in the city after him and strike (not *Q(K)*) let it look with compassion (eye your *Q(K)*) and may not you show pity.

6 Patong neh tongpang oila khaw, camoe neh manu khaw, kutcaihnah la ngawn laeh. Tedae a pum dongah kutha aka om hlang boeih te tah mop thil boeh, ka rhokso lamloh tong laeh,” a ti. Te dongah im hmai kah hlang rhoek neh patong taeng lamloh a tong uh.

Old [man] young man and virgin and little one[s] and women you will kill to destruction and to any person whom [is] on him the mark may not you draw near and from sanctuary my you will begin and they began with the men old who [were] before the house.

7 Te phoeiah amih te, “Im aka poeih neh vongup ah rhok aka bae rhoek te paan uh,” a ti. Te dongah a paan uh tih khopuei lamloh a ngawn uh.

And he said to them make unclean the house and fill the courts [those] slain go forth and they went forth and they struck in the city.

8 Amih a ngawn vaengah kai n'hlun. Te vaengah ka maelhmai dongah ka cungku. Ka pang tih, “Aw ka Boeipa Yahovah, Jerusalem ah na kosi na hawk vaengah Israel kah a meet boeih te na thup a,” ka ti.

And it was when were striking they and [was] remaining I and I fell! on face my and I cried out and I said alas! O Lord Yahweh ¿ about to destroy [are] you all [the] remnant of Israel when pouring out you rage your on Jerusalem.

9 Te vaengah kai taengah, “Israel neh Judah imkhui kathaesainah te bahoeng bahoeng len. Khohmuen ah thii baetawt tih khopuei ah a hoemlae khawk. BOEIPA loh khohmuen a hnoo tih BOEIPA loh hmu pawh,’ a ti uh.

And he said to me [the] iniquity of [the] house of Israel and Judah [is] great with muchness muchness and it has been filled the land blood and the city it is full perverseness for they have said he has forsaken Yahweh the land and not Yahweh [is] seeing.

10 Tedae kai khaw ka mik loh rhen pawt vetih lungma ka ti mahpawh. Amih kah khosing te amamih lu soah ka sah ni,” a ti.

And also I not it will look with compassion eye my and not I will show pity conduct their on own head their I will requite.

11 Te phoeiah coengah takhlawk pueinak neh a cinghen ah catui aka tawn hlang loh ol a hlat tih, “Kai nang uen bangla boeih ka saii coeng,” a ti.

And there! the man - clothed of the linen whom the writing-case [was] at hips his [was] bringing back a word saying I have done (according to all that *Q(K)*) you commanded me.
