1 Kaimih hlangsol kah kum kul neh nga, khopuei a tloek hnuk kah kum hlai li nah, kum a tongnah kah hla rha lo coeng. Te khohnin ah kuelhuelh ah BOEIPA kut te kai soah om tih kai te pahoi ng'khuen te.
In the twenty-fifth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after the city was struck, in the same day, the LORD’s hand was on me, and he brought me there.
2 Pathen kah mangthuinah neh Israel khohmuen la kai n'khuen. Te vaengah kai te tlang sang tangkik ah n'duem sak tih a sokah tuithim ah khopuei mueimae bang om.
In the visions of God he brought me into Eretz-Israel, and set me down on a very high mountain, on which was something like the frame of a city to the south.
3 Kai te pahoi m'pawk puei vaengah tah hlang kah a mueimae mah rhohum kah mueimae bangla tarha om. Te vaengah amah te a kut dongkah hlamik hamnak, capu cungnueh neh vongka ah pai.
He brought me there; and, behold, there was a man whose appearance was like the appearance of bronze, with a line of flax in his hand and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.
4 Te vaengah kai te, “Hlang capa kah a hlang aw, na mik neh hmu lamtah na hna neh ya lah. Kai loh nang kan tueng boeih te na lungbuei ah khueh lah. Israel imkhui ah na hmuh boeih puen pah. Te te nang tueng ham ni hela n'khuen.
The man said to me, “Son of man, see with your eyes, and hear with your ears, and set your heart on all that I will show you; for you have been brought here so that I may show them to you. Declare all that you see to the house of Israel.”
5 Im vongvoel vongtung aih he a kaep a kaep ah hlang kut kah capu cungnueh neh a dong la dong rhuk kutsom pakhat lo. Buengngol kah a daang te capu pakhat phoeiah capu pakhat a sang la a nueh.
Behold, there was a wall on the outside of the house all around, and in the man’s hand a measuring reed six cubits long, of a cubit and a hand width each. So he measured the thickness of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed.
6 Te phoeiah khothoeng longpuei la maelhmai aka mang vongka te a paan tih a tangtlaeng so, a tangtlaeng soah luei. Te vaengah vongka kah cingkhaa te a daang capu pakhat neh a nueh tih cingkhaa pakhat te a daang capu pakhat om.
Then he came to the gate which looks towards the east, and went up its steps. He measured the threshold of the gate, one reed wide; and the other threshold, one reed wide.
7 Tanhnaem te a yun capu khat neh a daang khaw capu khat sen. Tanhnaem laklo te dong nga ka tih vongka cingkhaa taengkah, im vongka kah ngalha khaw capu pakhat sen bal.
Every lodge was one reed long and one reed wide. Between the lodges was five cubits. The threshold of the gate by the porch of the gate towards the house was one reed.
8 Im lamloh vongka kah ngalha te capu pakhat la a nueh bal.
He measured also the porch of the gate towards the house, one reed.
9 Vongka kah ngalha te a dong ah dong rhet la a nueh. Im hmai ah vongka ngalha dongkah ngalhatung te dong nit lo.
Then he measured the porch of the gate, eight cubits; and its posts, two cubits; and the porch of the gate was towards the house.
10 Vongka tanhnaem te khothoeng longpuei heben ah pathum, keben ah pathum om tih a pathum la a pum vai uh. Ngalhatung ham heben kah neh keben kah te a sang pakhat la om.
The side rooms of the gate eastward were three on this side, and three on that side. The three of them were of one measure. The posts had one measure on this side and on that side.
11 Te phoeiah vongka thohka te a daang dong rha neh vongka kah a yun te dong hlai thum la a nueh.
He measured the width of the opening of the gate, ten cubits; and the length of the gate, thirteen cubits;
12 Tanhnaem hmai kah longkhawn te dong khat lo tih voeivang kah longkhawn khaw dong khat lo. Te dongah tanhnaem te khatben ah dong rhuk, khatben ah dong rhuk lo.
and a border before the lodges, one cubit on this side, and a border, one cubit on that side; and the side rooms, six cubits on this side, and six cubits on that side.
13 Te phoeiah a vongka tanhnaem imphu lamloh imphu duela a daang a dong pakul panga la a nueh. thohka neh thohka te tah hmaitoh uh rhoi.
He measured the gate from the roof of the one side room to the roof of the other, a width of twenty-five cubits, door against door.
14 Ngalhatung te vongup vongka kaep, kaep kah ngalhatung hil dong sawmrhuk a khueh.
He also made posts, sixty cubits; and the court reached to the posts, around the gate.
15 Vongka hmai lamloh vongka ngalha hmai duela a khuirhai neh a khuirhai a dong sawmnga khui.
From the forefront of the gate at the entrance to the forefront of the inner porch of the gate were fifty cubits.
16 Tanhnaem neh a ngalhatung dongkah bangbuet caek tih vongka khuiben kah a kaep kaep ah om. Te dongah ngalha ham neh bangbuet khui kah a kaep kaep tah, ngalhatung dongah rhophoe a khuehuh.
There were closed windows to the side rooms, and to their posts within the gate all around, and likewise to the arches. Windows were around inward. Palm trees were on each post.
17 Te phoeiah kai te vongup khuila voelh n'khuen hatah imkhan khaw lungphaih tarha a na khueh. Vongup kaep kaep ah lungphaih hoengla imkhan sawmthum om.
Then he brought me into the outer court. Behold, there were rooms and a pavement made for the court all around. Thirty rooms were on the pavement.
18 Vongka hlaep lungphaih neh vongka dang kah lungphaih tah voeivang ah a yun thikat.
The pavement was by the side of the gates, corresponding to the length of the gates, even the lower pavement.
19 Te phoeiah a dang vongka hmai lamloh a khui vongup hmai duela poenghman ah khothoeng tlangpuei a daang te dong yakhat la a nueh.
Then he measured the width from the forefront of the lower gate to the forefront of the inner court outside, one hundred cubits, both on the east and on the north.
20 Te phoeiah a vongka hmai te tlangpuei longpuei vongup voel duela a yun neh a daang a nueh.
He measured the length and width of the gate of the outer court which faces towards the north.
21 A tanhnaem khaw khatben ah tanhnaem pathum, khatben ah ngalhatung pathum om. Ngalhatung soah ngalha a tloeng. A ngalha te a yun te lamhma kah vongka bangla om. A yun dong sawmnga neh a daang te dong pakul panga lo.
The lodges of it were three on this side and three on that side. Its posts and its arches were the same as the measure of the first gate: its length was fifty cubits, and the width twenty-five cubits.
22 A bangbuet, bangbuet neh a ngalha, a ngalha te rhophoe tlip a khueh. Te te khothoeng longpuei la a maelhmai aka hooi vongka neh a sang vaiuh. Te lam te tangtlaeng parhih neh cet uh. Te vaengah a ngalha neh a ngalha te hmaitoh uh rhoi.
Its windows, its arches, and its palm trees were the same as the measure of the gate which faces towards the east. They went up to it by seven steps. Its arches were before them.
23 A khui vongup kah vongka loh tlangpuei neh khothoeng kah vongka te a hmaitoh. Te dongah vongka pakhat lamloh vongka pakhat hil te dong yakhat la a nueh.
There was a gate to the inner court facing the other gate, on the north and on the east. He measured one hundred cubits from gate to gate.
24 Te phoeiah kai te tuithim longpuei la m'mawt hatah tuithim longpuei kah vongka te kak ka hmuh. Te vaengah a ngalhatung neh a ngalhatung khaw a ngalha neh a ngalha khaw cungnueh pakhat la om.
He led me towards the south; and behold, there was a gate towards the south. He measured its posts and its arches according to these measurements.
25 A bangbuet khaw a ngalha, a ngalha kaep kaep kah bangbuet bangla om. Te rhoek te a yun dong sawmnga neh a daang dong pakul panga lo.
There were windows in it and in its arches all around, like the other windows: the length was fifty cubits, and the width twenty-five cubits.
26 A tangkham, a tangkham te tangtlaeng parhih tlip om. A ngalha neh a ngalha te hmaitoh uh bal. A ngalhatung, a ngalhatung soah rhophoe te khatben ah pakhat, khatben ah khaw pakhat om bal.
There were seven steps to go up to it, and its arches were before them. It had palm trees, one on this side, and another on that side, on its posts.
27 Tuithim longpuei kah vongup khui ah khaw vongka om bal. Tuithim longpuei kah vongka khat lamloh vongka khat hil te dong yakhat la a nueh.
There was a gate to the inner court towards the south. He measured one hundred cubits from gate to gate towards the south.
28 Te phoeiah kai te tuithim vongka longah vongup khui la n'khuen. Te vaengah tuithim vongka te te rhoek kah cungnueh tarhing la a nueh.
Then he brought me to the inner court by the south gate. He measured the south gate according to these measurements;
29 A tanhnaem neh a tanhnaem khaw, a ngalhatung neh a ngalhatung khaw, a ngalha neh a ngalha khaw cungnueh pakhat la omuh. A bangbuet bal khaw a ngalha, a ngalha kaep kaep ah om tih a yun dong sawmnga neh a daang dong kul dong nga lo.
with its lodges, its posts, and its arches, according to these measurements. There were windows in it and in its arches all around. It was fifty cubits long, and twenty-five cubits wide.
30 Ngalha kaep kaep ah a yun dong pakul panga neh a daang dong nga om.
There were arches all around, twenty-five cubits long and five cubits wide.
31 A ngalha vong voel la a hmaitoh tih a ngalhatung, a ngalhatung dongah rhophoe om. A taengkah tangkham, tangkham ah tangtlaeng parhet om.
Its arches were towards the outer court. Palm trees were on its posts. The ascent to it had eight steps.
32 Te phoeiah kai te khothoeng longpuei kah vongup khui la n'khuen tih vongka te a cungnueh tarhing la a nueh.
He brought me into the inner court towards the east. He measured the gate according to these measurements;
33 A tanhnaem neh a tanhnaem khaw, a taengkah a ngalhatung khaw, a ngalha neh a ngalha khaw cungnueh pakhat la a khueh. A bangbuet khaw a ngalha, a ngalha kaep kaep ah a yun dong sawmnga neh a daang dong kul dong nga om.
with its lodges, its posts, and its arches, according to these measurements. There were windows in it and in its arches all around. It was fifty cubits long, and twenty-five cubits wide.
34 A ngalha neh a ngalha te vongup voel ah hmaitoh uh rhoi. A ngalhatung, a ngalha so tah khatben ah khaw khatben ah khaw rhophoe tlip om. Te vaengah a tangkham, a tangkham tah tangtlaeng parhet a boh.
Its arches were towards the outer court. Palm trees were on its posts on this side and on that side. The ascent to it had eight steps.
35 Te phoeiah kai te tlangpuei vongka la n'khuen tih te rhoek cungnueh tarhing ah a nueh.
He brought me to the north gate, and he measured it according to these measurements—
36 A tanhnaem neh a tanhnaem khaw, a ngalhatung neh a ngalhatung khaw, a ngalha neh a ngalha khaw vaiuh. A bangbuet te a kaep kaep ah a yun dong sawmnga neh a daang dong kul dong nga lo.
its lodges, its posts, and its arches. There were windows in it all around. The length was fifty cubits and the width twenty-five cubits.
37 A ngalhatung neh a ngalhatung te vongtung voel ah hmaitoh uh. A ngalhatung, a ngalhatung so te khatben ah khaw khatben ah khaw rhophoe tlip a khueh tih a tangkham a tangkham ahtangtlaeng parhet a boh.
Its posts were towards the outer court. Palm trees were on its posts on this side and on that side. The ascent to it had eight steps.
38 Vongka ngalha taengkah imkhan thohka ah hmueihhlutnah te pahoi a hoek uh.
A room with its door was by the posts at the gates. They washed the burnt offering there.
39 Vongka ngalha khuikah khatben ah caboei panit, khatben ah caboei panit om bal. Te rhoek soah ni hmueihhlutnah neh boirhaem khaw hmaithennah khaw a ngawn.
In the porch of the gate were two tables on this side and two tables on that side, on which to kill the burnt offering, the sin offering, and the trespass offering.
40 Tlangpuei vongka kah thohka la aka cet ham vongvoel hlaep ah khaw caboei panit om tih vongka kah ngalha hlaep ah caboei a tloe panit om bal.
On the one side outside, as one goes up to the entry of the gate towards the north, were two tables; and on the other side, which belonged to the porch of the gate, were two tables.
41 Tekah khaben ah caboei pali neh khatben ah caboei pali om. Te dongah vongka hael kah caboei parhet soah maeh a ngawn uh.
Four tables were on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate: eight tables, on which they killed the sacrifices.
42 Hmueihhlutnah ham caboei pali te lungrhaih lung neh a saii tih pakhat te a yun dong khat phoeiah tintan, a daang dong khat phoeiah tintan, a sang dong khat lo. A soah ah hmueihhlutnah neh hmueih a ngawn vaengkah hnopai te a tloeng uh.
There were four cut stone tables for the burnt offering, a cubit and a half long, a cubit and a half wide, and one cubit high. They laid the instruments with which they killed the burnt offering and the sacrifice on them.
43 Imkhui te a kaep kaep ah lingvawt kutsom pakhat tlip a ten tih caboei soah nawnnah maeh te a tloeng.
The hooks, a hand width long, were fastened within all around. The meat of the offering was on the tables.
44 Vongka a voel kah imkhan khui ah vongup khui kah aka hlai rhoek te tlangpuei vongka hael ah om. Te vaengah a maelhmai te tuithim longpuei la a hooi. Khothoeng vongka hael kah pakhat long tah a maelhmai te tlangpuei longpuei la a hooi.
Outside of the inner gate were rooms for the singers in the inner court, which was at the side of the north gate. They faced towards the south. One at the side of the east gate faced towards the north.
45 Te vaengah kai taengah, “Tuithim longpuei aka hmaitoh imkhan he imkhui kah a kuek aka ngaithuen khosoih rhoek ham saeh.
He said to me, “This room, which faces towards the south, is for the priests who perform the duty of the house.
46 Tlangpuei longpuei la aka hmaitoh imkhan te hmueihtuk kah a kuek aka ngaithuen khosoih rhoek ham saeh. Levi koca lamloh a yoei la Zadok koca rhoek ni BOEIPA amah taengah a pongthoh,” a ti.
The room which faces towards the north is for the priests who perform the duty of the altar. These are the sons of Zadok, who from amongst the sons of Levi come near to the LORD to minister to him.”
47 Te vaengah vongup te a yun dong yakhat, a daang dong yakhat tih hniboeng bangla a nueh. Tedae hmueihtuk tah im hmai ah om.
He measured the court, one hundred cubits long and one hundred cubits wide, square. The altar was before the house.
48 Kai te im ngalha taengla n'khuen tih ngalha kah ngalhatung te khatben ah dong nga, khatben ah dong nga la, vongka kah a daang te khatben ah dong thum, khatben ah dong thum la a nueh.
Then he brought me to the porch of the house, and measured each post of the porch, five cubits on this side, and five cubits on that side. The width of the gate was three cubits on this side and three cubits on that side.
49 Ngalha te a yun dong kul neh a daang dong hlai khat lo. Te te tangtlaeng neh luei tih tung taengkah ngalhatung te khatben ah pakhat, khatben ah pakhat pai.
The length of the porch was twenty cubits and the width eleven cubits, even by the steps by which they went up to it. There were pillars by the posts, one on this side, and another on that side.
