1 Te phoeiah BOEIPA loh Moses te, “Pharaoh taengah cet lamtah anih te, ‘BOEIPA loh ka pilnam te hlah lamtah kai taengah thothueng saeh,’ a ti.
And he said Yahweh to Moses go to Pharaoh and you will say to him thus he says Yahweh let go people my so they may serve me.
2 ‘Tedae hlah ham na aal atah na khorhi boeih ah bukak kan yook sak coeng ne.
And if [are] refusing you to let [them] go here! I [am] about to strike all territory your with frogs.
3 Bukak te sokko ah kah vetih ha luei ni. Te vaengah na im khui neh imhman kah na thingkong dongah, na baiphaih dongah, na sal im khui neh na pilnam soah, na tapkhuel khui neh na vaidambael khuila kun ni.
And it will swarm the River frogs and they will go up and they will go in house your and in [the] chamber of lying down your and on bed your and in [the] house of servants your and on people your and in ovens your and in kneading troughs your.
4 Namah so neh na pilnam soah khaw na sal boeih soah khaw bukak luei ni,’ ti nah,” a ti nah.
And on you and on people your and on all servants your they will go up the frogs.
5 Te phoeiah BOEIPA loh Moses te, “Aaron te, ‘Na kut thueng lamtah na conghol neh tuiva soah khaw, sokko soah khaw, tuibap soah khi laeh,’ ti nah. Te vaengah bukak te Egypt khohmuen ah ha luei saeh,” a ti nah.
And he said Yahweh to Moses say to Aaron stretch out hand your with staff your over the rivers over the canals and over the ponds and bring up the frogs on [the] land of Egypt.
6 Te dongah Aaron loh a kut te Egypt tui soah a thueng. Te vaengah bukak ha luei tih Egypt khohmuen te a khuk.
And he stretched out Aaron hand his over [the] waters of Egypt and it went up the frog[s] and it covered [the] land of Egypt.
7 Tedae hmayuep loh a tuisiduei neh phek a saii uh tih bukak te Egypt kho la luei van.
And they did thus the magicians by enchantments their and they brought up the frogs on [the] land of Egypt.
8 Te vaengah Pharaoh loh Moses neh Aaron te a khue tih, “BOEIPA taengah thangthui lamtah bukak he kai lamkah neh ka pilnam taeng lamlong khaw nong sak saeh. Te vaengah pilnam te ka tueih vetih BOEIPA taengah hmueih a nawn uh bitni,” a ti nah.
And he summoned Pharaoh Moses and Aaron and he said pray to Yahweh so may he remove the frogs from me and from people my and I will let go the people so they may sacrifice to Yahweh.
9 Te phoeiah Moses loh Pharaoh te, “Kai ham mah hoep dae. Nang ham neh na sal rhoek ham, na pilnam ham khaw, bukak te namah neh na im lamloh a hnawt tih sokko ah dawk a om ham me vaengah lae ka thangthui eh?” a ti nah.
And he said Moses to Pharaoh honor yourself over me to when? - will I pray for you and for servants your and for people your to cut off the frogs from you and from houses your only in the River they will remain.
10 “Thangvuen ah,” a ti nah dongah, “Na ol bangla kaimih kah Pathen YAHWEH bang a om pawt khaw na ming van bitni.
And he said to tomorrow and he said according to word your so that you may know that there not [is] like Yahweh God our.
11 Te vaengah bukak te nang lamkah neh na im lamlong khaw, na sal rhoek taeng lamkah neh na pilnam taeng lamloh nong vetih sokko ah ni dawk a om eh,” a ti nah.
And they will depart the frogs from you and from houses your and from servants your and from people your only in the River they will remain.
12 Te phoeiah Moses neh Aaron te Pharaoh taeng lamloh nong tih Pharaoh sokah a khueh olka, bukak kawng te Moses loh BOEIPA taengah a pang pah.
And he went out Moses and Aaron from with Pharaoh and he cried out Moses to Yahweh on [the] matter of the frogs which he had appointed for Pharaoh.
13 Moses kah ol bangla BOEIPA loh a saii dongah bukak te im ah khaw, vongup ah khaw, lohma ah khaw duek.
And he did Yahweh according to [the] word of Moses and they died the frogs from the houses from the villages and from the fields.
14 Te te a hlom a hlom la a hmoek uh tih khohmuen tom ah rhim.
And people piled up them heaps heaps and it stank the land.
15 A hmuh daengah Pharaoh te hilhoemnah a om pah. Tedae a lungbuei a thangpom tih BOEIPA kah a thui bangla amih rhoi ol te hnatun pawh.
And he saw Pharaoh that it had come the respite and he made heavy heart his and not he listened to them just as he had said Yahweh.
16 Te phoeiah BOEIPA loh Moses taengah, “Aaron te, ‘Na conghol thueng lamtah diklai kah laipi te taam. Te vaengah Egypt khohmuen boeih ah pilhlip la om ni,’ ti nah,” a ti nah.
And he said Yahweh to Moses say to Aaron stretch out staff your and strike [the] dust of the earth and it will become gnats in all [the] land of Egypt.
17 A saii rhoi tangloeng tih Aaron loh a kut te a thueng. A conghol neh diklai dongkah laipi te a taam vaengah pilhlip te hlang pum dong neh rhamsa dongah om. Diklai laipi boeih te Egypt kho tom ah pilhlip la poeh.
And they did so and he stretched out Aaron hand his with staff his and he struck [the] dust of the ground and it was the gnat[s] on humankind and on the livestock all [the] dust of the ground it was gnats in all [the] land of Egypt.
18 Tedae hmayuep rhoek long khaw pilhlip om sak ham a thaai neh a saii uh van tangloeng. Tedae pilhlip te hlang dong neh rhamsa dongah khaw om thai pawh.
And they did thus the magicians by enchantments their to bring forth the gnats and not they were able and it was the gnat[s] on humankind and on the livestock.
19 Te vaengah ah hmayuep rhoek loh Pharaoh taengah, “Pathen kah kutdawn la he,” a ti uh. Tedae Pharaoh lungbuei tah ning tih BOEIPA kah a thui bangla amih rhoi ol te hnatun pawh.
And they said the magicians to Pharaoh [is] [the] finger of God it and it was strong [the] heart of Pharaoh and not he listened to them just as he had said Yahweh.
20 Te phoeiah BOEIPA loh Moses te, “Mincang ah thoo lamtah Pharaoh mikhmuh ah pai pah. Tui taengla a pawk vaengah amah te, ‘BOEIPA loh,’ ‘Ka pilnam he hlah lamtah kai ham thothueng uh saeh,’ a ti coeng he.
And he said Yahweh to Moses rise early in the morning and present yourself before Pharaoh there! [he is] going out the water towards and you will say to him thus he says Yahweh let go people my so they may serve me.
21 ‘Tedae ka pilnam te nan hlah pawt atah namah so neh na sal rhoek soah khaw, na pilnam so neh na im ah khaw pil ka tueih coeng ne. Te dongah pil te Egypt imkhui neh amih kah a diklai dongah khaw bae ni.
That except not you [are] letting go people my here I [am] about to send on you and on servants your and on people your and on houses your the swarm and they will be full [the] houses of Egypt the swarm and also the ground which they [are] on it.
22 Tedae te khohnin ah Goshen khohmuen kah ka pilnam te ka hoep vetih a khuikah aka om te pil om pah mahpawh. Te daengah ni diklai hman ah kai he BOEIPA la nan ming eh.
And I will separate on the day that [the] land of Goshen which people my [is] standing on it to not to be there a swarm so that you may know that I [am] Yahweh in [the] midst of the land.
23 Ka pilnam laklo neh na pilnam laklo ah tlannah ka khueh vetih miknoek he thangvuen ah thoeng bitni,’ ti nah,” a ti nah.
And I will make a ransom between people my and between people your to tomorrow it will happen the sign this.
24 BOEIPA loh a saii tangkhuet tih Pharaoh im khui neh a sal im la Egypt khohmuen boeih ah pil tlung ha pawk. Pil dongah mah khohmuen khaw poci.
And he did Yahweh so and it came a swarm massive [the] house of towards Pharaoh and [the] house of servants his and in all [the] land of Egypt it was ruined the land because of the swarm.
25 Te phoeiah Pharaoh loh Moses neh Aaron te a khue tih, “Cet uh lamtah khohmuen ah na Pathen te nawn uh laeh,” a ti nah.
And he summoned Pharaoh Moses and Aaron and he said go sacrifice to God your in the land.
26 Tedae Moses loh, “Egypt kah tueilaehkoi dongah he he saii ham a thuem moenih. Kaimih kah Pathen BOEIPA ham ka nawn uh vaengah Egypt lamkah tueilaehkoi te ka nawn uh koinih amih mikhmuh ah kaimih n'dae uh mahpawt nim?
And he said Moses not [is] established to do thus for [the] abomination of Egypt we will sacrifice to Yahweh God our here! we will sacrifice [the] abomination of Egypt to eyes their and not will they stone? us.
27 Kaimih n'uen bangla hnin thum long caeh kah khosoek ah kaimih kah Pathen BOEIPA te ka nawn uh eh,” a ti nah.
A journey of three days we will go in the wilderness and we will sacrifice to Yahweh God our just as he says to us.
28 Te phoeiah Pharaoh loh, “Kai loh nangmih kan hlah bitni, khosoek ah na Pathen BOEIPA te nawn tangloeng. Tedae a hla, hla la cet uh boel lamtah kai ham khaw thangthui uh,” a ti nah.
And he said Pharaoh I I will let go you and you will sacrifice to Yahweh God your in the wilderness only certainly not you must be far away to go pray for me.
29 Te vaengah Moses loh, “Nang taeng lamloh ka nong vetih BOEIPA taengah ka thangthui bitni. Pil khaw Pharaoh neh a sal rhoek taeng lamloh, a pilnam taeng lamloh thangvuen ah nong bitni ne. Tedae Pharaoh te omsaa ham koei boel saeh, pilnam te BOEIPA taengah nawn hamla tueih pawt ve,” a ti nah.
And he said Moses here! I [am] about to go out from with you and I will pray to Yahweh and he will turn aside the swarm from Pharaoh from servants his and from people his tomorrow only may not he repeat Pharaoh to deceive to not to let go the people to sacrifice to Yahweh.
30 Te phoeiah Moses te Pharaoh taeng lamloh nong tih BOEIPA taengah thangthui.
And he went out Moses from with Pharaoh and he prayed to Yahweh.
31 Moses kah ol bangla BOEIPA loh a saii dongah pil te Pharaoh taeng lamkah neh a sal rhoek taeng lamloh, a pilnam taeng lamloh nong tih pakhat khaw om pawh.
And he did Yahweh according to [the] word of Moses and he turned aside the swarm from Pharaoh from servants his and from people his not it remained one.
32 Tedae tahae tue ah khaw Pharaoh te a lungbuei a thangpom tih pilnam te tueih pawh.
And he made heavy Pharaoh heart his also at the time this and not he let go the people.
