1 Te phoeiah Moses neh Israel pilnam khuikah patong rhoek te a uen tih, “Tihnin ah kai loh nang kang uen olpaek boeih he ngaithuen.
And Moses and [the] elderly of Israel command the people, saying, “Keep all the command which I am commanding you today;
2 Jordan na poeng tih BOEIPA na Pathen loh nang taengah m'paek khohmuen la na om khohnin vaengah lungto a len te namah loh thoh lamtah lungbok neh hluk.
and it has been, in the day that you pass over the Jordan to the land which your God YHWH is giving to you, that you have raised up great stones for yourself, and plastered them with plaster,
3 BOEIPA na Pathen loh nang taengah m'paek khohmuen, Na pa rhoek kah BOEIPA Pathen loh nang taengkah a thui vanbangla suktui neh khoitui aka long khohmuen la kun ham na kat vaengah hekah olkhueng olka boeih he te dongah daek.
and written on them all the words of this law in your passing over, so that you go into the land which your God YHWH is giving to you—a land flowing with milk and honey, as YHWH, God of your fathers, has spoken to you.
4 Jordan na poeng vaengah tihnin kah Ebal tlang ah kai loh nangmih kan uen vanbangla hekah lungto he ling uh lamtah lungbok neh hluk.
And it has been, in your passing over the Jordan, you raise up these stones which I am commanding you today, in Mount Ebal, and you have plastered them with plaster,
5 Te vaengah BOEIPA na Pathen kah hmueihtuk te lungto hmueihtuk la pahoi suem lamtah thicung muk thil boeh.
and built an altar there to your God YHWH, an altar of stones; you do not wave iron over them.
6 BOEIPA na Pathen kah hmueihtuk te lungto a hmahling neh suem lamtah a soah BOEIPA na Pathen kah hmueihhlutnah nawn.
You build the altar of your God YHWH [with] complete stones, and have caused burnt-offerings to ascend on it to your God YHWH,
7 Rhoepnah na nawn vaengah pahoi ca lamtah BOEIPA na Pathen kah mikhmuh ah kohoe sak.
and sacrificed peace-offerings, and eaten there, and rejoiced before your God YHWH,
8 Te vaengah he lungto dongkah olkhueng olka cungkuem na daek he a then la thuicaih pah,” a ti nah.
and written on the stones all the words of this law, well engraved.”
9 Te phoeiah Moses neh Levi khosoih rhoek loh Israel pum boeih te, “Sah lah, Israel nang loh hnatun lah. Tihnin ah BOEIPA na Pathen kah pilnam la na om coeng.
And Moses speaks—the priests, the Levites, also—to all Israel, saying, “Keep silent and hear, O Israel: This day you have become a people for your God YHWH;
10 Te dongah BOEIPA na Pathen ol te hnatun lamtah tihnin kah kai loh nang kang uen olpaek neh oltlueh he vai,” a ti nah.
and you have listened to the voice of your God YHWH, and done His commands and His statutes which I am commanding you today.”
11 Amah tekah khohnin vaengah Moses loh pilnam te a uen tih,
And Moses commands the people on that day, saying,
12 “Jordan na poeng tih Gerizim tlang kah pilnam te yoethen paek vaengah he Simeon neh Levi, Judah neh Issakhar, Joseph neh Benjamin te pai saeh.
“These stand on Mount Gerizzim to bless the people, in your passing over the Jordan: Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin.
13 Ebal tlang ah rhunkhuennah dongah Reuben, Gad, Asher, Zebulun, Dan neh Naphtali he pai uh saeh.
And these stand, for the reviling, on Mount Ebal: Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.”
14 Te vaengah Levi loh doo saeh lamtah Israel hlang boeih taengah pomsang ol thui uh saeh.
And the Levites have answered and said to every man of Israel [with] a loud voice:
15 “BOEIPA kah a tueilaehkoi mueithuk neh kutthai kah kutngo mueihlawn aka saii tih, yinhnuk ah aka khueh hlang te thae a phoei vaengah, pilnam loh boeih doo uh saeh lamtah, “Amen,” ti uh saeh.
“Cursed [is] the man who makes a carved and molten image, an abomination [to] YHWH, work of the hands of a craftsman, and has put [it] in a secret place.” And all the people have answered and said, “Amen.”
16 “A manu neh a napa rhaidaeng la aka khueh te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
“Cursed [is] he who is making light of his father and his mother.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
17 “A hui kah rhi aka rhawt te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
“Cursed [is] he who is removing his neighbor’s border.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
18 “Longpuei ah mikdael la aka palang sak te thae a phoei vaengah, pilnam loh,” Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
“Cursed [is] he who is causing the blind to err in the way.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
19 “Yinlai, cadah nuhmai kah laitloeknah aka maelh pah te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
“Cursed [is] he who is turning aside the judgment of fatherless, sojourner, and widow.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
20 “A napa mul a poelh tih a napa yuu taengah aka yalh tah thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
“Cursed [is] he who is lying with his father’s wife, for he has uncovered his father’s skirt.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
21 “Rhamsa cungkuem taengah aka yalh te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
“Cursed [is] he who is lying with any beast.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
22 “A napa canu, a manu canu, amah ngannu taengah aka yalh te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
“Cursed [is] he who is lying with his sister, daughter of his father or daughter of his mother.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
23 A masae-huta taengah aka yalh te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
“Cursed [is] he who is lying with his mother-in-law.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
24 “Yinhnuk ah a hui aka ngawn te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
“Cursed [is] he who is striking his neighbor in secret.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
25 Ommongsitoe thii neh a hinglu ngawn pah hamla kapbaih aka lo te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
“Cursed [is] he who is taking a bribe to strike a person, innocent blood.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
26 He olkhueng ol he vai hamla aka thoh puei pawt te thae a phoei vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh,” a ti nah.
“Cursed [is] he who does not establish the words of this law, to do them.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
