Moses and the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, “Keep all the commandment which I command you today.
2 Jordanna poengtih BOEIPA na Pathenloh nang taengah m'paek khohmuen la na om khohnin vaengah lungtoa lente namah loh thoh lamtah lungbok neh hluk.
It shall be on the day when you shall pass over the Jordan to the land which the LORD your God gives you, that you shall set yourself up great stones, and coat them with plaster.
3 BOEIPA na Pathenloh nang taengah m'paek khohmuen, Na parhoek kah BOEIPA Pathenloh nang taengkaha thui vanbangla suktui neh khoituiaka long khohmuen la kun ham na kat vaengah hekah olkhueng olka boeih he te dongah daek.
You shall write on them all the words of this law, when you have passed over, that you may go in to the land which the LORD your God gives you, a land flowing with milk and honey, as the LORD, the God of your fathers, has promised you.
4 Jordan na poeng vaengah tihnin kah Ebal tlang ah kailoh nangmih kan uen vanbangla hekah lungto he linguh lamtah lungbok neh hluk.
It shall be, when you have crossed over the Jordan, that you shall set up these stones, which I command you today, on Mount Ebal, and you shall coat them with plaster.
5 Te vaengah BOEIPA na Pathen kah hmueihtukte lungto hmueihtuk la pahoi suem lamtah thicung muk thil boeh.
There you shall build an altar to the LORD your God, an altar of stones. You shall not use any iron tool on them.
6 BOEIPA na Pathen kah hmueihtuk te lungtoa hmahling neh suem lamtah a soah BOEIPA na Pathen kah hmueihhlutnah nawn.
You shall build the LORD your God’s altar of uncut stones. You shall offer burnt offerings on it to the LORD your God.
7 Rhoepnahna nawn vaengah pahoi ca lamtah BOEIPA na Pathen kah mikhmuh ah kohoe sak.
You shall sacrifice peace offerings, and shall eat there. You shall rejoice before the LORD your God.
8 Te vaengah he lungto dongkah olkhueng olka cungkuemna daek he a then la thuicaih pah,” a tinah.
You shall write on the stones all the words of this law very plainly.”
9 Te phoeiah Moses neh Levi khosoih rhoek loh Israel pum boeih te, “Sah lah, Israel nang loh hnatun lah. Tihninah BOEIPA na Pathen kah pilnam lana omcoeng.
Moses and the Levitical priests spoke to all Israel, saying, “Be silent and listen, Israel! Today you have become the people of the LORD your God.
10 Te dongah BOEIPA na Pathen ol te hnatun lamtah tihnin kah kailoh nang kang uen olpaek neh oltlueh he vai,” a tinah.
You shall therefore obey the LORD your God’s voice, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command you today.”

Moses commanded the people the same day, saying,
12 “Jordan na poeng tih Gerizim tlang kah pilnamte yoethen paek vaengah he Simeon neh Levi, Judah neh Issakhar, Joseph neh Benjaminte pai saeh.
“These shall stand on Mount Gerizim to bless the people, when you have crossed over the Jordan: Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Joseph, and Benjamin.
13 Ebal tlang ah rhunkhuennah dongah Reuben, Gad, Asher, Zebulun, Dan neh Naphtali he pai uh saeh.
These shall stand on Mount Ebal for the curse: Reuben, Gad, Asher, Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
14 Te vaengah Leviloh doo saeh lamtah Israel hlang boeih taengah pomsang ol thui uh saeh.
With a loud voice, the Levites shall say to all the men of Israel,
15 “BOEIPAkaha tueilaehkoi mueithuk neh kutthai kah kutngo mueihlawnaka saii tih, yinhnuk ahaka khueh hlang te thae a phoei vaengah, pilnamloh boeih doo uh saeh lamtah, “Amen,” ti uh saeh.
‘Cursed is the man who makes an engraved or molten image, an abomination to the LORD, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and sets it up in secret.’ All the people shall answer and say, ‘Amen.’
16 “A manu neh a napa rhaidaeng la aka khueh te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
‘Cursed is he who dishonors his father or his mother.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
17 “A hui kah rhiaka rhawt te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
‘Cursed is he who removes his neighbor’s landmark.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
18 “Longpuei ah mikdael la aka palang sak te thae a phoei vaengah, pilnam loh,” Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
‘Cursed is he who leads the blind astray on the road.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
19 “Yinlai, cadah nuhmai kah laitloeknahaka maelh pah te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
‘Cursed is he who withholds justice from the foreigner, fatherless, and widow.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
20 “A napa mula poelh tih a napa yuu taengahaka yalh tah thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
‘Cursed is he who lies with his father’s wife, because he dishonors his father’s bed.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
21 “Rhamsa cungkuem taengahaka yalh te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
‘Cursed is he who lies with any kind of animal.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
22 “A napa canu, a manu canu, amah ngannu taengahaka yalh te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
‘Cursed is he who lies with his sister, his father’s daughter or his mother’s daughter.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
23 A masae-huta taengahaka yalh te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
‘Cursed is he who lies with his mother-in-law.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
24 “Yinhnuk ah a huiaka ngawn te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
‘Cursed is he who secretly kills his neighbor.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
25 Ommongsitoe thii neh a hinglu ngawn pah hamla kapbaihaka lo te thae a phoei thil vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh.
‘Cursed is he who takes a bribe to kill an innocent person.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
26 He olkhueng ol he vai hamlaaka thoh puei pawt te thae a phoei vaengah, pilnam loh, “Amen,” boeih ti saeh,” a tinah.
‘Cursed is he who does not uphold the words of this law by doing them.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’”
