1 Amah aka bongyong rhoek loh Pathen kah lungvatnah te a tlongtlai la na doe uh pawt ham kan hloep uh.
We, then, as fellow-laborers, also beseech you not to receive the favor of God in vain;

giving no cause of offense in anything, that the ministry be not blamed.
4 Tedae soeprhaep dongkah Pathen kah tueihyoeih rhoek vanbangla, muep uehnah dongah, phacip phabaem dongah, a kueknah dongah, citcai dongah,
But by everything approving ourselves as ministers of God, by much patience, by oppressions, by necessities, by distresses,
5 lucik dongah, thongim dongah, soekloeknah dongah, thatlohnah dongah, mikhue dongah, yaehnah dongah,
by stripes, by imprisonments, by tumults, by labors, by watchings, by fastings;
6 cimcaihnah dongah, mingnah dongah, thinsennah dongah, rhennah dongah, Mueihla Cim dongah, lungnah hmantang dongah,
by purity, by knowledge, by long-suffering, by goodness, by a holy spirit, by love unfeigned;
7 oltak olka dongah, Pathen kah thaomnah dongah, banvoei bantang kah duengnah kah pumcumnah dongah,
by the word of truth, by the power of God, through the armor of righteousness of the right hand and of the left;
8 thangpomnah neh yahpohnah dongah, olthae neh olthen dongah, laithaelaidang neh oltak bangla mamih n'tueng uh.
through honor and dishonor, through bad fame and good fame; as deceivers, yet true;
9 Mangvawt loh mingtung la, Aka duek loh aka hing la, Aka ueih sak rhoek tah aka duek sak pawt la,
as unknown, yet well known; as dying, yet, behold, we live; as chastened, yet not killed;
10 Ko aka thae puet loh omngaih la, rhep aka khodaeng loh boei la, aka khueh pawt loh boeih aka khueh la ng'omuh.
as sorrowing, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, yet possessing all things.
11 Kaimih kah ka ka tah nangmih Kawrin rhoek ham ong uh tih ka thinko khaw dangka uh coeng.
Corinthians! our mouth is open to you, our heart is enlarged.
12 Kaimih ah na khawk uh moenih. Namamih kah kotak dongah ni na khawk uh.
You are not straitened in us, but you are straitened in your own bowels.
13 Dantatnah dongah ca bangla ka thui he nangmih khaw kaa uh laeh.
Now, in return, (I speak as to children, ) be you also enlarged.
14 Aka tangnahmueh taengah suihlaih la om uh boeh. Duengnah neh olaeknah he metlam a benbonah, vangnah neh yinnah he metlam a rhoinaengnah.
Be not unequally yoked with unbelievers; for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion has light with darkness?
15 Beliar taengah Khrih kah rhoinaengnah balae aka om? Uepom neh aka tangnahmueh te ba buham lae a cut?
what concord has Christ with Belial? or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?
16 Pathen kah Bawkim te mueirhol taengah ba olkhueh lae aka om? Mamih tah aka hing Pathen kah bawkim ni. Pathen loh, “Amih khuiah kho ka sak vetih ka hil ka dong ni. Amih kah Pathen la ka om vetih amih khaw ka pilnam la om ni,” a ti.
And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? for you are the temple of the living God; as God has said, "Assuredly I will dwell among them, and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be to me a people.
17 Te dongah amih khui lamkah loh cet uh lamtah hoep uh laeh. Boeipa loh, “A thae te na taek uh pawt daengah ni kai loh nangmih kan doe eh?,” a ti.
Wherefore, come out from among them, and be separated, says the Lord, and touch no unclean person; and I will receive you;
18 Te vaengah nangmih taengah pa la ka om ni. Nangmih khaw kai kah canu capa la na om uh ni. Boeipa Tloengkhoelh loh a ti coeng.
and I be to you a Father, and you shall be to me sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."
