1 David neh caempuei mangpa rhoek loh Asaph koca lamkah Heman, Jeduthun khaw, rhotoeng neh, thangpa neh, tlaklak neh aka tonghma tonghma rhoek khaw a thothuengnah dongkah ham a hoep. Te dongah amamih kah thothuengnah dongkah bibi hlang rhoek te a hlangmi neh om.
Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:
2 Asaph koca lamkah Zakkuur, Joseph, Nethaniah neh Asarelah. Asaph koca rhoek tah Asaph kut hmui neh manghai kut hmui ah tonghma uh.
Of the sons of Asaph; Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph under the hands of Asaph, which prophesied according to the order of the king.
3 Jeduthun lamkah Jeduthun koca rhoek he Gedaliah, Zeri, Isaiah, Hashabiah, Mattithiah neh parhuk lo. A napa Jeduthun kut hmuiah BOEIPA uem ham neh thangthen ham te rhotoeng neh tonghma uh.
Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun; Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the hands of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to give thanks and to praise the LORD.
4 Heman lamkah Heman koca rhoek tah Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shubael, Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, Romamtiezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, Mahazioth.
Of Heman: the sons of Heman; Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, [and] Mahazioth:
5 Amih Heman koca boeih tah a ki pomsang pah ham Pathen kah ol tarhing ah manghai kah khohmu la om uh. Pathen loh Heman he capa hlai li neh canu pathum a paek.
All these [were] the sons of Heman the king’s seer in the words of God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.
6 Te boeih te a napa rhoek kut hmuiah BOEIPA im kah lumlaa ham tlaklak neh, thangpa neh, rhotoeng ham omuh. Asaph, Jeduthun neh Heman he tah manghai kut hmuiah Pathen im kah thothuengnah dongah omuh.
All these [were] under the hands of their father for song [in] the house of the LORD, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God, according to the king’s order to Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.
7 A boeinaphung neh a hlangmi la BOEIPA ham lumlaa aka cang tih aka yakming boeih he ya hnih sawmrhet parhet lo.
So the number of them, with their brethren that were instructed in the songs of the LORD, [even] all that were cunning, was two hundred fourscore and eight.
8 Voeivang kah a kuek te tanoe khaw, kangham khaw, aka yakming khaw, hnukbang khaw hmulung a naan uh.
And they cast lots, ward against [ward], as well the small as the great, the teacher as the scholar.
9 Asaph lamloh lamhma la Joseph taengah, a pabae Gedaliah taengah hmulung a tlak pah. Amah neh a pacaboeina khaw a ca rhoek khaw hlai nit louh.
Now the first lot came forth for Asaph to Joseph: the second to Gedaliah, who with his brethren and sons [were] twelve:
10 A pathum ah Zakkuur, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek he hlai nit louh.
The third to Zaccur, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
11 A pali ah Izri tih anih koca rhoek neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The fourth to Izri, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
12 A panga ah Nethaniah tih, anih koca rhoek neh a manuca rhoek he hlai nit lo.
The fifth to Nethaniah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
13 A parhuk te Bukkiah tih anih koca neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The sixth to Bukkiah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
14 A parhih te Jesarelah tih anih koca neh a manuca rhoek he hlai nit lo.
The seventh to Jesharelah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
15 A parhet te Isaiah tih anih koca neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The eighth to Jeshaiah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
16 A pako te Mattaniah tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek he hlai nit lo.
The ninth to Mattaniah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
17 A hlai ah Shimei tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek hlai nit lo.
The tenth to Shimei, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
18 A hlai at te Azarel tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The eleventh to Azareel, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
19 A hlai nit te Hashabiah tih, anih koca rhoek neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The twelfth to Hashabiah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
20 A hlai thum te Shubael tih, anih koca rhoek neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The thirteenth to Shubael, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
21 A hlai hli te Mattithiah tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The fourteenth to Mattithiah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
22 A hlai nga te Jerimoth tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The fifteenth to Jeremoth, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
23 A hlai rhuk te Hananiah tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The sixteenth to Hananiah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
24 A hlai rhih te Joshbekashah tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The seventeenth to Joshbekashah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
25 A hlai rhet te Hanani tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek hlai nit lo.
The eighteenth to Hanani, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
26 A hlai ko te Mallothi tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek he hlai nit lo.
The nineteenth to Mallothi, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
27 A pakul te Eliathah tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The twentieth to Eliathah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
28 Pakul pakhat te Hothir tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The one and twentieth to Hothir, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
29 Pakul panit te Giddalti tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek te hlai nit lo.
The two and twentieth to Giddalti, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
30 Pakul pathum te Mahazioth tih anih koca neh a manuca rhoek hlai nit lo.
The three and twentieth to Mahazioth, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:
31 Pakul pali te Romammtiezer tih, anih koca neh a manuca rhoek tah hlai nit lo.
The four and twentieth to Romamti-ezer, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve.
