1 Saam laa. Angraeng khaeah laa kangtha to sah oh; anih mah dawnrai hmuennawk to sak boeh; a bantang ban hoi kaciim a ban mah, angmah hanah pahlonghaih to sak boeh.

A Psalme. Sing vnto the Lord a newe song: for hee hath done marueilous things: his right hand, and his holy arme haue gotten him the victorie.

2 Angraeng mah a pahlonghaih to panoeksak boeh; a toenghaih to Sithaw panoek ai kaminawk khaeah amtuengsak boeh.

The Lord declared his saluation: his righteousnes hath he reueiled in the sight of ye nations.

3 Israel imthung takoh ah a palungnathaih hoi oepthohhaih to poek pae boeh; aicae Sithaw pahlonghaih loe long boenghaih ah kaom kaminawk boih mah hnuk o boeh.

He hath remembred his mercy and his trueth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth haue seene the saluation of our God.

4 Long kaminawk boih, anghoehaih hoiah Angraeng khaeah hang oh; atuenpawk hoiah saphawhaih laa to anghoehaih hoiah sah oh.

All the earth, sing ye loude vnto the Lord: crie out and reioyce, and sing prayses.

5 Katoeng kruek hoi Angraeng khaeah laasah oh; katoeng kruek hoiah laa to sah oh.

Sing prayse to the Lord vpon the harpe, euen vpon the harpe with a singing voyce.

6 Mongkah hoi tuu taki to ueng oh loe, Angraeng, Siangpahrang hmaa ah anghoehaih hoiah hang oh.

With shalmes and sound of trumpets sing loude before the Lord the King.

7 Tuipui hoi athung ah kaom sak ih hmuennawk boih; long hoi anui ah kaom kaminawk boih mah atuen to pathok o nasoe.

Let the sea roare, and all that therein is, the world, and they that dwell therein.

8 Vapuinawk mah ban tabaeng o nasoe; maenawk loe Angraeng hmaa ah anghoehaih laa nawnto sah o nasoe.

Let the floods clap their hands, and let the mountaines reioyce together

9 Anih loe long lokcaek hanah angzoh; anih mah toenghaih hoiah long to lokcaek ueloe, kaminawk to kangvan ah lokcaek tih.

Before the Lord: for he is come to iudge the earth: with righteousnesse shall hee iudge the world, and the people with equitie.
