1 Katoeng kruek zaehoikung hanah. Korah caanawk ih Saam laa. Aw Angraeng, na prae thungah palung koi kaom hmuen to nam tuengsak; naeh ih Jakob acaengnawk to na hoih let.
“To the chief musician, by the sons of Korach, a psalm.” Thou hast been favorable, O Lord, unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.
2 Nangmah ih kaminawk sakpazaehaih to na tahmen moe, nihcae zaehaih to na khuk pae. (Selah)
Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people: thou hast covered over all their sin. (Selah)
3 Palung na phuihaihnawk to na takhoe boih; thacak palung na phuihaih to nang qoi taak.
Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast relinquished the fierceness of thy anger.
4 Aw Sithaw, pahlongkung, kaicae hae angthasak let ah loe, kaicae khaeah palung na phuihaih to diipsak ah.
Return to us, O God of our salvation, and cause thy ill-will toward us to cease.
5 Kaicae nuiah palung na phui poe han vop maw? Na caanawk ih adung khoek to palungphuihaih na suek poe han vop maw?
Wilt thou be wroth with us for ever? wilt thou extend thy anger from generation to generation?
6 Nangmah rang hoiah nangmah ih kaminawk mah anghoehaih hak o thai let hanah, kaicae hae nang talawk let mak ai boeh maw?
Wilt thou not [now] revive us again, that thy people may rejoice in thee?
7 Aw Angraeng, na palungnathaih kaicae khaeah amtuengsak ah loe, na pahlonghaih to na paek ah.
Show us thy kindness, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation.
8 Angraeng Sithaw mah thuih han ih lok to ka tahngaih han; anih loe angmah ih kaminawk hoi angmah ih kaciim kaminawk khaeah lok to thui tih; toe amthuhaih bangah amlaem o let hmah nasoe.
I will hear what God the Lord will speak; for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his pious ones: only let them not turn again to folly.
9 Tangtang ni kaicae prae ah lensawkhaih oh thai hanah, a pahlonghaih loe anih zithaih tawn kaminawk taengah oh.
Surely, nigh is his salvation unto those that fear him: that glory may dwell in our land.
10 Palungnathaih hoi loktang lok to angtongh hoi boeh; toenghaih hoi angdaehhaih loe maeto hoi maeto angmok hoi.
Kindness and truth are met together: righteousness and peace kiss each other.
11 Loktang loe long thung hoiah tacawt tahang tih; toenghaih mah van hoiah khen tathuk tih.
Truth will grow up out of the earth, and righteousness will look down from heaven.
12 Ue, Angraeng mah kahoih hmuen to paek ueloe, kaicae ih prae mah athaih to tacawtsak tih.
Yea, the Lord will also give the good, and our land will yield its products.
13 Toenghaih loe anih hmaa ah caeh ueloe, a caehhaih loklam to aicae ih loklam ah na sah pae tih.
Righteousness will walk firmly before him, and will make [level] the way by its steps.
