2 Na misanawk pongah, misanawk hoi lula kaminawk nang hngaisak duem hanah, tahnu nae nawktanawk ih pakha hoiah thacakhaih to na paek.

From the lips of children and infants you have established praise, because of your adversaries, that you might silence the enemy and the avenger.

3 Na banpazung hoiah sak ih van ah kaom hmuennawk, na sak ih khrah hoi cakaehnawk ka poek naah,

When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars which you have set in place;

4 kami loe kawbangmaw oh moe, anih to na poek haih khing? Kami capa loe kawbangah maw oh moe, anih to na paqai thuih?

what is man, that you think of him, and the son of man that you care for him?

5 Anih loe vankami pong kahnaem kue ah na sak moe, lensawkhaih hoiah pakoehhaih to nang mueksak.

For you have made him a little lower than the angels. You have crowned him with glory and honor,

and you made him ruler over the works of your hands. You have put all things under his feet:

all sheep and cattle, and also the wild animals,

8 van ah kaom tavaanawk, tuipui thungah kaom tanganawk boih hoi tuipui thungah kaom angtawt thaih minphaw amiinawk boih, a khok tlim ah na suek pae.

the birds of the sky, and the fish of the sea, whatever passes through the paths of the seas.

9 Aw Angraeng, kaicae ih Angraeng, na hmin loe long nui boih ah kawkruk maw hoih!

YHWH, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth.
