1 Katoeng kruek zaehoikung hanah. David ih Saam laa. Sithaw loe angthawk nasoe, anih ih misanawk loe anghaeh o phang nasoe.
For the leader. Of David. A psalm. A song. God arises, his enemies scatter: they who hate him flee before him.
2 Takhi mah hmaikhue hmuh phaeng baktih toengah, nihcae to hmut phaeng ah; hmai pongah amkaw dui samdai baktiah, kasae kaminawk loe Sithaw hmaa ah anghma angtaa o nasoe.
As smoke before wind is driven, as wax melts before fire, so before God vanish the wicked.
3 Toe katoeng kaminawk loe anghoe o nasoe; nihcae loe Sithaw hmaa ah oep o nasoe; ue, paroeai anghoe o nasoe.
But the righteous rejoice in God’s presence, they exult with exceeding joy.
4 Sithaw khaeah laasah oh; ahmin saphawhaih laa to sah oh; tamai nuiah angthueng anih to pakoeh oh; anih ih ahmin loe YAH, anih hmaa ah anghoe oh.
Sing to God, make music to his name, his name is the Lord, praise him who rides on the clouds, and exult in his presence.
5 Anih loe ampa tawn ai kaminawk hanah ampa ah oh moe, lamhmainawk bomkung ah oh, Sithaw loe a ohhaih hmuenciim ah oh.
Father of orphans, defender of widows, is God in his holy abode.
6 Sithaw mah angmabueng kaom kami to imthong ah angcoengsak; thongkrah kaminawk doeh a loihsak; toe lok angaek thaih kaminawk loe prae karoem ah oh o.
God brings home the lonely, he leads forth the prisoner to comfort, so that none but the rebel lives cheerless.
7 Aw Sithaw, nang loe nangmah ih kaminawk hmaa ah na caeh moe, praezaek hoi na caeh haih naah, (Selah)
God, when you went in front of your people in your march through the desert, (Selah)
8 Sithaw hmaa ah, long to anghuenh, van hoiah kho angzoh; Sinai mae loe Sithaw, Israel Sithaw hmaa ah anghuenh.
earth shook, the heavens poured rain at the presence of God, Sinai’s God at the presence of God, Israel’s God.
9 Aw Sithaw, nangmah pop parai ah kho nang zohsak; thazai sut na qawktoep kaminawk to na bomh boeh.
Rain in abundance, God, you did sprinkle, restoring the languishing land of your heritage.
10 Nangmah ih kaminawk loe athung ah oh o; Aw Sithaw, na angraenghaih thung hoiah amtang kaminawk to na pacah.
A dwelling therein your people found: in your goodness, O God, you did care for the poor.

13 Nangcae loe mae salakah na iih o cadoeh, sumkanglung hoi pazut ih pahuu pakhraeh baktiah na om o ueloe, amuinawk doeh sui rong baktiah ampha tih.
dove’s wings covered with silver and pinions with shimmer of gold,
14 Thacak Angraeng mah siangpahrangnawk prae thungah anghaehsak phang naah, Salmon mae nuiah dantui kanglung baktiah oh o.
set with stones, like snow upon Zalmon.”
15 Sithaw ih mae loe Bashan mae baktiah oh; kasang mae doeh Bashan mae baktiah ni oh.
A mountain of God is the mountain of Bashan, a mountain of peaks is the mountain of Bashan.
16 Maesangnawk, athung ah oh hanah Sithaw mah qoih ih mae; ue, dungzan khoek to Angraeng ohhaih mae to, tih hanah uthaih hoiah na khet o loe?
You high-peaked mountains, why look you askance at the mountain which God has desired for his home whereon the Lord will live forever?
17 Sithaw misatukhaih hrangleeng loe sang pumphaeto oh, vankaminawk loe sangto pacoeng sangto oh o; Angraeng loe nihcae salakah oh, Sinai mae loe angmah ih hmuenciim ah oh.
The chariots of God are twice ten thousand: the Lord came from Sinai, his holy place.
18 Nang loe hmuensang ah na dawh tahang moe, misong ah naeh ih kaminawk to na hoih tahang; ue, Angraeng Sithaw nihcae salakah oh thaih hanah, kaminawk han khue ai, angaek thaih kaminawk han doeh, tangqum to na talawk pae.
You did mount the height with trains of your captives, and gifts that you had received from the people. The rebels shall live with the Lord God.
19 Ni thokkruek aicae ih hmuenzit phaw Angraeng, aicae pahlongkung, Sithaw loe tahamhoihaih om nasoe. (Selah)
Blest be the Lord who sustains us daily, the God who is also our savior. (Selah)
20 Anih loe aicae ih Sithaw, pahlonghaih Sithaw ah oh; Angraeng Sithaw loe duekhaih thung hoi loihaih ah oh.
Our God is a God who is savior. The ways of escape from death are known to the Lord God.
21 A misanawk ih lu, zaehaih sah kaminawk ih sam kathah lunawk to, caeh taak ai ah Sithaw mah atii tih.
Yes, God will shatter the head of his foes the rough scalp of those who strut on in their sins.
22 Angraeng mah, nihcae to Bashan hoi kang zoh haih let han, kaimah ih kaminawk to kathuk tuipui thung hoiah kang hoih let han,
The Lord said: “I will bring you home from Bashan, home from the depths of the sea,
23 na misanawk ih athii to khok hoiah na cawh ueloe, nang ih uinawk mah doeh athii to palaek o tih, tiah thuih.
that your feet you may bathe in blood, and your dogs lick their share of the foe.”
24 Aw Sithaw, hmuenciim ah nang zohhaih to nihcae mah hnuk o boeh, ka Sithaw, ka Siangpahrang angzohhaih to nihcae mah hnuk o boeh.
In the temple appear God’s triumphal processions, processions in praise of my king and my God,
25 Laasah kaminawk loe hmabang ah caeh o, katoeng tamoi congca kruek kaminawk hoi nihcae salakah cingceng bop tanglanawk loe, anih hnuk ah bang o.
with singers in front, and minstrels behind, and maidens with timbrels between them, singing,
26 Israel kaminawk, kami pop amkhuenghaih ahmuen ah, Sithaw to tahamhoihaih paek oh.
“You of the well-spring of Israel, bless the Lord God in the dance.”
27 Benjamin acaeng zetta thung hoi ih nihcae zaehoikung, Judah ih angraengnawk, Zebulun ih angraengnawk hoi Nephtali ih angraengnawk to athum o.
There, in front, is Benjamin the little, the princes of Judah beside them, the princes of Zebulon, princes of Naphtali.
28 Aw Sithaw, thacaksak ah, Sithaw, kaicae khae na sak ih baktih toengah, na thacakhaih to na patuek ah.
God, show your strength, your godlike might, as you did in the past,
29 Na tempul loe Jerusalem ah oh pongah, siangpahrangnawk mah nang khaeah tangqum sin o nasoe.
from your temple that crowns Jerusalem. Kings shall bring tribute to you.
30 Tuu thung ih kasan moinawk, maitaw taenawk hoi kaminawk ih maitaw caanawk to thuitaek ah, kami boih mah sumkanglung sin o nasoe loe, mi tlim ah om o nasoe; misa koeh kaminawk to anghaehsak phang ah.
Rebuke the beast of the reed, the herd of bulls, with the calves of the peoples. Trample down the lovers of lies. Scatter the nations whose joy is in war.
31 Laicaehnawk loe Izip prae thung hoiah angzo o tih; Ethiopia loe Sithaw khaeah ban payangh ueloe, ang paek tih.
May they come from Egypt with gifts of oil, Ethiopia haste with full hands to God.
32 Long ih praenawk, Sithaw khaeah laasah oh; Angraeng saphawhaih laa to sah oh, (Selah)
Sing to God, O you kingdoms of earth, make melody to the Lord. (Selah)
33 tangsuek hoi vannawk nui ih van angthueng, Anih khaeah, saphawhaih laa to sah oh; khenah, anih mah lok tacawtsak naah, thacak parai lok ah angcoeng.
Praise him who rides on the ancient heavens. See! He utters his voice, his mighty voice.
34 Sithaw loe thacak, tiah thui oh; a lensawkhaih loe Israel caanawk nuiah oh moe, a thacakhaih doeh tamai nuiah amtueng.
Ascribe strength to the God over Israel, whose strength and majesty live in the skies.
35 Aw Sithaw, kaciim angmah ih hmuenciimnawk thungah kaom nang loe zitthoh; Israel Sithaw loe, angmah ih kaminawk hanah thacakhaih hoi sakthaihaih paekkung ah oh. Sithaw loe tahamhoihaih om nasoe!
Awe-inspiring is God in his holy place, it is Israel’s God who gives strength and might to his people. Blessed be God.
