< Saam 65 >

1 Katoeng kruek zaehoikung hanah. David ih Saam laa. Aw Sithaw, Zion mae ah, pakoehhaih mah nang to ang zing; to ah loe nang khaeah sak ih lokkamhaih baktiah sak ah om tih.
To the chief Musician, A Psalm [and] Song of David. Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.
2 Aw lawkthuihaih pathimkung, kaminawk boih nang khaeah angzo o tih.
O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.
3 Kai loe zaehaihnawk mah ang kraeng khoep boeh; toe kaicae sakpazaehaihnawk to nang pasae pae tih.
Iniquities prevail against me: [as for] our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.
4 Na imthung ah oh moe, nang khaeah anghnai hanah, na qoih ih kami loe tahamhoih; kaciim na tempul hoi na im ih kahoih hmuen hoiah ka koi o tih boeh.
Blessed [is the man whom] thou choosest, and causest to approach [unto thee, that] he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, [even] of thy holy temple.
5 Aw Sithaw, kaicae pahlongkung, dawnrai hmuennawk to toenghaih hoiah nang pathim; nang loe long boenghaih ah kaom kaminawk boih, tuipui hoi kangthla ah kaom kaminawk hanah abuephaih ah na oh,
[By] terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; [who art] the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off [upon] the sea:
6 nang loe thacakhaih hoiah na koi; na thacakhaih hoiah maenawk to na sak;
Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; [being] girded with power:
7 nang loe tuipui tuen, tuiphu kangthawk tuen hoi kaminawk hanghaih lok dipsakkung ah na oh.
Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.
8 Kangthla koek ah kaom kaminawk loe na sak ih angmathaih hmuennawk to zit o; aduem akhawn ni tlim ah kaom kaminawk loe nang pongah anghoehaih to tawnh o.
They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.
9 Long to na khet moe, tui na bawh; Sithaw ih vapuinawk to tui hoiah na koisak moe, long to paroeai nang raengsak; to tiah long to na sak moe, caak koi cang to nam prawksak.
Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, [which] is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.
10 Kakah longnawk to tui na bawh; long to kadue ah na sak; khotui hoiah long to na padung moe, kamprawk akungnawk to tahamhoihaih na paek.
Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.
11 Saning to tahamhoihaih hoiah na khuk, na caehhaih loklam loe athawk hoiah koi.
Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.
12 Praezaek doeh ahmuen kahoih caphoi ah na ohsak; maesomnawk doeh anghoehaih hoiah na khuk.
They drop [upon] the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side.
13 Caphoinawk kakoi ah tuunawk to na pratsak moe, azawnnawk doeh cang hoiah na koisak; nihcae loe anghoehaih hoiah hangh o moe, laa to sak o.
The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.
