You angels in heaven, praise Yahweh! Praise him because he is very glorious and powerful.
2 Ahmin lensawk Angraeng khaeah angpaek oh loe, kaciim amthoephaih hoiah Angraeng to bok oh.
Proclaim that (he/his name) is glorious; bow down before Yahweh in his holy [temple].
3 Angraeng ih lok loe kalen tuinawk nuiah oh; Sithaw lensawkhaih loe khopazih baktiah tuenh: Angraeng loe paroeai kalen tui nuiah oh.
Yahweh’s voice is heard above the oceans; Yahweh, the glorious God, thunders. His voice thunders over the huge oceans [DOU].
4 Angraeng ih lok loe thacak; Angraeng ih lok loe thacakhaih hoiah koi.
His voice is powerful and majestic.
5 Angraeng ih lok mah sidar thingnawk to angkhaehsak; ue, Lebanon ih sidar thingnawk to Angraeng mah khaeh.
The sound of Yahweh’s voice breaks great cedar trees, the cedars that grow in Lebanon.
6 Nihcae to maitaw caa baktiah angphetsak moe, Lebanon hoi Sirion to hmawsaeng kokno ih caa baktiah oh sak.
He causes [the mountains in] Lebanon to jump like calves jump, and causes Hermon [Mountain] to jump like a young bull jumps.
7 Angraeng ih lok mah hmaipalai to pakhoih.
Yahweh’s voice causes lightning to flash.
8 Angraeng ih lok mah praezaek to ahoek moe, Angraeng mah Kedesh praezaek to ahuenh.
His voice causes the desert to shake; he shakes Kadesh Desert [in the southern part of Judah].
9 Angraeng ih lok mah tasuknawk to caa tapensak moe, tawnawk doeh amtuengsak: anih ih tempul thungah kami boih mah a lensawkhaih to thuih o.
Yahweh’s voice shakes the huge oak trees and strips the leaves from the trees while the people in the temple shout, “Praise [God]!”
10 Angraeng loe tuipui nuiah anghnut; ue, Angraeng loe dungzan Siangpahrang ah anghnut poe.
Yahweh ruled over the flood [that covered the earth]; he is our King who will rule forever.
11 Angraeng mah angmah ih kaminawk to thacaksak ueloe, Angraeng mah angmah ih kaminawk hanah monghaih hoi tahamhoihaih to paek tih.
Yahweh enables his people to be strong, and he blesses them by causing things to go well for them.
