1 Kasang laa. Angraeng to zit moe, anih ih loklam pazui kaminawk boih loe tahamhoih.

BLESSED is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways.

2 Na toksakhaih athaih to na caa tih; anghoehaih hoi khosakhoihaih doeh na tawn tih.

For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.

3 Na zu loe na imtaeng ih kathai parai misurkung baktiah om ueloe, na caanawk loe na caboi taengah kaom olive tadoknawk baktiah om o tih.

Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.

4 Khenah, Angraeng zii kami loe to tiah om tih.

Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord.

5 Angraeng mah Zion hoiah tahamhoihaih na paek ueloe, na hing thungah Jerusalem tahamhoihaih to na hnu tih.

The Lord shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.

6 Ue, na caanawk ih caa patoeng doeh na hnu tih, Israel nuiah monghaih om nasoe.

Yea, thou shalt see thy children’s children, and peace upon Israel.
