1 Coek koi om ai loklam ah caeh ah, Angraeng ih kaalok to pazui kaminawk loe tahamhoih.
ALEPH. Blessed [are] the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
2 A thuih ih loknawk to pakuem moe, palungthin boih hoiah anih pakrong kami loe tahamhoih.
Blessed [are] they that keep his testimonies, [and that] seek him with the whole heart.
3 Nihcae loe zaehaih sah o ai; anih ih loklam ah caeh o.
They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
4 Na loklam to loktangta hoi pazui hanah kaicae khaeah nang thuih.
Thou hast commanded [us] to keep thy precepts diligently.
5 Aw, na paek ih loknawk to pazui thai hanah, lam nang patuek!
O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!
6 Na paek ih loknawk boih to ka pakuem nahaeloe, azathaih ka tongh mak ai.
Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect to all thy commandments.
7 Katoeng na lokcaekhaih kam tuk naah, poektoenghaih hoiah nang to kang pakoeh han.
I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
8 Nang paek ih loknawk to ka pazui han; aw kai hae na pahnawt hmah roe ah.
I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
9 Kawbangmaw qoengthuem kami mah a caehhaih loklam to ciimsak thai tih? Na lok baktih toengah khosakhaih rang hoiah ni ciimsak tih.
BETH. Wherewith shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed [to it], according to thy word.
10 Palungthin boih hoiah nang to kang pakrong; Aw, nang paek ih loknawk hoi nam khraengsak hmah.
With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
11 Na nuiah zaehaih ka sak han ai ah, na lok to palung thungah ka suek boeh.
Thy word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against thee.
12 Aw Angraeng, taham na hoih! Nang paek ih loknawk to na patuk ah.
Blessed [art] thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
13 Na pakha thung hoi tacawt na loknawk boih to pakha hoiah ka taphong boeh.
With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
14 Hmuenmae congca hoi angraeng parai kami baktiah, na thuih ih loknawk pongah anghoehaih ka tawnh.
I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as [much as] in all riches.
15 Na loknawk to ka poek moe, na loklamnawk doeh ka khet han.
I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect to thy ways.
16 Nang paek ih loknawk pongah kang hoe, na lok to ka pahnet mak ai.
I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
17 Ka hing moe, na lok pazui thai hanah, na tamna khaeah kahoih hmuen to sah ah.
GIMEL. Deal bountifully with thy servant, [that] I may live, and keep thy word.
18 Na kaalok thungah dawnrai hmuennawk ka hnuk thai hanah, ka mik hae na paong pae ah.
Open thou my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
19 Long ah angvin ah ka oh; nang paek ih loknawk to kai khae hoi hawk ving hmah.
I [am] a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.
20 Na lokcaekhaih ka poek loiah ka hinghaih amro boeh.
My soul breaketh for the longing [that it hath] to thy judgments at all times.
21 Na lokpaekhaihnawk hoiah amkhraeng ving, amoek kami hoi tangoeng ih kaminawk to nang mah na thuitaek.
Thou hast rebuked the proud [that are] cursed, who do err from thy commandments.
22 Nang thuih ih loknawk ka pazui pongah, kasaethuihaih hoi hnaphnaehaih to kai khae hoi na takhoe pae ving ah.
Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.
23 Angraengnawk mah kai kasae ang thuih o; toe na tamna loe nang paek ih loknawk ni ka poek.
Princes also did sit [and] speak against me: [but] thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.
24 Na thuih ih loknawk loe kang hoehaih hoi kai han poekhaih paekkung ah oh.
Thy testimonies also [are] my delight, [and] my counselors.
25 Ka hinghaih loe maiphu thungah anghnut sut, na lok baktih toengah na hingsak ah.
DALETH. My soul cleaveth to the dust: revive thou me according to thy word.
26 Ka caehhaih loklam kawng ka thuih naah, nang pathim; nang paek ih loknawk to kai han na patuk ah.
I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.
27 Nang thuitaekhaih loklamnawk to na panoeksak ah; to tiah nahaeloe dawnrai hmuennawk to ka poek tih.
Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.
28 Palungset pongah ka hinghaih angpho sut boeh; na lok hoiah tha na caksak ah.
My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according to thy word.
29 Alinghaih loklam thung hoi ka loih thai hanah, tahmenhaih hoi na kaalok to na paek ah.
Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.
30 Kai loe loktang lam to ka qoih moe, na lokcaekhaih ka hmaa ah ka suek boeh.
I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid [before me].
31 Na thuih ih loknawk to kacakah ka patawnh boeh; Aw Angraeng, azathaih na tongsak hmah.
I have adhered to thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.
32 Ka palungthin nam ongsak boeh pongah, na thuih ih loklam pongah ka cawnh han.
I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.
33 Aw Angraeng, na thuih ih loknawk pazuihaih loklam to na patuk ah; to loklam to boeng khoek to ka pazui han.
HE. Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it [to] the end.
34 Na kaalok to ka pazui hanah, panoek thaihaih to na paek ah; ue, kaalok to palungthin boih hoiah ka pazui han.
Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yes, I shall observe it with [my] whole heart.
35 Nang paek ih loknawk hoiah loklam na patuek ah; to loklam ah ni anghoehaih ka tawnh.
Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for in that do I delight.
36 Ka palung hae khithaih bangah na ai ah, na thuih ih loknawk bangah paqoi ah.
Incline my heart to thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
37 Atho kaom ai hmuennawk khet han ai ah ka mik hae paqoi ving ah; na loklam ah na hingsak ah.
Turn away my eyes from beholding vanity; [and] revive thou me in thy way.
38 Nang zithaih tawn, na tamna khaeah na lok to caksak ah.
Establish thy word to thy servant, who [is devoted] to thy fear.
39 Na lokcaekhaih loe hoih baktih toengah, ka zit koek ih kasaethuihaih to na la pae ving ah.
Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments [are] good.
40 Khenah, nang paek ih loknawk to ka poek khing; na toenghaih bangah na hingsak ah.
Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: revive me in thy righteousness.
41 Aw Angraeng, na tahmenhaih rang hoiah na lok baktih toengah, na pahlonghaih kai khaeah angzo nasoe.
VAU. Let thy mercies come also to me, O LORD, [even] thy salvation, according to thy word.
42 Na lok ah oephaih ka tawnh pongah, kai kasae thui kami to lok ka pathim han.
So shall I have with which to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.
43 Ka pakha thung hoiah loktang lok to na la pae ving hmah; na lokcaekhaih ah ni oephaih to ka suek.
And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.
44 Na kaalok to dungzan hoi dungzan khoek to ka pazui han.
So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.
45 Nang patuk ih loknawk to ka pakrong pongah, pakaahaih om ai ah ka caeh han.
And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.
46 Nang paek ih loknawk to siangpahrangnawk hmaa ah ka thuih han, azathaih ka tongh mak ai.
I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.
47 Kai loe ka palung ih, na lokpaekhaih ah kang hoe tih boeh.
And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.
48 Ka palung ih na lokpaekhaih bangah ban ka payangh tahang moe, nang patuk ih loknawk to ka poek han.
My hands also will I lift to thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.
49 Na tamna khaeah paek ih lok to panoek poe ah, to lok hoiah ni oephaih to nang paek.
ZAIN. Remember the word to thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope.
50 Patangkhang naah hae lok mah monghaih ang paek; na lok mah ni kai ang hingsak.
This [is] my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath revived me.
51 Amoek kaminawk mah kai ang pahnui o thuih; toe kai loe na kaalok hoiah kam khraeng ving ai.
The proud have had me greatly in derision: [yet] I have not declined from thy law.
52 Aw Angraeng, canghnii ih lokcaekhaihnawk to ka pakuem poe pongah, monghaih to ang paek.
I remembered thy judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself.
53 Kasae kaminawk hoi na kaalok pahnawt kaminawk pongah, palungphuihaih mah kai ang pazawk.
Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
54 Nang patuk ih lok loe kholong ka caehhaih ahmuen kruekah kai ih laa ah oh.
Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.
55 Aw Angraeng, khoving ah, na hmin to ka poek moe, na kaaloknawk to ka pazui.
I have remembered thy name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept thy law.
56 Nang paek ih loknawk ka pazuihaih loe ka sakzong ih hmuen ah oh boeh.
This I had, because I kept thy precepts.
57 Aw Angraeng, nang loe kai taham ah na oh; na loknawk to ka pazui han, tiah ka thuih boeh.
CHETH. [Thou art] my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words.
58 Palungthin boih hoiah nang to kang pakrong boeh; na thuih ih lok baktih toengah na tahmen ah.
I entreated thy favor with [my] whole heart: be merciful to me according to thy word.
59 Ka caehhaih loklamnawk ka poek naah, nang paek ih loknawk bangah khok ka takan boeh.
I thought on my ways, and turned my feet to thy testimonies.
60 Nang paek ih loknawk loe akra ai, karangah ka pazui roep.
I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.
61 Kasae kaminawk mah kai ang tuk o; toe na kaalok to ka pahnet ai.
The bands of the wicked have robbed me: [but] I have not forgotten thy law.
62 Katoengah lok na caek pongah, aqum ah kang thawk moe, nang khaeah kawnhaih lok ka thuih han.
At midnight I will rise to give thanks to thee, because of thy righteous judgments.
63 Kai loe nang zithaih tawn kaminawk hoi nang paek ih loknawk pazui kaminawk boih ih, ampui ah ka oh.
I [am] a companion of all [them] that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.
64 Aw Angraeng, long loe na tahmenhaih hoiah koi; na thuitaekhaih loknawk to na patuk ah.
The earth, O LORD, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.
65 Aw Angraeng, na lok baktih toengah, na tamna khaeah kahoih hmuen to na sah pae ah.
TETH. Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O LORD, according to thy word.
66 Nang paek ih loknawk to ka tang pongah, palunghahaih hoi kahoih lokcaekhaih to na paek ah.
Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.
67 Loklam kam khraeng ving pongah, nang thuitaek vai boeh; toe vaihi loe na lok to ka tahngai boeh.
Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.
68 Nang loe na hoih, na sak ih hmuen doeh hoih; nang paek ih thuitaekhaih loknawk to na patuk ah.
Thou [art] good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.
69 Amoek kaminawk mah amsawnlok hoiah kai ahmin ang set o sak; toe nang paek ih loknawk to palungthin boih hoiah ka pazui han.
The proud have forged a lie against me: [but] I will keep thy precepts with [my] whole heart.
70 Nihcae ih palung loe moithawk baktiah amkhawk; toe kai loe na kaalok ah anghoehaih ka tawnh.
Their heart is as gross as fat; [but] I delight in thy law.
71 Nang paek ih thuitaekhaih loknawk to kam tuk thai hanah, patangkhanghaih loe kai hanah hoih.
[It is] good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.
72 Na pakha pong ih kaalok loe kai hanah, sui hoi sumkanglung sangto pongah doeh hoih kue.
The law of thy mouth [is] better to me than thousands of gold and silver.
73 Na ban hoiah nang sak moe, krang ah nang coengsak; nang paek ih loknawk kam tuk thai hanah, panoekthaihaih to na paek ah.
JOD. Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.
74 Na lok ah oephaih ka suek pongah, nang zithaih tawn kaminawk mah ang hnuk o naah anghoe o tih.
They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.
75 Aw Angraeng, nang loe toenghaih hoiah lok na caek, na oepthohhaih hoiah ni kai patang nang khangsak, tito ka panoek.
I know, O LORD, that thy judgments [are] right, and [that] thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.
76 Na tamna khaeah na suek ih lok baktih toengah, na palungnathaih mah monghaih na paek nasoe, tiah lawk ka thuih.
Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word to thy servant.
77 Ka hing thai hanah, na palungnathaih kai khaeah om nasoe; na kaalok loe kang hoehaih ah oh.
Let thy tender mercies come to me, that I may live: for thy law [is] my delight.
78 Amoek kaminawk loe takung tidoeh om ai ah ka nuiah sethaih sak o pongah, azat o nasoe; toe kai loe nang patuk ih loknawk to ka pakuem han.
Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: [but] I will meditate in thy precepts.
79 Nang zithaih tawn kami hoi na thuih ih loknawk panoek kaminawk loe, nang khaeah amlaem o let nasoe.
Let those that fear thee turn to me, and those that have known thy testimonies.
80 Azat ka tong han ai ah, nang thuitaekhaih loknawk pongah ka palung hae coek koi om ai ah om nasoe.
Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I may not be ashamed.
81 Na pahlonghaih to ka koeh loiah, ka pakhra thazok sut boeh; toe kai loe na lok ah ni oephaih to ka suek.
CAPH. My soul fainteth for thy salvation: [but] I hope in thy word.
82 Ka miknawk mah na lok to danh, toe hnu ai; natuek naah maw kai nang mongsak tih? tiah ka thuih.
My eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?
83 Kai loe kazaek moihin pailang baktiah ni ka oh sut boeh, toe nang thuitaekhaih loknawk to ka pahnet ai.
For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; [yet] I do not forget thy statutes.
84 Na tamna ih ni loe nasetto maw akra vop tih? Kai pacaekthlaek kaminawk to natuek naah maw lok na caek han?
How many [are] the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?
85 Na kaalok baktih na ai ah, amoek kaminawk mah kai hanah tangqom ang takaeh pae o.
The proud have digged pits for me, which [are] not according to thy law.
86 Nang paek ih loknawk boih loe oepthoh; tidoeh na ai ah nihcae mah kai ang pacaekthlaek o; na bom ah.
All thy commandments [are] faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help thou me.
87 Long nuiah nihcae mah kai ang tamit o tom boeh, toe na paek ih loknawk to ka pahnawt sut ai.
They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not thy precepts.
88 Nam lunghaih hoiah ka hinghaih hae pathawk ah, to tiah ni pakha hoi na thuih ih loknawk to ka pakuem thai tih.
Revive me after thy loving-kindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth.
89 Aw Angraeng, na lok loe van ah, dungzan khoek to cak.
LAMED. For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
90 Na oepthohhaih loe angzo han koi caanawk dung khoek to cak; long loe na caksak ih baktih toengah, oh poe.
Thy faithfulness [is] to all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.
91 Na sakzong ih atawk loe vaihni khoek to cak, to sak ih hmuennawk loe na tamna ah ni oh o boih.
They continue this day according to thy ordinances: for all [are] thy servants.
92 Na kaalok to kang hoehaih ah om ai nahaeloe, patangkhanghaih hoiah kang hmaa tih boeh.
Unless thy law [had been] my delights, I should then have perished in my affliction.
93 Nang patuk ih loknawk to natuek naah doeh ka pahnet mak ai; to loknawk hoiah ni nang hingsak.
I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast revived me.
94 Na pahlong ah, nang ih hmuen ah ni ka oh; kai loe nang patuk ih loknawk to ni ka pakrong.
I [am] thine, save me; for I have sought thy precepts.
95 Kasae kaminawk loe kai hum hanah zing o; toe kai loe na thuih ih loknawk ni ka poek han.
The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: [but] I will consider thy testimonies.
96 Kacung bit baktiah kamtueng hmuennawk boih loe boenghaih oh, tiah ka hnuk; toe nang paek ih loknawk loe paroeai kawk.
I have seen an end of all perfection: [but] thy commandment [is] exceeding broad.
97 Aw na lok hae kawkruk maw ka palung! Athun qui ka poek.
MEM. O how I love thy law! it [is] my meditation all the day.
98 Ka misanawk pongah nang paek ih loknawk mah palung ang hasak kue; to loknawk loe ka taengah oh o poe.
Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than my enemies: for they [are] ever with me.
99 Na thuih ih loknawk to ka poek pongah, kai patuk kaminawk boih pongah panoekhaih ka tawnh kue.
I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies [are] my (meditation)
100 Nang patuk ih loknawk to ka pazui pongah, canghnii ih kaminawk pongah doeh panoekhaih ka tawnh kue.
I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.
101 Na lok tahngaih thai hanah, kasae loklamnawk thungah khok ka takan ai.
I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.
102 Nang patuk boeh pongah, na lokcaekhaih thung hoiah kam khraeng ai.
I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me.
103 Ka pataeng naah na loknawk loe kawkruk maw luep! ue, ka pakha ah loe khoitui pongah doeh luep kue!
How sweet are thy words to my taste! [yes, sweeter] than honey to my mouth!
104 Nang patuk ih loknawk rang hoiah palunghahaih to ka hnuk; to pongah katoeng ai loklamnawk boih to ka hnukma.
Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
105 Na lok loe ka khok hanah hmaithaw ah oh moe, ka caehhaih loklam hanah aanghaih ah oh.
NUN. Thy word [is] a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path.
106 Katoeng na lokcaekhaih pazui han, tiah lokkamhaih to ka caksak han.
I have sworn, and I will perform [it], that I will keep thy righteous judgments.
107 Paroeai patang ka khang; Aw Angraeng, na lok baktih toengah, na pathawk ah.
I am afflicted very much: revive me, O LORD, according to thy word.
108 Aw Angraeng, ka pakha mah koehhaih baktiah paek ih hmuen to nang talawk pae hanah, kang hnik; na lokcaekhaihnawk to na patuk ah.
Accept, I beseech thee, the free-will-offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me thy judgments.
109 Ka hinghaih loe ka ban ah ni oh poe; toe na kaalok to ka pahnet ai.
My soul [is] continually in my hand: yet I do not forget thy law.
110 Kasae kaminawk mah kai hanah thaang ang patung pae o; toe kai loe nang paek ih loknawk hoi kam khraeng ving ai.
The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from thy precepts.
111 Na thuih ih loknawk loe kai hanah dungzan qawk ah oh moe, ka palung anghoehaih ah oh.
Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they [are] the rejoicing of my heart.
112 Nang thuitaekhaih loknawk boeng khoek to pazui poe hanah, ka palungthin hae ka paongh.
I have inclined my heart to perform thy statutes always, [even to] the end.
113 Poek angphae kaminawk to ka hnukma; toe na kaalok loe ka palung.
SAMECH. I hate [vain] thoughts: but thy law do I love.
114 Nang loe ka buephaih hoi kai pakaahaih ah na oh; na lok ah oephaih ka tawnh.
Thou [art] my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.
115 Nangcae kahoih ai hmuen sah kaminawk, kai khae hoi tacawt oh; ka Sithaw mah paek ih loknawk to ka pazui han.
Depart from me, ye evil-doers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.
116 Ka hing thai hanah, na lok baktih toengah na patawn ah; oephaih ka tawnh pongah na zatsak hmah.
Uphold me according to thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.
117 Ka loih hanah, na patawn ah; nang thuitaekhaih loknawk to ka pazui poe han.
Support me, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect to thy statutes continually.
118 Na thuitaekhaih loknawk hoi amkhraeng kaminawk boih to na pahnawt; nihcae loe aling hanah lok amlai o.
Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.
119 Kami zae, long kaminawk boih to sum aek baktiah na takhoe baat pongah, na thuih ih loknawk to ka palung.
Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth [like] dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.
120 Nang kang zit loiah ka tasoeh; na lokcaekhaihnawk to ka zit.
My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.
121 Kai loe kamsoem lokcaekhaih hoi toenghaih to ka sak boeh; kai hnaphnae kaminawk khaeah na caeh taak hmah.
AIN. I have done judgment and justice; leave me not to my oppressors.
122 Na tamna kai ka hoih thai hanah na caksak ah; amoek kaminawk mah na pacaekthalek o hmah nasoe.
Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.
123 Na pahlonghaih hoi na toenghaih loknawk to, mik hoiah ka khet.
My eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.
124 Na palungnathaih baktih toengah, na tamna khaeah sah rae ah loe, nang thuitaekhaih loknawk to na patuk ah.
Deal with thy servant according to thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes.
125 Kai loe na tamna ah ni ka oh; na thuih ih loknawk ka panoek thai hanah, thaikophaih to na paek ah.
I [am] thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.
126 Aw Angraeng, vaihi loe na toksakhaih atue ah ni oh boeh; nihcae loe na kaalok to phraek o boeh.
[It is] time for [thee], LORD, to work: [for] they have made void thy law.
127 Sui pongah doeh, ue, atui kaciim sui pongah doeh, nang paek ih loknawk to ka palung kue.
Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yes, above fine gold.
128 To pongah nang paek ih loknawk boih loe toeng tiah ka poek; katoeng ai loklamnawk boih loe ka hnukma.
Therefore I esteem all [thy] precepts [concerning] all [things to be] right; [and] I hate every false way.
129 Na thuih ih loknawk loe dawnrai han oh; to pongah ka pakhra mah pazui.
PE. Thy testimonies [are] wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them.
130 Amtuengsak ih na loknawk mah aanghaih to ang paek moe, panoek ai kaminawk hanah panoekthaihaih to a paek.
The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding to the simple.
131 Na paek ih loknawk to ka poek loiah, angpho hoiah pakha ka aang sut boeh.
I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments.
132 Na hmin palung kaminawk khaeah na sak ih baktih toengah, palungnathaih hoiah na khen ah.
Look thou upon me, and be merciful to me, as thou usest to do to those that love thy name.
133 Na lok hoiah ka khok tangkannawk hae toengsak ah; zaehaih mah na uk hmah nasoe.
Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
134 Nang patuk ih loknawk to ka pazui thai hanah, pacaekthlaekhaih thung hoiah na loisak ah.
Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts.
135 Na tamna nuiah na mikhmai to pansak ah loe, nang thuitaekhaih loknawk to na patuk ah.
Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: and teach me thy statutes.
136 Kaminawk mah na kaalok to pazui o ai pongah, ka mik hoiah mikkhraetui vapuituinawk baktiah longh.
Rivers of waters run down my eyes, because they keep not thy law.
137 Aw Angraeng, nang loe na toeng, na lokcaekhaihnawk doeh toeng.
TSADDI. Righteous [art] thou, O LORD, and upright [are] thy judgments.
138 Na thuih ih loknawk loe toeng moe, oepthoh.
Thy testimonies [that] thou hast commanded [are] righteous and very faithful.
139 Ka misanawk mah na thuih ih loknawk pahnet o ving boeh pongah, poekhaih tha ang zok o sak sut boeh.
My zeal hath consumed me; because my enemies have forgotten thy words.
140 Na lok loe ciim parai; to pongah na tamna mah palung.
Thy word [is] very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.
141 Kai loe takpum thoengkae moe, hnap han koi kami ah ka oh; toe nang paek ih loknawk to ka pahnet ai.
I [am] small and despised: [yet] I do not forget thy precepts.
142 Na toenghaih loe dungzan khoek to oh, na lok loe loktang ah oh.
Thy righteousness [is] an everlasting righteousness, and thy law [is] the truth.
143 Raihaih hoi patanghaih mah kai ang khuk khoep boeh; toe nang paek ih loknawk loe kang hoehaih ah oh.
Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: [yet] thy commandments [are] my delights.
144 Na thuih ih katoeng loknawk loe dungzan khoek to cak; ka hinghaih hanah, panoekthaihaih to na paek ah.
The righteousness of thy testimonies [is] everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.
145 Palungthin boih hoiah ka hangh, Aw Angraeng, na tahngai pae ah! Nang thuitaekhaih loknawk to ka pazui han.
KOPH. I cried with [my] whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep thy statutes.
146 Nang khaeah kang hang; na thuih ih loknawk pazui thai hanah, na pahlong ah.
I cried to thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies.
147 Akhawnbang khawnthaw ah nang khaeah kang hangh; na lok ah oephaih ka tawnh.
I came before the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.
148 Na lok ka poek hanah, qum taning ah kang lawt.
My eyes anticipated the [night] watches, that I might meditate in thy word.
149 Nam lunghaih baktih toengah ka hanghaih lok hae na tahngai pae ah; Aw Angraeng, na lokcaekhaih baktih toengah, na pathawk ah.
Hear my voice, according to thy loving-kindness: O LORD, revive me according to thy judgment.
150 Kasae poekhaih pazui kaminawk loe kasae sak hanah kai khaeah anghnaih o aep; toe nihcae loe na kaalok hoiah angthla o.
They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.
151 Aw Angraeng, nang loe na zoi, nang paek ih loknawk boih loe loktang lok ah oh.
Thou [art] near, O LORD; and all thy commandments [are] truth.
152 Na thuih ih loknawk loe dungzan khoek to na caksak boeh, tito canghnii hoi ni ka panoek boeh.
Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.
153 Na kaalok to ka pahnet ai pongah, patang ka khanghaih hae na poek pae ah loe, na pahlong ah.
RESH. Consider my affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.
154 Kai hae angsak haih ah loe, na krang ah; na lok baktih toengah na hingsak ah.
Plead my cause, and deliver me: revive me according to thy word.
155 Kasae kaminawk loe na thuitaekhaih loknawk to pakrong o ai pongah, pahlonghaih hoiah angthla o.
Salvation [is] far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.
156 Aw Angraeng, na palungnathaih loe len parai; na lokcaekhaihnawk baktih toengah kai hae na hingsak ah.
Great [are] thy tender mercies, O LORD: revive me according to thy judgments.
157 Kai pacaekthlaek kami hoi ka misanawk loe pop o parai; toe kai loe na thuih ih loknawk hoiah kam khraeng ai.
Many [are] my persecutors and my enemies; [yet] I do not decline from thy testimonies.
158 Nihcae loe na lok pazui o ai pongah, oep om ai kaminawk to ka khet naah ka panuet.
I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.
159 Nang patuk ih loknawk kawkruk maw ka palung, tito panoek ah; Aw Angraeng, nam lunghaih ah na hingsak ah.
Consider how I love thy precepts: revive me, O LORD, according to thy loving-kindness.
160 Na lok loe tangsuek na hoi boeh ni loktang ah oh; katoeng lok na caekhaihnawk boih loe dungzan khoek to cak.
Thy word [is] true [from] the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments [endureth] for ever.
161 Takung om ai ah angraegnawk mah kai ang pacaekthlaek o; toe ka palungthin mah loe na lok to zit.
SCHIN. Princes have persecuted me without a cause; but my heart standeth in awe of thy word.
162 Pop parai hmuenmae hnu kami baktih toengah, kai loe na lok pongah ni anghoehaih ka tawnh.
I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.
163 Kai loe amsawnlok to ka hnukma moe, ka panuet, toe na kaalok loe ka palung.
I hate and abhor lying: [but] thy law do I love.
164 Na caek ih katoeng lok pongah, nito naah vai sarihto nang kang pakoeh.
Seven times a day do I praise thee, because of thy righteous judgments.
165 Na kaalok palung kaminawk loe kalen parai monghaih to tawnh o; nihcae to tih mah doeh pakha mak ai.
Great peace have they who love thy law: and nothing shall cause them to stumble.
166 Aw Angraeng, na pahlonghaih to ka zing moe, nang paek ih loknawk to ka pazui boeh.
LORD, I have hoped for thy salvation, and performed thy commandments.
167 Na thuih ih loknawk to palungthin boih, ka hinghaih boih mah pazui boeh.
My soul hath kept thy testimonies; and I love them exceedingly.
168 Nang patuk ih loknawk hoi na thuih ih loknawk to ka pazui boeh; ka loklamnawk boih loe na hmaa ah oh.
I have kept thy precepts and thy testimonies: for all my ways [are] before thee.
169 Aw Angraeng, ka hanghaih lok hae na hmaa ah pha nasoe; na lok baktih toengah panoekhaih na paek ah.
TAU. Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word.
170 Tahmen kang hnikhaih lok hae na hmaa ah pha nasoe; na thuih ih lok baktih toengah na loisak ah.
Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.
171 Nang thuitaekhaih loknawk to nang patuk naah, ka pahni mah pakoehhaih lok to thui tih.
My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.
172 Nang paek ih loknawk boih loe toeng pongah, ka palai mah na lok to laa ah sah tih.
My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments [are] righteousness.
173 Nang patuk ih loknawk to ka qoih boeh pongah, na ban mah kai na bomh nasoe.
Let thy hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.
174 Aw Angraeng, na pahlonghaih hnuk han ka koeh phi boeh; na kaalok loe kang hoehaih ah oh.
I have longed for thy salvation, O LORD; and thy law [is] my delight.
175 Nang kang pakoeh thai hanah, ka pakhra hae na pathawk ah; na lokcaekhaihnawk mah na bomh nasoe.
Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.
176 Kai loe tuu kanghmaa baktiah loklam kang hmang sut boeh; na tamna to pakrong ah; nang paek ih loknawk to ka pahnet ai.
I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.
