Of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul; all that is within me, bless His holy name.
2 Aw ka hinghaih, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek ah, ang paek ih kahoih hmuennawk boih to pahnet hmah;
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and do not forget all His kind deeds—
3 Anih mah ni na zaehaihnawk to tahmen moe, na nathaihnawk boih to hoihsak,
He who forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases,
4 amrohaih thung hoiah na hinghaih to akrang moe, amlunghaih hoi a palungnathaih hoiah na lu to ang khuk pae,
who redeems your life from the Pit and crowns you with loving devotion and compassion,
5 na tha oh lihaih to tahmu baktiah angthasak hanah, kahoih hmuen hoiah na koehhaih to akoepsak.
who satisfies you with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6 Angraeng loe pacaekthlaekhaih tongh kaminawk to katoeng ah lokcaek.
The LORD executes righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
7 Mosi khaeah angmah ih loklam to panoeksak moe, Israel caanawk khaeah a sak ih hmuennawk to panoeksak.
He made known His ways to Moses, His deeds to the people of Israel.
8 Angraeng loe palungnathaih hoi amlunghaih to tawnh, palung sawk, anih loe palungnathaih hoiah koi.
The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion.
9 Anih loe zaehaih net poe mak ai; palung doeh phui poe mak ai.
He will not always accuse us, nor harbor His anger forever.
10 Anih loe aicae zaehaih baktiah lokcaek ai; a sakpazae o haih baktiah doeh pathok ai.
He has not dealt with us according to our sins or repaid us according to our iniquities.
11 Van loe long pongah sang kue baktih toengah, anih zii kaminawk hanah anih palungnathaih loe len parai.
For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His loving devotion for those who fear Him.
12 Ni angyae hoi niduem loe angthla parai baktih toengah, aicae zaehaih to kangthla ah ang takhoe pae ving boeh.
As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13 Ampa mah a caanawk tahmen baktih toengah, anih zii kaminawk loe Angraeng mah tahmen.
As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.
14 Aicae hae kawbangah maw a sak, tito anih mah panoek; aicae loe maiphu ah ni a oh o, tiah anih mah panoek.
For He knows our frame; He is mindful that we are dust.
15 Kami hinghaih aninawk loe qam baktih, lawk ih apawk baktiah ni oh.
As for man, his days are like grass— he blooms like a flower of the field;
16 Takhi song naah apawk loe anghmat boih, a ohhaih ahmuen mataeng doeh panoek thai ai boeh.
when the wind passes over, it vanishes, and its place remembers it no more.
17 Toe anih zithaih tawn kaminawk khaeah loe, Angraeng amlunghaih to dungzan hoi dungzan khoek to oh, a toenghaih loe a caanawk ih a caanawk patoeng khoek to oh,
But from everlasting to everlasting the loving devotion of the LORD extends to those who fear Him, and His righteousness to their children’s children—

to those who keep His covenant and remember to obey His precepts.

The LORD has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all.
20 Thacak moe, a thuih ih lok baktiah kasah, nangcae angmah ih vankaminawk, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek oh.
Bless the LORD, all His angels mighty in strength who carry out His word, who hearken to the voice of His command.
21 Anih koehhaih kasah, a toksah kaminawk boih, anih ih misatuh kaminawk boih, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek oh.
Bless the LORD, all His hosts, you servants who do His will.
22 A ukhaih prae thung ih ahmuen kruekah kaom a toksah kaminawk, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek oh; Aw ka hinghaih, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek ah.
Bless the LORD, all His works in all places of His dominion. Bless the LORD, O my soul!
