Nehemiah 3
1 Qaima Eliashib hoi ampui qaimanawk to angthawk o moe, tuu khongkha to a sak o let; tuu khongkha to ciimcai o sak moe, thoknawk to a raemh o; Meah, tiah kawk ih imsang khoek to a sak o moe, ciimcai o sak pacoengah, Hananeel imsang karoek to a sak o.
And Eliashib the high priest riseth, and his brethren the priests, and they build the sheep-gate; they have sanctified it, and set up its doors, even unto the tower of Meah they have sanctified it, unto the tower of Hananeel;
2 Nihcae pacoengah kaom ahmuen to Jeriko kaminawk mah sak o. Nihcae pacoengah kaom ahmuen to Imri capa Zakkur mah sak.
and by his hand have men of Jericho built; and by their hand hath Zaccur son of Imri built;
3 Tanga khongkha loe Hassenaah capanawk mah sak o, tungnawk, thoknawk, thok khahhaih hoi thok takraenghaihnawk doeh nihcae mah sak o.
and the fish-gate have sons of Hassenaah built, they have walled it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars.
4 Nihcae pacoengah kaom ahmuen to Koz capa Uriah, anih ih capa Meremoth mah pathoep. Nihcae pacoengah kaom ahmuen to Meshezabel capa Berakiah, anih ih capa Meshullam mah pathoep. Nihcae pacoengah kaom ahmuen to Baana ih capa Zadok mah pathoep let.
And by their hand hath Merimoth son of Urijah, son of Koz, strengthened; and by his hand hath Meshullam son of Berechiah, son of Meshezabeel, strengthened; and by his hand hath Zadok son of Baana strengthened;
5 Nihcae pacoengah kaom ahmuen to Teko kaminawk mah pathoep o; toe nihcae zaehoikungnawk loe angmacae angraeng khetzawnhaih tlim ah kahoih ah toksah o ai.
and by his hand have the Tekoites strengthened, and their honourable ones have not brought in their neck to the service of their Lord.
6 Toe khongkha kangquem loe, Paseah ih capa Joiada hoi Besodeiah ih capa Meshullam mah pakhraih; tungnawk, thoknawk, thok takhinghaih hoi takraenghaihnawk loe nihnik mah sak hoi.
And the old gate have Jehoiada son of Paseah, and Meshullam son of Besodeiah, strengthened; they have walled it, and set up its doors, and its locks, and its bars.
7 Nihnik taeng ih ahmuen to Gibeon kami Melatiah, Meron kami Jadon, Gibeon kami hoi Mizpah ih kaminawk mah, vapui zaeh ukkkung anghnuthaih ahmuen khoek to pathoep o.
And by their hand hath Melatiah the Gibeonite strengthened, and Jadon the Meronothite, men of Gibeon and of Mizpah, to the throne of the governor beyond the River.
8 Nihcae pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe sui sah kop, Harhaiah ih capa Uzziel mah pakhraih. Anih pacoengah ahmuen loe hmuihoih sahkung Hananiah mah pakhraih, anih mah kawk parai Jerusalem tapang khoek to pathoep let.
By his hand hath Uzziel son of Harhaiah of the refiners strengthened; and by his hand hath Hananiah son of [one of] the compounders strengthened; and they leave Jerusalem unto the broad wall.
9 Nihcae pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Jerusalem vangpui ahap ukkung, Hur ih capa Rephaiah mah pathoep.
And by their hand hath Rephaiah son of Hur, head of the half of the district of Jerusalem, strengthened.
10 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Harumaph ih capa Jedaiah ih longhma taengah oh pongah anih mah pathoep. Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Hashabneiah ih capa Hattush mah pathoep.
And by their hand hath Jedaiah son of Harumaph strengthened, and over-against his own house; and by his hand hath Hattush son of Hashabniah strengthened.
11 To pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Harim ih capa Malkijah hoi Pahath-Moab ih capa Hasshub mah pathoep, Hmaitikhaih imsang doeh nihnik mah sak hoi.
A second measure hath Malchijah son of Harim strengthened, and Hashub son of Pahath-Moab, even the tower of the furnaces.
12 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Jerusalem ahap ukkung, Halohesh ih capa Shallum hoi a canunawk mah pathoep.
And by his hand hath Shallum son of Halohesh, head of the half of the district of Jerusalem, strengthened, he and his daughters.
13 Tangtling ahmuen ih khongkha loe Hanun hoi Zanoah ih kaminawk mah pathoep o; nihcae mah khongkhanawk, thok takhinghaihnawk hoi ataehhaihnawk to pathoep o; Anghnoeng khongkha karoek to dong sangto kasawk tapang to nihcae mah sak o.
The gate of the valley hath Hanun strengthened, and the inhabitants of Zanoah; they have built it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars, and a thousand cubits in the wall unto the dung-gate.
14 Toe Anghnoeng khongkha loe Beth-Hakkerem prae ahap ukkung, Rekap capa Malkijah mah pathoep; khongkhanawk, takhinghaihnawk hoi takraenghaihnawk to anih mah sak let.
And the dung-gate hath Malchijah son of Rechab, head of the district of Beth-Haccerem, strengthened; he doth built it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars.
15 Tuipuek khongkha loe Mizpah prae ahap ukkung, Kol-Hozeh capa Shallun mah pathoep; anih mah imphu to padih moe, thoknawk, thok takhinghaih hoi takraenghaihnawk to sak let; anih mah siangpahrang takha taeng ih Siloah tuili doeh pathoep moe, David vangpui caeh tathukhaih thlak khoek to pathoep.
And the gate of the fountain hath Shallum son of Col-Hozeh, head of the district of Mizpah, strengthened: he doth build it, and cover it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars, and the wall of the pool of Siloah, to the garden of the king, and unto the steps that are going down from the city of David.
16 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Beth-Zur prae ahap ukkung, Azbuk ih capa Nehemiah mah pathoep moe, David aphumhaih taprong khoek to a sak pacoengah, sakcop ih tuili hoi thacak kaminawk ih im khoek to anih mah pathoep.
After him hath Nehemiah son of Azbuk, head of the half of the district of Beth-Zur, strengthened, unto over-against the graves of David, and unto the pool that is made, and unto the house of the mighty ones.
17 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Levi kami, Bani ih capa Rehum mah pathoep. Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Keilah prae ahap ukkung, Hashabiah mah angmah ih taham to pathoep.
After him have the Levites strengthened, [and] Rehum son of Bani: by his hand hath Hashabiah, head of the half of the district of Keilah, strengthened, for his district.
18 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Keilah prae ahap ukkung, Henadab ih capa Bavai ih nawkamyanawk mah pathoep o.
After him have their brethren strengthened, [and] Bavvai son of Henadad, head of the half of the district of Keilah.
19 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Mizpah prae ukkung, Jeshua ih capa Ezer mah pathoep moe, tapang takii ih hmuenmae patunghaih ahmuen khoek to anih mah pathoep.
And Ezer son of Jeshua, head of Mizpah, doth strengthen, by his hand, a second measure, from over-against the ascent of the armoury at the angle.
20 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Zabbai capa Baruk mah vangpui takii hoi kasang koek qaima Eliashib im akunhaih thok karoek to tha pathok moe, pathoep.
After him hath Baruch son of Zabbai hastened to strengthen a second measure from the angle unto the opening of the house of Eliashib the high priest.
21 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Koz ih capa Uriah, anih ih capa Meremoth mah, Eliashib im thok hoi kamtong im takii khoek to pathoep.
After him hath Meremoth son of Urijah, son of Koz, strengthened, a second measure, from the opening of the house of Eliashib even unto the completion of the house of Eliashib.
22 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe azawn ah kaom qaimanawk mah pathoep o.
And after him have the priests, men of the circuit, strengthened.
23 Nihcae pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Benjamin hoi Hasshub mah angma hnik im hmaa to pathoep hoi. Nihnik pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Ananiah ih capa Maaseiah, anih ih capa Azariah mah angmah ih im hmaa to pathoep.
After them hath Benjamin strengthened, and Hashub, over-against their house; after him hath Azariah son of Maaseiah, son of Ananiah, strengthened, near his house.
24 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Henadab ih capa Binnui mah Azariah im hoi tapang boenghaih khoek to pathoep.
After him hath Binnui son of Henadad strengthened, a second measure, from the house of Azariah unto the angle, and unto the corner.
25 Uzai ih capa Palal mah tapang angkoihaih taeng ih ahmuen, thongim longhmaa taeng, siangpahrang imsang hmaa ah kaom, misa toephaih imsang karoek to pathoep. Anih taengah kaom ahmuen loe Parosh ih capa Pedaiah mah pathoep.
Palal son of Uzai, from over-against the angle, and the tower that is going out from the upper house of the king that [is] at the court of the prison; after him Pedaiah son of Parosh.
26 Ophel mae ah kaom Nethinim toksah tamnanawk mah, tuipuek khongkha taeng hoi ni angyae bang, tasa bang tacawt dok imsang amtuenghaih ahmuen khoek to pathoep o.
And the Nethinim have been dwelling in Ophel, unto over-against the water-gate at the east, and the tower that goeth out.
27 Nihcae taengah kaom ahmuen loe Teko kaminawk mah kalen parai tasa bang tacawt dok imsang amtuenghaih ahmuen hoi Ophel tapang karoek to pathoep o.
After him have the Tekoites strengthened, a second measure, from over-against the great tower that goeth out, and unto the wall of Ophel.
28 Hrang khongkha pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe qaimanawk mah pakhraih o, angmacae im hmaa to pakraih o boih.
From above the horse-gate have the priests strengthened, each over-against his house.
29 Nihcae pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Immer ih capa Zadok mah a im taeng to pathoep. Anih taengah kaom ahmuen loe ni angyae bang ih khongkha toepkung, Shekhaniah capa Shemaiah mah pathoep.
After them hath Zadok son of Immer strengthened, over against his house; and after him hath Shemaiah son of Shechaniah, keeper of the east gate, strengthened.
30 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen kalah loe Shelemiah ih capa Hananiah hoi Zalaph ih capa tarukto haih Hanun mah pathoep. Nihnik pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe Berekiah ih capa Meshullam mah a ohhaih im hmaa to pathoep.
After him hath Hananiah son of Shelemiah strengthened, and Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, a second measure; after him hath Meshullam son of Berechiah strengthened, over-against his chamber.
31 Anih pacoengah kaom ahmuen loe sui sah kop Malkhiah mah, Miphkad khongkha taeng, im toksah Nethinim kaminawk hoi nawnto hmuemae zaw kaminawk ohhaih ahmuen, im takii ranuih karoek to pathoep.
After him hath Malchijah son of the refiner strengthened, unto the house of the Nethinim, and of the merchants, over-against the gate of the Miphkad, and unto the ascent of the corner.
32 Tapang angkoihhaih takii hoi Tuu khongkha salak loe, sui sah kop kaminawk hoi hmuenmae zaw kaminawk mah pathoep o.
And between the ascent of the corner and the sheep-gate, have the refiners and the merchants strengthened.
