< Marka 11 >
1 Nihcae Jerusalem phak o duih boeh moe, Bethphage hoi Bethani vangpui ih Olive mae to a phak o naah, a hnukbang hnetto hmabang ah patoeh,
AND when they drew nigh to Urishlem, against Bethphage and Beth-ania, at the mount of Olives, he sent two from his disciples,
2 Anih mah nihnik khaeah, Na hma ah kaom avang ah caeh hoih: avang thungah na kun hoi naah mi mah doeh angthueng vai ai ih, qui hoi pathlet moe, paeh ih laa hrang to na hnu hoi tih; aqui to khramh hoih loe hoi hoih.
and said to them, Go to that village which is over against you; and forthwith as you enter it, you will find a colt tied, which no man hath ridden; loose, bring him.
3 Mi kawbaktih mah doeh nang hnik khaeah tih hanah hae tiah na sak hoi loe? tiah thui nahaeloe, Angraeng mah angtoeng, akra ai ah na thak phrat tih hmang, tiah thui pae hoih, tiah a naa.
And if any man shall say to you, Why do you this? say to him, Because for our Lord it is requested, and at once he will send him hither.
4 To pongah nihnik loe caeh hoi moe, a hnuk hoi ih khongkha tasa bangah kaom lampui taengah paeh ih laa hrang to a khramh hoi naah,
And they went, and found the colt tied at the gate without in the street. And as they were loosing,
5 to ah angdoe kaminawk mah nihnik khaeah, Tih han ih hrang to na khramh hoi loe? tiah a naa o.
some of those who were standing said to them, What are you doing that you loosen the colt?
6 Jesu mah thuih ih lok baktih toengah nihcae khaeah a thuih pae hoi pongah, nihcae mah caeh hoi sak.
But they said to them as Jeshu had instructed them; and they permitted them.
7 Nihnik mah laa hrang to Jesu khaeah hoih pae hoi, hrang nuiah kahni a baih pae o moe, anih to hrang nuiah angthueng o sak.
And they brought the colt to Jeshu, and threw upon him their garments; and Jeshu rode upon him.
8 Paroeai kaminawk mah angmacae ih kahni to loklam ah baih o: thoemto kaminawk loe thing tanghang to pakhruk o moe, loklam ah baih o.
But many spread their vestments in the way, and others cut branches from the trees and spread them in the way;
9 Hmabang caeh kaminawk hoi a hnukah angzo kaminawk mah, Hosana; Angraeng ih ahmin hoi angzo kami loe tahamhoihaih om nasoe:
and these who went before him, and these who came after him, cried, saying, Save now!
10 Angraeng ih ahmin hoi angzo, aicae ampa David ih prae loe, tahamhoihaih om nasoe, kasang koek Hosana, tiah hangh o.
and blessed be the coming kingdom of our father David: Save now, in the heights!
11 Jesu loe Jerusalem ah caeh moe, tempul thungah akun: a taengah kaom hmuennawk boih to a khet naah, niduem boeh pongah, kami hatlai hnettonawk hoi nawnto Bethani avang ah caeh o.
And Jeshu entered Urishlem, into the temple, and surveyed every thing. And when it was the time of the evening, he went forth to Beth-ania with the twelve.
12 Khawnbangah, anih Bethani avang hoi angzoh naah, anih loe zok amthlam:
And the day after, when he went from Beth-ania, he hungered.
13 aqam khue kaom thaiduet kung to kangthla hoiah a hnuk, athaih oh mue, tiah a poek pongah akung ah a caeh: akung ah phak naah loe thaiduet athaihaih atue pha ai vop pongah, aqam khue ai ah loe, anih mah tidoeh hnu ai.
And he saw a certain fig-tree from afar which had leaves on it, and he came to it, if he might find upon it somewhat; but when he came, he found on it only the leaves, for the time was not for figs (to have been ingathered).
14 Jesu mah thaiduet kung khaeah, Nang khae hoi ih athaih to mi mah doeh dungzan khoek to caa hmah nasoe, tiah a naa. To lok to a hnukbang kaminawk mah thaih o. (aiōn )
And he said to it, Henceforth and for ever man from thee fruit shall not eat. And his disciples heard. (aiōn )
15 Nihcae Jerusalem ah angzoh o pacoengah, Jesu loe tempul thungah akun moe, hmuenmae zaw kaminawk hoi qan kaminawk to a haek, phoisa athlaeng kaminawk ih caboi hoi pahu zaw kaminawk ih anghnuthaih ahmuennawk to palet pae boih.
And they came to Urishlem. And Jeshu went into the temple of Aloha, and began to cast forth those who sold and bought in the temple, and he overthrew the tables of the money-changers, and the seats of them who sold doves:
16 Mi kawbaktih hanah doeh tempul thung ih hmuen to sinsak ai.
and he would not suffer any man to carry goods through the temple.
17 Nihcae khaeah, Kai ih im loe acaeng kaminawk boih lawkthuihaih im ah om tih, tiah tarik ih lok to oh na ai maw? Toe nangcae mah loe kamqunawk ohhaih akhaw ah na sak o lat, tiah a naa.
And he taught, and said to them, Is it not written, That my house the house of prayer shall be called of all nations? but you have made it a den of thieves.
18 Ca tarik kaminawk hoi kalen koek qaima mah to kawng to thaih o naah, anih hum thaihaih loklam to pakrong o: anih mah patuk ih lok pongah kaminawk dawnrai o boih, to pongah anih to zit o.
And the chief priests and Sophree heard it, and inquired how they might destroy him; for they feared from him, because all the people admired his doctrine.
19 Duembang phak naah, anih loe vangpui thung hoiah tacawt.
AND when it was evening, they went without from the city.
20 Akhawnbang khawnthaw ah, nihcae tacawt o naah, tangzun hoi kamtong kangqo boih thaiduet kung to a hnuk o.
And in the morning, while they passed by, they saw that fig-tree that it was dry from its root.
21 Piter mah poek vawk naah anih khaeah, Rabbi, khenah, na tangoeng thuih ih thaiduet kung loe angqo ving boeh, tiah a naa.
And Shemun remembered and said to him, Rabi, behold, that fig-tree which thou didst curse hath dried.
22 Jesu mah nihcae khaeah, Sithaw tanghaih tawn oh.
And Jeshu answered and said to them, Let there be in you the faith of Aloha.
23 Loktang kang thuih o, Mi kawbaktih doeh palung haenghaih tawn ai ah, tanghaih hoiah hae mae khaeah, angthui ah loe, tuipui thungah krah ah, tiah thui nahaeloe, a thuih ih lok baktiah om tih.
Amen I say to you, That whosoever shall say to this mountain, Be lifted up, and fall into the sea, and shall not be divided in his heart, but shall believe that that thing which he speaketh is, he shall have the thing that he saith.
24 To pongah kang thuih o, Lawkthuihaih hoi na hnik o ih hmuennawk boih loe, ka hnuk o boeh, tiah tang oh, to tiah nahaeloe na hnu o tih.
On this account I tell you, that every thing whatever you supplicate and ask, believe that you receive, and it shall be unto you.
25 Lawkthuih han nang doet o naah, minawk nuiah sakpazaehaih om nahaeloe, to zaehaih to tahmen oh; to tiah ni van ah kaom nangcae Ampa mah na sak pazaehaihnawk to tahmen toeng tih.
And when you stand to pray, forgive whatever you have against any man; and your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions.
26 Toe zaehaih na tahmen o ai nahaeloe, van ah kaom nangcae Ampa mah doeh na sak pazaehaihnawk to tahmen mak ai, tiah a naa.
But if you do not forgive, your Father who is in heaven will also not forgive you your transgressions.
27 Nihcae Jerusalem ah angzoh o let: anih tempul thungah akun naah, kalen koek qaima, ca tarik kaminawk hoi kacoehtanawk to Jesu khaeah angzoh o,
And they came again to Urishlem: and as he walked in the temple, the chief priests and the Sophree and the elders came to him,
28 nihcae mah anih khaeah, Naa ih sakthaihaih akaa hoiah maw hae hmuennawk hae na sak? Mi mah maw hae baktih hmuennawk sakthaihaih to ang paek? tiah a dueng o.
and said to him, By what authority these things doest thou? and who gave thee the authority to do them?
29 Jesu mah nihcae khaeah, Kai doeh lok maeto kang dueng o toeng han, na pathim oh, to pacoengah ni, naa ih sakthaihaih akaa hoiah maw hae hmuennawk hae ka sak, tito kang thuih o han.
But Jeshu said to them, I also will ask you one word, that you may tell me, and I tell you by what authority I these things do.
30 Johan tuinuemhaih loe van bang ih maw, to tih ai boeh loe kami khae hoi ih? Na pathim oh, tiah a naa.
The baptism of Juchanon, from whence was it? from heaven, or from the sons of man? Tell me.
31 To naah nihcae mah, Van bang hoi ih ni, tiah a thuih o nahaeloe, anih mah to tiah nahaeloe, tipongah anih to na tang o ai loe? tiah na naa tih.
And they reasoned among themselves, and said, If we say to him, that (it was) from heaven, he saith to us, And why did you not believe him?
32 Kaminawk khae hoi ih ni, tiah a thuih o nahaeloe, kaminawk boih mah, Johan loe tahmaa ni, tiah poek o pongah, kaminawk to zit thoh koek bae, tiah angmacae hoi angmacae to lok ang thuih o.
And if we should say, From the sons of man, there is fear from the people; for all have held Juchanon that he was truly a prophet.
33 To pongah nihcae mah Jesu khaeah, Ka thui o thai ai, tiah pathim pae o. To naah Jesu mah nihcae khaeah, Kai mah doeh naa ih sakthaihaih hoiah maw hae hmuennawk hae ka sak, tito kang thui o mak ai, tiah a naa.
And they answered, saying to Jeshu, We know not. He saith to them, I also do not tell you by what authority I these things do.
