And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

Speak to the children of Israel, and you shall say to them, Whosoever shall vow a vow as the valuation of his soul for the Lord,
3 na pakoep o han ih atho loe hae tiah oh; saning pumphaeto hoi saning qui tarukto kaom nongpa loe, hmuenciim ih shekel tahhaih pongah, phoisa shekel qui pangato hoi akrang han oh.
the valuation of a male from twenty years old to sixty years old shall be his valuation shall be fifty didrachmas of silver by the standard of the sanctuary.
4 Nongpata ah om nahaeloe phoisa qui thumto hoiah akrang tih.
And the valuation of a female shall be thirty didrachmas.
5 Saning pangato hoi saning pumphaeto salak ih kami ah om nahaeloe, nongpa to shekel pumphaeto hoiah akrang ueloe, nongpata to shekel hato hoiah akrang tih.
And if it be from five years old to twenty, the valuation of a male shall be twenty didrachmas, and of a female ten didrachmas.
6 Khrahto hoi saning pangato salak kami ah om nahaeloe, nongpa to shekel pangato hoi akrang ueloe, nongpata to shekel thumto hoiah akrang tih.
And from a month old to five years old, the valuation of a male shall be five didrachmas, and of a female, three didrachmas of silver.
7 Saning qui tarukto hoi ranui bang kami ah om nahaeloe, nongpa to shekel hatlai pangato hoiah akrang ueloe, nongpata to shekel hato hoiah akrang tih.
And if from sixty year [old] and upward, if it be a male, his valuation shall be fifteen didrachmas of silver, and if a female, ten didrachmas.
8 Anih loe na khaeh ih atho pongah amtang kue nahaeloe, to kami to qaima khaeah caeh haih ah; qaima mah anih ih atho to khaek tih; lokkamhaih sahkung mah paek thaih ih atho baktih toengah, qaima mah atho to khaek pae tih.
And if the man be too poor for the valuation, he shall stand before the priest; and the priest shall value him: according to what the man who has vowed can afford, the priest shall value him.
9 Paek han lokkam ih hmuen loe pacah ih moi ah oh moe, Angraeng khaeah tathlang hanah sin nahaeloe, a paek ih hmuen to ciim.
And if it be from the cattle that are offered as a gift to the Lord, whoever shall offer one of these to the Lord, it shall be holy.
10 Kahoih maw, kasae maw, moi maeto hoi maeto athlaeng han om ai; moi maeto hoi maeto athlaeng nahaeloe, to moi hoi athlaeng han koeh ih kalah moi maeto loe ciimcai han angaih.
He shall not change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he do at all change it, a beast for a beast, it and the substitute shall be holy.
11 Kaciim ai moi ah om nahaeloe, Angraeng khaeah tathlang han om ai; to pongah moi to khet hanah qaima khaeah caeh haih ah;
And if it be any unclean beast, of which none are offered as a gift to the Lord, he shall set the beast before the priest.
12 anih mah kasae kahoih, atho to thui tih; atho loe qaima mah khaeh ih baktih toengah om tih.
And the priest shall make a valuation between the good and the bad, and accordingly as the priest shall value it, so shall it stand.
13 Paekkung mah akrang han koeh nahaeloe, khaeh ih atho nuiah pangato thungah maeto thap ueloe akrang tih.
And if [the worshipper] will at all redeem it, he shall add the fifth part to its value.
14 Kami maeto mah a im to Angraeng khaeah kaciim ah paek han koeh nahaeloe, kahoih maw, ka sae maw, atho loe qaima mah khaeh ih baktih toengah om tih.
And whatever man shall consecrate his house as holy to the Lord, the priest shall make a valuation of it between the good and the bad: as the priest shall value it, so shall it stand.
15 To im to ciimsakkung mah akrang koeh nahaeloe, khaeh ih atho nuiah pangato thungah maeto thap ueloe, akrang tih; to pacoengah loe anih ih im ah om tih boeh.
And if he that has sanctified it should redeem his house, he shall add to it the fifth part of the money of the valuation, and it shall be his.
16 Kami maeto mah a lawk ahap Angraeng khaeah paek nahaeloe, cang nazetto maw akunh, tito khet moe, atho khaeh han oh; barli cang homer maeto naah, atho phoisa shekel qui pangato oh.
And if a man should hallow to the Lord a part of the field of his possession, then the valuation shall be according to its seed, fifty didrachmas of silver for a homer of barley.
17 Jubili saning thungah a lawk to paek nahaeloe, atho khaeh tangcae baktiah om poe tih.
And if he should sanctify his field from the year of release, it shall stand according to his valuation.
18 Toe Jubili pacoengah ciimsak hanah lawk to paek nahaeloe, qaima mah hmabang ih Jubili phak hanah saning nazetto maw angai vop, tito kroek ueloe, khaeh tangcae ih atho to azuk tih.
And if he should sanctify his field in the latter time after the release, the priest shall reckon to him the money for the remaining years, until the [next] year of release, and it shall be deducted as an equivalent from his full valuation.
19 Ciimsakkung mah angmah ih lawk to akrang let han koeh nahaeloe, khaeh tangcae atho nuiah pangato thungah maeto thap ueloe, akrang tih; to pacoengah loe a lawk ah om let tih boeh.
And if he that sanctified the field would redeem it, he shall add to its value the fifth part of the money, and it shall be his.
20 Toe lawk to akrang let han koeh ai moe, kalah kami khaeah zaw nahaeloe, akrang let thai mak ai boeh.
And if he do not redeem the field, but should sell the field to another man, he shall not after redeem it.
21 Jubili naah lawk to paek let nahaeloe, Angraeng khaeah paek ih hmuen ah oh baktih toengah, lawk to ciim tih; to lawk to qaimanawk ih hmuen ah om tih.
But the field shall be holy to the Lord after the release, as separated land; the priest shall have possession of it.
22 Kami maeto mah angmah ih lawk na ai, kalah lawk to qan moe, Angraeng khaeah paek nahaeloe,
And if he should consecrate to the Lord of a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,
23 qaima mah Jubili karoek to khaeh ih atho to kroek ueloe, Angraeng khaeah ciimsakhaih niah atho to paek roep tih.
the priest shall reckon to him the full valuation from the year of release, and he shall pay the valuation in that day [as] holy to the Lord.
24 Jubili saning phak naah loe, to lawk zaw kami, lawk tawnkung khaeah paek let tih.
And in the year of release the land shall be restored to the man of whom the other bought it, whose the possession of the land was.
25 Khaeh ih atho loe hmuenciim ih shekel tahhaih baktih toengah om ueloe, shekel maeto naah gerah pumphaeto om tih.
And every valuation shall be by holy weights: the didrachm shall be twenty oboli.
26 Toe Angraeng ih hmuen ah kaom, tapen tangsuek pacah ih moinawk loe mi mah doeh ciimsak hanah tathlang han om ai; maitaw maw, to tih ai boeh loe tuu maw Angraeng ih hmuen ah ni oh.
And every firstborn which shall be produced amongst your cattle shall be the Lord's, and no man shall sanctify it: whether calf or sheep, it is the Lord's.
27 Kaciim ai pacah ih moi loe, na khaeh ih atho baktih toengah akrang ah, khaeh ih atho nuiah pangato thungah maeto thap ah loe akrang ah; akrang han koeh ai nahaeloe, khaeh tangcae atho baktih toengah zaw ah.
But if he should redeem an unclean beast, according to its valuation, then he shall add the fifth part to it, and it shall be his; and if he redeem it not, it shall be sold according to its valuation.
28 Toe kami maeto mah tawnh ih kami maw, to tih ai boeh loe moi maw, to tih ai boeh loe lawk maw, Angraeng khaeah lokkam hoi paek ih hmuennawk boih loe, zaw thai mak ai ueloe, akrang doeh akrang let thai mak ai; palungthin boih hoi paek ih hmuen loe Angraeng khaeah kaciim koek hmuen ah oh.
And every dedicated thing which a man shall dedicate to the Lord of all that he has, whether man or beast, or of the field of his possession, he shall not sell it, nor redeem it: every devoted thing shall be most holy to the Lord.
29 Kaminawk mataeng doeh, paek tangcae kami loe, akrang let thai ai; hum han ni oh boeh.
And whatever shall be dedicated of men, shall not be ransomed, but shall be surely put to death.
30 Lawk ih cang maw, to tih ai boeh loe thingthai qumponawk maw, hato thungah maeto loe Angraeng ih hmuen ah oh, Angraeng ih kaciim hmuen ah oh.
Every tithe of the land, both of the seed of the land, and of the fruit of trees, is the Lord's, holy to the Lord.
31 Kami maeto mah hato thungah maeto akrang koeh nahaeloe, khaeh ih atho nuiah pangato thungah maeto thap pacoengah, akrang han oh.
And if a man should at all redeem his tithe, he shall add the fifth part to it, and it shall be his.
32 Tuu maw, to tih ai boeh loe maitaw maw, tuu khawngkung ih cunghet thungah akun moinawk boih, hato thungah maeto loe, Angraeng khaeah kaciim hmuen ah oh.
And every tithe of oxen, and of sheep, and whatever may come in numbering under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to the Lord.
33 Anih mah kasae maw, kahoih maw, qoi mak ai, moi doeh maeto hoi maeto athlaeng mak ai; athlaeng han koeh nahaeloe, paek ih moi hoi athlaeng ih moi to ciim hmaek han oh; akrang doeh akrang thai mak ai, tiah thui paeh, tiah a naa.
You shall not change a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if you should at all change it, its equivalent also shall be holy, it shall not be redeemed.
34 Hae loe Sinai mae ah Israel kaminawk han, Angraeng mah Mosi khaeah paek ih loknawk ah oh.
These are the commandments which the Lord commanded Moses for the sons of Israel in mount Sina.
