The LORD says to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held to subdue nations before him and strip kings of their armour, to open the doors before him, and the gates shall not be shut:
2 na hmaa ah ka caeh moe, kangkoih ahmuennawk to ka toengsak han; sumkamling hoiah sak ih khongkhanawk to ka phraek moe, takraenghaih sumboengnawk to ka khaeh pae han.
“I will go before you and make the rough places smooth. I will break the doors of bronze in pieces and cut apart the bars of iron.
3 Kai loe Angraeng, Israel Sithaw, ahmin hoiah nangcae kawkkung ah ka oh, tiah na panoek o thai hanah, kaving thung ih hmuennawk to kang paek moe, panoek ai ih ahmuen ah kanghawk angraenghaih doeh kang paek o han.
I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that it is I, the LORD, who calls you by your name, even the God of Israel.
4 Cyrus, ka tamna Jakob hoi ka qoih ih Israel pongah ni, nang to ahmin hoiah kang kawk; toe kai hae nang panoek ai, toe na hmin hoihaih to kang paek.
For Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel my chosen, I have called you by your name. I have given you a title, though you have not known me.
5 Kai loe Angraeng ah ka oh, kalah roe om ai, kai ai ah loe Sithaw om ai; Kai hae nang panoek ai, toe na kaeng to kacakah kang zaeng pae.
I am the LORD, and there is no one else. Besides me, there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not known me,

that they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is no one besides me. I am the LORD, and there is no one else.
7 Aanghaih to ka ohsak moe, vinghaih doeh ka sak; angdaehhaih ka sak moe, amrohaih doeh ka sak; hae hmuennawk boih loe Kai, Angraeng mah ni ka sak.
I form the light and create darkness. I make peace and create calamity. I am the LORD, who does all these things.
8 Nangcae vannawk, ranui bang hoiah kho angzo oh; toenghaih loe van bang hoiah kho baktiah angzosak nasoe; long hae am-ong nasoe loe, pahlonghaih thingthai to athai nasoe; toenghaih loe nawnto tacawt tahang nasoe; Kai, Angraeng mah to hmuen to ka sak boeh.
Rain, you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness. Let the earth open, that it may produce salvation, and let it cause righteousness to spring up with it. I, the LORD, have created it.
9 Angmah Sahkung hoi angzoeh kami loe khosak bing! Anih loe long ah kaom kakoi long laom baktiah ni oh. Amlai long mah laom sahkung khaeah, Timaw na sak? tiah naa thai tih maw? To tih ai boeh loe kai sahkung loe ban tawn ai, tiah thui thai tih maw?
Woe to him who strives with his Maker— a clay pot amongst the clay pots of the earth! Shall the clay ask him who fashions it, ‘What are you making?’ or your work, ‘He has no hands’?
10 Nawktanawk mah ampa hanah, Kawbaktih hmuen maw na sak? To tih ai boeh loe amno hanah, Kawbaktih hmuen maw na tapen? tiah thui kami loe khosak bing!
Woe to him who says to a father, ‘What have you become the father of?’ or to a mother, ‘What have you given birth to?’”
11 Angraeng, nihcae Sahkung, Ciimcai Israel Sithaw mah hae tiah thuih; angzo han koi hmuennawk, ka capanawk kawng hoi ban hoi ka sak ih hmuennawk kawng pongah, nangcae mah lok nang dueng o han om ai.
The LORD, the Holy One of Israel and his Maker says: “You ask me about the things that are to come, concerning my sons, and you command me concerning the work of my hands!
12 Long loe kai mah ni ka sak, a nuiah kaom kami doeh ka sak; Kaimah ih ban hoi roe ah vannawk to ka payuengh moe, cakaehnawk to lok ka paek boih.
I have made the earth, and created man on it. I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens. I have commanded all their army.
13 Toenghaih hoiah anih to ka pathawk tahang, anih caehhaih loklamnawk to ka hnuksak boih han; anih mah ka vangpui to sah ueloe, atho paek ai, tangqum paekhaih doeh om ai ah, naeh ih kaminawk to loisak tih, tiah misatuh kaminawk ih Angraeng mah thuih.
I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will make all his ways straight. He shall build my city, and he shall let my exiles go free, not for price nor reward,” says the LORD of Hosts.
14 Angraeng mah hae tiah thuih; Izip prae ah hak o ih hmuenmaenawk, Ethiopia kaminawk hoi somsang kahoih kaminawk mah hmuenmae zawhhaih hoiah hak o ih hmuennawk to nangcae khaeah pha tih, to hmuennawk loe nangcae ih hmuen ah om tih; nihcae loe qui hoi pathlet pacoengah, nangcae hnukah bang o tih; nangcae hmaa ah tabok o ueloe, nangcae khaeah, Sithaw loe oh tangtang; to Sithaw ai ah loe kalah Sithaw roe om ai, tiah nangcae khaeah tahmenhaih hni o tih.
The LORD says: “The labour of Egypt, and the merchandise of Ethiopia, and the Sabeans, men of stature, will come over to you, and they will be yours. They will go after you. They shall come over in chains. They will bow down to you. They will make supplication to you: ‘Surely God is in you; and there is no one else. There is no other god.
15 Aw Israel Sithaw hoi pahlongkung, nang loe kamtueng ah kaom ai Sithaw ah na oh.
Most certainly you are a God who has hidden yourself, God of Israel, the Saviour.’”
16 Krang sah kaminawk loe palungboeng o ueloe, azat o boih tih; azathaih hoiah ahmin sae o tih.
They will be disappointed, yes, confounded, all of them. Those who are makers of idols will go into confusion together.
17 Toe Israel loe Angraeng mah pahlong tih, dungzan pahlonghaih to hnu tih; azathaih tong mak ai, dungzan khoek to azathaih hoi palungboenghaih om mak ai boeh.
Israel will be saved by the LORD with an everlasting salvation. You will not be disappointed nor confounded to ages everlasting.

For the LORD who created the heavens, the God who formed the earth and made it, who established it and didn’t create it a waste, who formed it to be inhabited says: “I am the LORD. There is no other.
19 Kai loe tamquta hoi lok ka thui ai moe, long vinghaih ahmuen hoiah doeh lok ka thui ai; Jakob ih caanawk khaeah, Atho om ai ah kai hae pakrong oh, tiah ka thui ai; Kai, Angraeng loe toenghaih to ka thuih moe, loktang lok ni ka thuih.
I have not spoken in secret, in a place of the land of darkness. I didn’t say to the offspring of Jacob, ‘Seek me in vain.’ I, the LORD, speak righteousness. I declare things that are right.
20 Angzoh oh loe, maeto ah amkhueng oh; misa loih prae kaminawk boih, nawnto amkhueng oh; thing hoiah krang sah kaminawk, pahlong thai ai sithawnawk khaeah lawkthui kami loe, panoekhaih tidoeh tawn ai kami ah ni oh o.
“Assemble yourselves and come. Draw near together, you who have escaped from the nations. Those have no knowledge who carry the wood of their engraved image, and pray to a god that can’t save.
21 Na tok sakhaih to angzo o haih ah loe thui oh; ue, kaminawk to kawk oh, lok nawnto thui o nasoe; canghnii hoiah hae hmuen kawng thui kami loe mi aa? To nathuem hoi kamtong mi mah maw thuih? Kai, Angraeng mah na ai maw ka thuih? Kai ai ah loe Sithaw kalah om ai; Kai loe katoeng Sithaw, pahlongkung ah ka oh; kai ai ah loe kalah Sithaw roe om ai.
Declare and present it. Yes, let them take counsel together. Who has shown this from ancient time? Who has declared it of old? Haven’t I, the LORD? There is no other God besides me, a just God and a Saviour. There is no one besides me.
22 Kai loe Sithaw ah ka oh, kai ai ah loe kalah Sithaw om ai boeh pongah, long boenghaih ah kaom kaminawk, kai hae na khen o ah loe pahlong ah om oh.
“Look to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.
23 Kami boih ka hmaa ah khokkhu cangkrawn o ueloe, palainawk boih mah lokkamhaih to sah o tih, tiah kaimah hoi kaimah lokkamhaih to ka sak boeh; ka pakha thung hoi tacawt toenghaih lok loe akoep ai ah amlaem let mak ai.
I have sworn by myself. The word has gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and will not be revoked, that to me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall take an oath.
24 Toenghaih hoi thacakhaih loe Angraeng ah ni oh, tiah kami boih mah thui o tih; Angraeng to misa ah suem kaminawk to anih khaeah angzo o ueloe, azathaih hoiah om o tih.
They will say of me, ‘There is righteousness and strength only in the LORD.’” Even to him will men come. All those who raged against him will be disappointed.
25 Toe Israel caanawk boih loe Angraeng pongah toenghaih to hnu o ueloe, lensawkhaih hoiah om o tih.
All the offspring of Israel will be justified in the LORD, and will rejoice!
