1 Sithaw mah canghni ah amsae amzanawk khaeah lokthuih naah, Tahmaanawk patohhaih rang hoiah atue kalah kalah, loklam kalah kalah hoiah lok a thuih pae,
God, who in the past spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at various times and in many ways,

3 ka lensawk Sithaw aanghaih hoiah Anih ih krang to a Capa ah amtueng, a thacakhaih lok hoiah ni hmuennawk boih to patawnh: aicae ih zaehaih boih to angmah roe ang pasaeh pae pacoengah, Lensawk Sithaw bantang bangah anghnut.
The Son is the radiant glory of God, and the visible expression of his true character. He sustains everything by his powerful command. When he had provided cleansing for sin he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.
4 Anih loe van kaminawk pongah hoih kue, qawk ah a toep ih ahmin doeh van kaminawk pongah len kue.
He was placed much higher than the angels since he received a greater name than them.
5 Sithaw mah kawbaktih van kaminawk khaeah maw, Nang loe ka Capa ah na oh, vaihniah kang tapen, tiah thuih moe, Kai loe anih han Ampa ah ka oh, anih loe ka Capa ah om tih, tiah thuih let ih oh vaih?
God never said to any angel, “You are my Son; today I have become your Father,” or “I will be a Father to him, and he will be a Son to me.”
6 Anih mah tapen hmaloe long ah patoeh naah doeh, Sithaw ih van kaminawk boih mah Anih to bok o nasoe, tiah a thuih let.
Also, when he brought his firstborn Son into the world, he said, “Let all God's angels worship him.”
7 Van kaminawk kawng a thuih naah, Anih mah van kaminawk to muithla ah sak moe, angmah ih toksah kaminawk doeh hmaipalai ah angcoengsak, tiah thuih.
Regarding the angels, he says, “He makes his angels winds, and his servants flames of fire,”
8 Toe a Capa khaeah lokthuih naah loe, Aw Sithaw, na Angraeng tangkhang loe dungzan hoi dungzan khoek to cak poe tih: toenghaih cunghet loe na prae ukhaih cunghet ah om tih. (aiōn g165)
but about the Son he says, “Your throne, God, lasts forever and ever, and justice is the ruling scepter of your kingdom. (aiōn g165)
9 Nang loe toenghaih to na koeh moe, zaehaih to na hnukma; to pongah Sithaw, na Sithaw mah, nam puinawk pongah kamthlai ah anghoehaih situi hoiah ang bawh boeh, tiah thuih.
You love what is right, and hate what is lawless. That is why God, your God, has placed you above everyone else by anointing you with the oil of joy.”
10 Angraeng, nangmah ni tangsuek na hoiah long ohhaih ahmuen to na sak; vannawk doeh na ban hoiah sak ih hmuen ah ni oh o,
“You, Lord, laid the foundations of the earth in the beginning. The heavens are the product of your hands.
11 to hmuennawk anghma o cadoeh, Nang loe na cak poe tih; to hmuennawk boih loe khukbuen baktiah prawn o ueloe,
They will come to an end, but you will continue. They will wear out like clothes do,
12 kahni baktiah na pakhraep tih, to hmuennawk loe amkhrai o tih: toe Nang loe nam khrai mak ai, na saningnawk doeh boeng thai mak ai, tiah thuih.
and you will roll them up like a cloak. Like clothes, they will be changed, but you never change, and your life never ends.”
13 Toe Na misanawk na khok koenghaih ah ka sah ai karoek to, ka bantang bangah anghnu ah, tiah kawbaktih van kaminawk khaeah maw anih mah thuih vaih?
But he never said to any angel, “Sit at my right hand until I place your enemies in subjection under your feet.”
14 Van kaminawk loe pahlonghaih qawktoep koi kaminawk ih toksak pae hanah patoeh ih toksah muithla ah na ai maw oh o?
What are the angels? They are beings that serve, sent out to help those who will receive salvation.
