< Ezekiel 6 >
1 Angraeng ih lok kai khaeah angzoh,
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 kami capa, Israel maenawk bangah angqoi ah loe, nihcae misahaih lok to taphong ah;
Son of man, set thy face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy against them,
3 Aw Israel maenawk, Angraeng Sithaw ih lok to tahngai oh; Angraeng Sithaw mah maenawk, maesomnawk, vapuinawk hoi azawnnawk khaeah hae tiah lokthuih; khenah, Kai mah roe, nangcae khaeah sumsen to ka sin moe, nangcae ih hmuensangnawk to ka phraek han.
And say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys; Behold, I, [even] I, will bring a sword upon you, and I will destroy your high places.
4 Na hmaicamnawk loe angqai krangah om tih, krangnawk to amro tih; na sak o ih krangnawk hmaa ah nangmah ih kaminawk to ka hum han.
And your altars shall be desolate, and your images shall be broken: and I will cast down your slain [men] before your idols.
5 Israel kaminawk ih qok to na sak o ih krangnawk hmaa ah ka pasongh moe, na huhnawk doeh na hmaicam taengah ka haeh han.
And I will lay the dead carcases of the children of Israel before their idols; and I will scatter your bones round about your altars.
6 Na oh o haih vangpuinawk loe amro boih tih, hmuensangnawk doeh angqai krang tih boeh; na hmaicamnawk doeh amro tih, na bok o ih krangnawk loe koi phaeng ueloe, anghmaa tih, na sak o cop ih krangnawk to koi boih ueloe, na sak o ih hmuenawk doeh anghmaa boih tih boeh.
In all your dwellingplaces the cities shall be laid waste, and the high places shall be desolate; that your altars may be laid waste and made desolate, and your idols may be broken and cease, and your images may be cut down, and your works may be abolished.
7 Na prae thungah nangmah ih kaminawk to hum o boih tih, to naah Kai loe Angraeng ni, tiah na panoek o tih.
And the slain shall fall in the midst of you, and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD.
8 Toe anghmat kaminawk loe ka pathlung han, thoemto kaminawk loe sumsen hoiah loih o ueloe, prae congca kaminawk salakah anghaeh o phang tih.
Yet will I leave a remnant, that ye may have [some] that shall escape the sword among the nations, when ye shall be scattered through the countries.
9 Kai khae hoi amkhraeng, zaesak koehhaih palungthinnawk, krang bokhaih hoi zaesak koehhaih miknawk to kam rosak naah loe, kaloih kaminawk mah misong ah a oh o haih prae hoiah kai to panoek o tih; panuet kathok hmuen to a sak o pongah angmacae hoi angmacae to panuet o tih.
And they that escape of you shall remember me among the nations whither they shall be carried captives, because I am broken with their whorish heart, which hath departed from me, and with their eyes, which go a whoring after their idols: and they shall lothe themselves for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.
10 Kai loe Angraeng ni, tiah nihcae mah panoek o ueloe, nihcae nuiah kasae phaksak han ka thuih ih lok doeh ka thui rumram ai, tito nihcae mah panoek o tih.
And they shall know that I [am] the LORD, [and that] I have not said in vain that I would do this evil unto them.
11 Angraeng Sithaw mah, Ezekiel, Israel kaminawk mah sak o ih kahoih ai panuet kathok hmuen pongah, Alas, tiah dawnraihaih lok to thui ah! Ban atumh ah loe, khok hoiah tacu ah; nihcae loe sumsen, khokhahaih, kasae nathaih hoiah dueh o tih boeh.
Thus saith the Lord GOD; Smite with thine hand, and stamp with thy foot, and say, Alas for all the evil abominations of the house of Israel! for they shall fall by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence.
12 Kangthla ah kaom kami loe kasae nathaih hoiah dueh o ueloe, anghnai ah kaom kami loe sumsen hoiah dueh o tih; takui khoep ih kami hoi anghmat kami loe khokhahaih hoiah dueh o tih: to tiah palung ka phuihaih nihcae nuiah ka koepsak han.
He that is far off shall die of the pestilence; and he that is near shall fall by the sword; and he that remaineth and is besieged shall die by the famine: thus will I accomplish my fury upon them.
13 Angmacae hmaicam taeng ih krangnawk salakah, maesangnawk hoi maenawk nui boih ah, thing tahlip boih ah, aqam kabuk thing tlim boih ah, a bok o ih krangnawk hanah hmuihoih thlaek ih ahmuen ah, angmacae ih kami hum o naah ni, Kai loe Angraeng ni, tiah na panoek o tih.
Then shall ye know that I [am] the LORD, when their slain [men] shall be among their idols round about their altars, upon every high hill, in all the tops of the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every thick oak, the place where they did offer sweet savour to all their idols.
14 Nihcae nuiah ban ka payuengh moe, prae to ka pongsak sut han, ue, praezaek hoiah nihcae ohhaih ahmuen, Diblah karoek to angqai krang ah ka suek naah, to naah nihcae mah Kai loe Angraeng ni, tiah panoek o tih, tiah ang naa.
So will I stretch out my hand upon them, and make the land desolate, yea, more desolate than the wilderness toward Diblath, in all their habitations: and they shall know that I [am] the LORD.
