< Ezekiel 44 >

1 To pacoengah to kami mah, ni angzae bang ah anghae, tasa bang ih kaciim ahmuen khongkha ah ang caeh haih let; toe khongkha to khah o ving.
Then he brought me back the way of the gate of the outward sanctuary which looketh toward the east; and it was shut.
2 Angraeng mah kai khaeah, Hae khongkha loe kha ving tih, paong mak ai, mi doeh a thungah akun mak ai; to khongkha thung hoiah Angraeng, Israel Sithaw akun pongah, to khongkha to kha poe tih.
Then said Yhwh unto me; This gate shall be shut, it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter in by it; because Yhwh, the God of Israel, hath entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut.
3 Ukkung angraeng han ih ni oh; angraeng loe a thungah anghnu ueloe, Angraeng hma ah buh to caa tih; anih loe to khongkha thok hoiah akun ueloe, to khongkha thok hoiah tacawt let tih, tiah thuih.
It is for the prince; the prince, he shall sit in it to eat bread before Yhwh; he shall enter by the way of the porch of that gate, and shall go out by the way of the same.
4 To pacoengah aluek bang ih khongkha hoiah tempul hma ah ang caeh haih; ka khet naah Angraeng lensawkhaih hoiah kakoi Angraeng ih tempul to ka hnuk; to naah long ah ka kuep.
Then brought he me the way of the north gate before the house: and I looked, and, behold, the glory of Yhwh filled the house of Yhwh: and I fell upon my face.
5 Angraeng mah kai khaeah, Kami capa, kahoih ah pakuem ah, na mik hoi khenah, ka thuih ih Angraeng tempul thungah pazui han koi atawk hoi paek ih loknawk boih to tahngai ah loe, naa to patueng ah; tempul khongkha thungah akun han koi kami hoi tacawt han koi kami to kahoih ah pakuem ah, tiah ang naa.
And Yhwh said unto me, Son of man, mark well, and behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears all that I say unto thee concerning all the ordinances of the house of Yhwh, and all the laws thereof; and mark well the entering in of the house, with every going forth of the sanctuary.
6 Laisaep karah Israel imthung takohnawk khaeah, Aw Israel imthung takoh, na sak o ih panuet thok hmuennawk to khawt lai nasoe, tiah thui paeh, tiah Angraeng Sithaw mah thuih.
And thou shalt say to the rebellious, even to the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord Yhwh; O ye house of Israel, let it suffice you of all your abominations,
7 Nangcae mah kai ih buh, moithawk hoi athiinawk to nang tathlang o naah, ka tempul amhnongsak hanah, palung tangyat aat ai, angan ah doeh tangyat aat ai, acaeng kalah kaminawk to kai ih hmuenciim ah oh o hanah, ka imthung ah na hoih o, panuet thok na sak o ih hmuennawk boih pongah, ka sak ih lokmaihaih to nihcae mah phraek o boeh.
In that ye have brought into my sanctuary strangers, uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to pollute it, even my house, when ye offer my bread, the fat and the blood, and they have broken my covenant because of all your abominations.
8 Kai ih ciimcai hmuennawk to na toep o ai; kai ih kaciim ahmuen toep hanah kalah acaengnawk to na kawk o lat.
And ye have not kept the charge of mine holy things: but ye have set keepers of my charge in my sanctuary for yourselves.
9 Angraeng Sithaw mah, Israel kaminawk salakah kaom, palung ah tangyat aat ai, angan ah doeh tangyat hin aat ai, kalah acaeng, kawbaktih kalah acaeng doeh, kai ih kaciim ahmuen thungah akun o mak ai, tiah thuih.
Thus saith the Lord Yhwh; No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the children of Israel.
10 Israel kaminawk loe angmacae ih krangnawk to patom o moe, lam amkhraeng o, kai khae hoi loklam amkhraeng o ving boeh; to naah Levi kaminawk doeh kai khae hoi kangthla ah caeh o ving; nihcae mah a sak o ih zaehaih atho to zok o tih.
And the Levites that are gone away far from me, when Israel went astray, which went astray away from me after their idols; they shall even bear their iniquity.
11 Toe nihcae loe kai ih kaciim ahmuen ah toksah o ueloe, tempul khongkhanawk to toep o tih; tempul thungah toksah o tih; kaminawk hanah hmai angbawnhaih moi to bop pae o tih, kaminawk hma ah angdoe o ueloe, nihcae han toksah pae o tih.
Yet they shall be ministers in my sanctuary, having charge at the gates of the house, and ministering to the house: they shall slay the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister unto them.
12 Toe nihcae loe angmacae ih krangnawk hma ah tok to sak o moe, Israel imthung takoh to zaehaih thungah amtim o sak boeh pongah, nihcae misa haih ban to ka phok boeh, nihcae mah a sak o ih zaehaih atho to zok o tih, tiah Angraeng Sithaw mah thuih.
Because they ministered unto them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to fall into iniquity; therefore have I lifted up mine hand against them, saith the Lord Yhwh, and they shall bear their iniquity.
13 Nihcae loe vaihi qaima baktiah ka tok to sak hanah, kai khaeah angzo o mak ai boeh, ciimcai kai ih hmuennawk hoi ciimcai koek ahmuen thungah doeh angzo o mak ai boeh; nihcae loe azathaih hoi a sak o ih panuet thok zaehaih atho to zok o tih.
And they shall not come near unto me, to do the office of a priest unto me, nor to come near to any of my holy things, in the most holy place: but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have committed.
14 Toe nihcae to tempul toepkung ah, toknawk boih hoi a thungah sak han koi hmuen boih sahkung ah ka suek han.
But I will make them keepers of the charge of the house, for all the service thereof, and for all that shall be done therein.
15 Toe Israel caanawk kai khae hoi loklam amkhraeng o naah, qaima ah kaom Zadok ih acaeng Levi kaminawk loe kai ih kaciim ahmuen to toep o; nihcae loe kai ih tok sak hanah kai khaeah angzoh o tih, kai khaeah moithawk hoi athii to angbawn haih ah paek hanah, ka hmaa ah angdoe o tih, tiah Angraeng Sithaw mah thuih:
But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of my sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister unto me, and they shall stand before me to offer unto me the fat and the blood, saith the Lord Yhwh:
16 Kai khae toksak hanah, nihcae loe kai ih kaciim ahmuen thungah akun o tih, kai ih caboi ah angzo o ueloe, ka tok sahkung ah om o tih.
They shall enter into my sanctuary, and they shall come near to my table, to minister unto me, and they shall keep my charge.
17 Nihcae athung longhma ih khongkha thungah akun o naah, puu ngan khukbuen to angkhuk o tih; athung longhma ih khongkha thung hoi tempul thungah toksak o naah, tuumui khukbuen to angkhuk o mak ai.
And it shall come to pass, that when they enter in at the gates of the inner court, they shall be clothed with linen garments; and no wool shall come upon them, whiles they minister in the gates of the inner court, and within.
18 Nihcae loe puu ngan hoiah lu to zaeng o ueloe, kaeng doeh puu ngan hoiah zaeng o tih; angsatui tacawtsak kawbaktih khukbuen doeh angkhuk o mak ai.
They shall have linen bonnets upon their heads, and shall have linen breeches upon their loins; they shall not gird themselves with any thing that causeth sweat.
19 Tasa longhma bang ah, kami ohhaih tasa bang ah caeh o naah, a toksak o haih khukbuen to angkhring o tih, kaciim ahmuen imkhaan thungah suem o ueloe, kalah khukbuennawk to angkhuk o tih; kaminawk ciimsak hanah kaciim angmacae ih khukbuen to patoh o mak ai.
And when they go forth into the utter court, even into the utter court to the people, they shall put off their garments wherein they ministered, and lay them in the holy chambers, and they shall put on other garments; and they shall not sanctify the people with their garments.
20 Nihcae loe sam aah muilum han om ai, kasawk ah doeh pathlung han om ai; kahoih boek ah aah han oh.
Neither shall they shave their heads, nor suffer their locks to grow long; they shall only poll their heads.
21 Athung longhma ah akun naah, kawbaktih qaima doeh misurtui to nae mak ai.
Neither shall any priest drink wine, when they enter into the inner court.
22 Nihcae loe lamhmaih, to tih ai boeh loe sava hoi ampraek nongpata to zu haih mak ai; Israel imthung takoh atii thung ih tangla cuem, to tih ai boeh loe qaima mah duek taak ih lamhmai to zu ah lak han oh.
Neither shall they take for their wives a widow, nor her that is put away: but they shall take maidens of the seed of the house of Israel, or a widow that had a priest before.
23 Nihcae mah kai ih kaminawk khaeah, kaciim hoi kamhnong pathlaenghaih to patuk o ueloe, kathoeng hoi kathoeng ai panoek o sak tih.
And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
24 Lok aekhaih oh naah, nihcae mah lok to caek o ueloe, ka lokcaekhaih baktih toengah lok to takroek o tih; kai ih amkhuenghaih ahmuen ah kai ih kaalok hoi ka paek ih loknawk to pazui o ueloe, kai ih Sabbath to zaa o tih.
And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to my judgments: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies; and they shall hallow my sabbaths.
25 Angmacae hoi angmacae amhnongsak hanah nihcae loe kadueh kami taengah caeh mak ai; toe ampa maw, am no maw, a capa maw, a canu maw, amnawk maw, sava tawn ai a tanu maw, duek naah loe amhnong o thai tih.
And they shall come at no dead person to defile themselves: but for father, or for mother, or for son, or for daughter, for brother, or for sister that hath had no husband, they may defile themselves.
26 Anih loe kaciim ah amsaeh pacoengah, ni sarihto thung vop zing tih.
And after he is cleansed, they shall reckon unto him seven days.
27 Anih mah hmueciim thung toksak hanah, athung longhma, hmuenciim thungah caeh na niah, anih mah zae angbawnhaih sak han angaih vop, tiah Angraeng Sithaw mah thuih.
And in the day that he goeth into the sanctuary, unto the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin offering, saith the Lord Yhwh.
28 To tok loe qaimanawk ih qawk ah om tih; Kai loe nihcae ih qawk ah ka oh; Israel prae thungah nihcae han kawbaktih qawktoephaih doeh na paek o mak ai; kai loe nihcae ih qawk ah ka oh.
And it shall be unto them for an inheritance: I am their inheritance: and ye shall give them no possession in Israel: I am their possession.
29 Nihcae loe angbawnhaih hmuen ah paek ih, canghumnawk, zae angbawnhaih, sakpazae pongah angbawnhaih moinawk to caa o tih; Israel prae thungah Angraeng han paek o ih hmuen boih loe nihcae ih hmuen ah om tih.
They shall eat the grain offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; and every dedicated thing in Israel shall be theirs.
30 Kathai hmaloe kahoih koek thingthainawk boih, angbawnhaih ah paek ih hmuennawk boih, tangqum ah paek ih hmuennawk boih loe qaimanawk ih ni; na imthung ah tahamhoihaih oh hanah, long hoi hmaloe koek na hak o ih buh to qaima han paek oh.
And the first of all the firstfruits of all things, and every oblation of all, of every sort of your oblations, shall be the priest’s: ye shall also give unto the priest the first of your dough, that he may cause the blessing to rest in thine house.
31 Qaimanawk loe angmah koeh ah kadueh moi, to tih ai boeh loe moi kasannawk mah kaek ih tavaa maw, taw ih moinawk maw to caak han om ai.
The priests shall not eat of any thing that is dead of itself, or torn, whether it be fowl or beast.
