Exodus 19

In the thridde monethe of the goyng `of Israel out of the lond of Egipt, in this dai thei camen in to the wildirnesse of Synai;
2 Israel kaminawk loe Rephidim hoi amsak o moe, Sinai praezaek phak o pacoengah, mae hmaa ah atai o.
for thei yeden forth fro Rafidym, and camen til in to deseert of Synai, and settiden tentis in the same place; and there Israel settide tentis, euen ayens the hil.
3 Mosi mah Sithaw khae caeh tahang naah, Angraeng angmah khaeah angzoh hanah mae nui hoiah a kawk moe, Jakob imthung takoh hoi Israel kaminawk khaeah hae tiah a thui paeh;
Forsothe Moises stiede in to the hil to God; and the Lord clepide hym fro the mount, and seide, Thou schalt seie these thingis to the hows of Jacob, and thou schalt telle to the sones of Israel,
4 Izip kaminawk khaeah ka sak ih hmuen na hnuk o boeh; kawbang maw tahmu ih pakhraeh pongah kang hnut o sak moe, kaimah khaeah kang hoih o, tito na panoek o boeh.
Ye silf han seyn what thingis Y haue do to Egipcians, how Y bar you on the wengis of eglis, and took to me.
5 To pongah vaihi ka lok hae na tahngaih o moe, ka lokkamhaih na aek o ai nahaeloe, nangcae loe kaminawk boih salakah kai ih qawk ah na om o tih; long pum loe kai ih ni;
Therfor if ye schulen here my vois, and schulen kepe my couenaunt, ye schulen be to me in to a specialte of alle puplis; for al the lond is myn;
6 nangcae loe kai han kaciim acaeng hoi siangpahrang ukhaih prae ah kai ih qaima ah na om o tih, tiah a thuih pae. Hae loknawk hae Israel kaminawk khaeah thui paeh, tiah a naa.
and ye schulen be to me in to a rewme of preesthod, and `ye schulen be an hooli folk; these ben the wordis whiche thou schalt speke to the sones of Israel.
7 To pongah Mosi loe amlaem let moe, Israel kacoehtanawk to kawk pacoengah, Angraeng mah anih khaeah thuih ih loknawk to nihcae hmaa ah thuih pae boih.
Moyses cam, and whanne the gretter men in birthe of the puple weren clepid to gidere, he expownede alle the wordis whiche the Lord comaundide.
8 Kaminawk mah, Angraeng mah thuih ih lok to ka sak o boih han, tiah nawnto a thuih o. Nihcae ih lok to Mosi mah Angraeng khaeah tathlangh pae let.
And alle the puple answeride to gidere, We schulen do alle thingis whiche the Lord spak. And whanne Moises hadde teld the wordis of the puple to the Lord,
9 Angraeng mah Mosi khaeah, Khenah, nang hoi thuih ih lok kaminawk mah thaih o moe, nang to dungzan khoek to tang o thai hanah, tamai thung hoi nang khaeah kang zoh han, tiah a naa. Kaminawk mah thuih ih loknawk to Mosi mah Angraeng khaeah tathlangh pae.
the Lord seide to hym, Riyt now Y schal come to thee in a derknesse of a cloude, that the puple here me spekynge to thee, and bileue to thee withouten ende. Therfor Moises telde the wordis of the puple to the Lord,
10 To pacoengah Angraeng mah Mosi khaeah, Kaminawk khaeah caeh ah loe, nihcae to vaihni hoi khawnbang ah ciimcaisak ah; angmacae ih khukbuennawk to pasuk o nasoe loe,
which seide to Moises, Go thou to the puple, and make hem holi to dai and to morewe, and waische thei her clothis,
11 ni thumto naah om o coek nasoe; ni thumto naah loe kaminawk boih hmaa ah, Sinai mae nuiah Angraeng to anghum tathuk tih.
and be thei redi in to the thridde dai; for in the thridde dai the Lord schal come doun bifore al the puple on the hil of Synai.
12 Kaminawk mah mae sang to poeng o han ai ah sah paeh, mae sang nuiah daw o hmah, mae sang amtonghaih long doeh sui o hmah; mae sang to ban hoi sui kami loe paduek tangtang ah om tih.
And thou schalt sette termes to the puple, bi cumpas; and thou schalt seie to hem, Be ye war, that ye `stie not in to the hil, nether touche ye the endis therof; ech man that schal touche the hil, schal die bi deeth.
13 Anih to ban hoi sui hmah, sui kami loe thlung hoi vah maat ai boeh loe, palaa hoi kah maat han oh; kami maw, to tih ai boeh loe moi maw hing o sak hmah, tiah a thuih, tiah thui paeh; atue kasawk ah mongkah ueng pacoengah ni, kaminawk to mae nuiah daw o vop tih, tiah a naa.
Hondis schulen not touche hym, but he schal be oppressid with stoonus, ethir he shall be persid with dartis; whether it schal be a beest, ethir a man, it schal not lyue; whanne a clarioun schal bigynne to sowne, thanne `stie thei in to the hil.
14 Mosi mae nui hoi kaminawk khaeah anghum tathuk pacoengah, kaminawk to amprik caisak; nihcae mah khukbuennawk to pasuk o.
And Moises cam doun fro the hil to the puple, and halewide it; and whanne thei hadden waischun her clothis,
15 To pacoengah kaminawk khaeah, Ni thumto hanah amsak o coek ah, na zunawk khaeah iip o hmah, tiah a naa.
he seide to hem, Be ye redi in to the thridde dai, neiye ye not to youre wyues.
16 Ni thumto akhawnbang ah loe, khopazih hoi tangphra to puek moe, kathah parai tamai mah mae to khuk khoep, mongkah lok loe tuen parai pongah, ataihaih im ah kaom kaminawk to tasoeh o boih.
And now the thridde day was comun, and the morewetid was cleer; and, lo! thundris bigunnen to be herd, and leitis to schyne, and a moost thicke cloude to hile the mounteyn; and `the sownyng of a clarioun made noise ful greetli, and the puple dredde, that was in the castels.
17 To naah Mosi mah Sithaw tongh hanah, kaminawk to ataihaih im hoiah caeh haih, nihcae loe mae tlim ah angdoet o.
And whanne Moises hadde led hem out in to the comyng of God, fro the place of castels, thei stoden at the rootis of the hil.
18 To naah Angraeng loe hmai thung hoiah angzoh pongah, Sinai mae to hmaikhue mah ayaw hmoek; takoeng hoi tacawt hmaikhue baktih toengah, mae to anghuenh boih.
Forsothe al the hil of Synai smokide, for the Lord hadde come doun theronne in fier; and smoke stiede therof as of a furneis, and al the hil was ferdful;
19 Mongkah to kasawkah ueng naah, lok to len aep aep; Mosi mah lok to thuih, to naah Sithaw mah lok hoiah pathim pae.
and the `sown of a clarioun encreesside litil and litil, and was holdun forth lengere. Moises spak, and the Lord answeride to hym,
20 Angraeng loe Sinai mae nuiah anghum tathuk moe, Mosi to mae nuiah kawk; to pongah Mosi loe dawh tahang.
and the Lord cam doun on the hil of Synay, in thilke cop of the hil, and clepide Moises to the cop therof. And whanne he hadde stied thidur,
21 Angraeng mah anih khaeah, Kaminawk loe Angraeng khet hanah caeh o nganga moe, a duek o han ai ah, anghum tathuk ah loe kaminawk to thuitaek ah.
the Lord seide to hym, Go thou doun, and witnesse thou to the puple, lest perauenture it wole passe the termes to se the Lord, and ful greet multitude therof perische;
22 Angraeng khaeah angzo qaima boih angmacae hoi angmacae to amprik cai o nasoe; to tih ai nahaeloe Angraeng mah nihcae to thuitaek moeng tih, tiah a naa.
also preestis, that neiyen to the Lord, be halewid, lest Y smyte hem.
23 Mosi mah Angraeng khaeah, Kaminawk mah mae to poeng o han ai ah angzithaih ramri to sah paeh loe, amprik caisak ah, tiah na thuih pongah, kaminawk Sinai mae nuiah angzo o thai ai, tiah a naa.
And Moises seide to the Lord, The comyn puple may not stie in to the hil of Synai; for thou hast witnessid, and hast comaundid, seiyinge, Sette thou termes aboute the hil, and halewe it.
24 Angraeng mah caeh tathuk ah loe, Aaron to angzo haih ah; toe qaimanawk hoi kaminawk loe Angraeng khaeah angzo o nganga hmah nasoe; to tih ai nahaeloe nihcae to danpaekhaih tong o moeng tih, tiah a naa.
To whom the Lord seide, Go thou doun, and thou schalt stie, and Aaron with thee; forsothe the preestis and the puple passe not the termes, nethir stie thei to the Lord, lest perauenture he sle hem.
25 To pongah Mosi loe kaminawk khaeah anghum tathuk moe, lok to thuih pae.
Moises yede doun to the puple, and telde alle thingis to hem.
