1 Sithaw kami Mosi mah duek tom naah, Israel kaminawk han paek ih tahamhoihaih loe hae tiah oh.
This is the blessing, with which Moses, the man of God, blessed the sons of Israel before his death.
2 Anih mah, Angraeng loe Sinai mae hoiah angzoh, Seir ahmuen hoiah nihcae khaeah angthawk tahang moe, Paran mae hoiah ni baktiah a aengh to tacawt, anih loe kaciim kami sang hato hoi nawnto angzoh; a bantang bang hoiah kangqong hmai to tacawt.
And he said: “The Lord went forth from Sinai, and he arose for us from Seir. He appeared from Mount Paran, and thousands of holy ones were with him. The fiery law was in his right hand.
3 Ue, anih loe kaminawk to palung; angmah ih kaciim kaminawk loe na prae ah oh o boih; nihcae loe na khokkung ah akuep o, na lok to tahngaih o boih.
He loved the people; all the holy ones are in his hand. And those who approach his feet shall receive from his doctrine.

Moses instructed us in the law, the inheritance of the multitude of Jacob.
5 Israel acaengnawk hoi zaehoikung lu koeknawk nawnto amkhueng o naah, Anih loe Jeshurun nuiah, siangpahrang ah oh.
The king shall have great righteousness, at the gathering of the princes of the people with the tribes of Israel.
6 Reuben acaeng loe dueh ai ah, hing nasoe, anih ih kaminawk doeh tamsi hmah nasoe.
Let Ruben live, and not die, and may he be small in number.”
7 Judah kawng pongah anih mah, Aw Angraeng, Judah qahhaih lok to tahngai ah; anih to angmah ih kaminawk khaeah hoi ah; anih ih ban loe angmah hanah thacak pae nasoe; anih to misanawk ban thung hoiah abom ah, tiah a thuih.
This is the blessing of Judah. “Hear, O Lord, the voice of Judah, and lead him to his people. His hands shall fight for him, and he shall be his helper against his adversaries.”
8 Levi kawng pongah anih mah, Nang ih Thumin hoi Urim loe, Massah ah na tanoek moe, Meribah tui ohhaih ahmuen ah na tanoek ih kaciim kami khaeah om tih.
Likewise, to Levi he said: “Your perfection and your doctrine are for your holy man, whom you have proven by temptation, and whom you have judged at the Waters of Contradiction.

He has said to his father and to his mother, ‘I do not know you,’ and to his brothers, ‘I will disregard you.’ And they have not known their own sons. Such as these have kept your word and have observed your covenant:

your judgments, O Jacob, and your law, O Israel. They shall place incense before your fury and a holocaust upon your altar.
11 Aw Angraeng, anih ih hmuen to tahamhoihaih paek ah loe, a ban hoiah sak ih hmuen to talawk paeh; anih hnuma moe, tuk han angthawk kaminawk loe angthawk o let han ai ah, kaeng to khaek paeh, tiah a thuih.
O Lord, bless his strength, and receive the works of his hands. Strike the backs of his enemies, and do not let those who hate him rise up.”
12 Benjamin kawng pongah anih mah, Angraeng mah palung ih kami loe angmah khaeah ngancuem ah om tih; anih hing nathung Angraeng mah pakaa ueloe, anih loe Angmah ih palaeng salakah khosah tih, tiah a thuih.
And to Benjamin he said: “The most beloved of the Lord will live confidently in him. He shall remain all day long, as if in a bridal chamber, and he shall rest amid her arms.”
13 Joseph kawng pongah anih mah, nihcae ohhaih prae loe, van ih atho kaom dantui hoi long tlim ah kaom kathuk tuinawk,
Likewise, to Joseph he said: “His land shall be from the blessing of the Lord, from the fruits of heaven, and from the dew, and from the abyss which lies below,
14 ni mah tacawtsak ih atho kana thingthainawk hoi khrah mah tacawtsak ih atho kana hmuennawk,
from the fruits of the crops under the sun and the moon,
15 mae kamtak hoi dungzan ah kacak maesomnawk thung hoi tacawt hmuennawk,
from the heights of the ancient mountains, from the fruits of the everlasting hills,
16 kahoih koek long thung ih hmuennawk, a thungah kaom hmuennawk hoiah tahamhoihaih om nasoe; kabuk thing thungah kaom Kami ih tahmenhaih loe, Joseph lu nui hoi anih ih nawkamyanawk salakah kaom angraeng kami ih lupataeh ah om nasoe.
and from the fruits of the earth with all its plenitude. May the blessing of him who appeared in the bush, settle upon the head of Joseph, and upon the top of the head of the Nazarite among his brothers.

His excellence is like that of a first-born bull. His horns are like the horns of a rhinoceros; he shall brandish these against the Gentiles, even to the ends of the earth. These are the multitudes of Ephraim, and these the thousands of Manasseh.”
18 Zebulun kawng pongah anih mah, Zebulun, tasa bang na caeh naah anghoe ah, Issakar nang loe na ohhaih im ah anghoe ah.
And to Zebulun he said: “Rejoice, O Zebulun, in your departure, and Issachar, in your tabernacles.
19 Nihcae loe kaminawk to mae nuiah kawk ueloe, to mae nuiah toenghaih hoi angbawnhaih to sah o tih; tuipui ih savuet thungah hawk ih, pop parai hmuennawk to tahnutui baktiah nae o tih, tiah a thuih.
They shall summon the peoples to the mountain. There, they shall immolate the victims of justice, who feed on the flood of the sea, as if on milk, and on the hidden treasures of the sands.”
20 Gad kawng pongah anih mah, Gad acaeng lensak kami loe tahamhoih! Gad loe kaipui baktiah oh moe, a ban hoiah lunawk to taprawt pat thaih.
And to Gad he said: “Blessed is Gad in his breadth. He has rested like a lion, and he has seized the arm and the top of the head.
21 Hmaloe koek taham loe angmah hanah a qoih, daan sahkungnawk ih taham loe to ah a suek pae; kaminawk zaehoikung kacoehtanawk amkhueng o naah, katoeng Angraeng ih lok hoi Israel kaminawk lokcaekhaih akoepsak hanah anih mah sak pae, tiah a thuih.
And he has seen his own pre-eminence, which his teacher has stored up as his portion. He was with the princes of the people, and he accomplished the justices of the Lord, and his judgment with Israel.”
22 Dan kawng pongah anih mah, Dan loe kaipui ih caa ah oh, anih loe Bashan hoiah angphet tih, tiah a thuih.
Likewise, to Dan he said: “Dan is a young lion. He shall flow plentifully from Bashan.”
23 Naphtali kawng pongah anih mah, Angraeng loe anghoehaih hoi tahamhoihaih hoiah koi, Aw Naphtali; niduem hoi aloih bang ih ahmuen to toep ah, tiah a thuih.
And to Naphtali he said: “Naphtali shall enjoy abundance, and he shall be full of the blessings of the Lord. He shall possess the sea and the Meridian.”
24 Asher kawng pongah anih mah, Asher loe capanawk thungah tahamhoih koek ah oh; anih loe angmah ih nawkamyanawk mah koeh ih kami ah om nasoe loe, a khok to situi thungah nup nasoe.
Likewise, to Asher he said: “Let Asher be blessed with sons. Let him be pleasing to his brothers, and let him dip his foot in oil.
25 Na khokpanai loe sum, sum kamling hoiah sah ueloe, na hing thung thacak tih.
His shoe shall be of iron and of brass. As were the days of your youth, so also shall be your old age.
26 Jeshurun Sithaw hoi kanghmong mi doeh om ai; anih loe nang abomh hanah van ah anghnut moe, a lensawkhaih doeh van ranuiah oh.
There is no other god like the God of the most righteous one. He who rides upon the heavens is your helper. His magnificence scatters the clouds.
27 Dungzan Sithaw loe nang abuephaih ah oh moe, na tlim ah dungzan kacak ban to oh; Anih mah na misanawk to nangmacae hma hoiah na haek pae tih, nihcae to paro oh, tiah a thuih.
His habitation is above, and the everlasting arms are below. He shall cast out the enemy before your face, and he shall say: ‘Be utterly broken!’
28 Israel loe ngancuem ah khosah tih; Jakob ih acaeng loe cang, misurtui kapop prae ah angmah bueng om ueloe, angmah ih vannawk hoiah dantui to krah tathuk tih.
Israel shall live in confidence and alone, as the eye of Jacob in a land of grain and of wine; and the heavens shall be misty with dew.
29 Aw Israel, nang loe anghoe kami ah oh! Nang loe Angraeng mah pahlong ih acaeng ah na oh, nang hoi kanghmong kami mi maw kaom? Anih loe nang abomh hanah pakaahaih ah oh moe, na lensawkhaih sumsen ah oh; na misanawk loe na hma ah thazok o; nihcae ih hmuensangnawk to nangmah khok hoiah na tii pae phaeng tih, tiah a thuih.
Blessed are you, O Israel. Who is like you, the people who are saved by the Lord? He is the shield of your assistance and the sword of your glory. Your enemies will refuse to acknowledge you, and so you shall tread upon their necks.”
