Anih loe thacak misatuh kami ah oh, toe ngansae a manh.
Naaman, prince of the chyualrye of the kyng of Syrie, was a greet man, and worschipid anentis his lord; for bi hym the Lord yaf helthe to Sirie; sotheli he was a strong man and riche, but leprouse.
2 Syria misatuh abu maeto misatuk han caeh o naah, Israel prae thung hoiah naeh o ih tangla maeto a hoih o. Anih loe Naaman zu ih toksah tamna ah oh.
Forsothe theues yede out of Sirie, and ledden prisonere fro the lond of Israel a litil damysele, that was in the seruyce of the wijf of Naaman.
3 To nongpata tamna mah angmah ih angraeng zu khaeah, Ka angraeng loe Samaria ah kaom tahmaa khaeah caeh nahaeloe, anih mah loe ngansae to hoisak tih, tiah a naa.
`Which damysele seide to hir ladi, `Y wolde, that my lord hadde be at the prophete which is in Samarie; sotheli the prophete schulde haue curid hym of the lepre which he hath.
4 Naaman mah angmah ih angraeng khaeah caeh moe, Israel tangla mah thuih ih lok baktih toengah thuih pae.
Therfor Naaman entride to his lord, and telde to hym, and seide, A damysel of the lond of Israel spak so and so.
5 To pacoengah Syria siangpahrang mah, Vaihi caeh ah, Israel siangpahrang khaeah ca kang tarik pae han, tiah a naa. Naaman loe phoisa talent hato, sui shekel sang tarukto hoi khukbuen zung hato sin moe, a caeh.
Therfor the kyng of Syrie seide to hym, Go thou, and Y schal sende lettris to the kyng of Israel. And whanne he hadde go forth, and hadde take with hym ten talentis of siluer, and sixe thousynde goldun platis, `ether floreyns, and ten chaungyngis of clothis,
6 Israel siangpahrang khaeah pat ih ca doeh a sinh, to ca thungah, Ka tamna Naaman ih ngansae to hoisak hanah, hae ca hoi nawnto anih to nang khaeah kang patoeh, tiah tarik.
he brouyte lettris to the kyng of Israel bi these wordis; Whanne thou hast take this pistle, wite thou, that Y haue sent to thee Naaman, my seruaunt, that thou cure hym of his lepre.
7 Israel siangpahrang mah ca to kroek pacoengah, Angmah ih khukbuen to angkhringh moe, Kai loe kami kahum thaih, kahingsak thaih, Sithaw ah maw ka oh moe, hae kami mah ngansae hoisak hanah kami maeto kai khaeah patoeh? Hae kami loe kai hoi misa angcoeng han ih ni a sak boeh, tiah panoek oh, tiah a thuih.
And whanne the kyng of Israel hadde red the lettris, he to-rente his clothis, and seide, Whether Y am God, that may sle and quykene, for this kyng sente to me, that Y cure a man of his lepre? Perseyue ye, and se, that he sekith occasiouns ayens me.
8 Israel siangpahrang mah a khukbuen to asih, tiah Sithaw kami Elisha mah thaih naah, siangpahrang khaeah, Tih han ih khukbuen to na sih loe? To kami mah Israel prae ah tahmaa oh, tiah panoek hanah kai khaeah angzosak ah, tiah a naa.
And whanne Elisee, the man of God, hadde herd this, that is, that the kyng of Israel hadde to-rente hise clothis, he sente to the kyng, and seide, Whi to-rentist thou thi clothis? come he to me, and wite he, that a prophete is in Israel.
9 To pongah Naaman loe angmah ih hrangnawk, hrang lakoknawk hoiah caeh moe, Elisha ih im thok taengah angdoet.
Therfor Naaman cam with horsis and charis, and stood at the dore of the hows of Elisee.
10 Elisha mah angmah ih laicaeh to patoeh moe, Caeh ah loe, Jordan vapui ah vai sarihto amsae ah, to tiah nahaeloe na ngantui let ueloe, na ciimcai tih, tiah thui paeh, tiah a naa.
And Elisee sente to hym a messanger, and seide, Go thou, and be thou waischun seuensithis in Jordan; and thi fleisch shal resseyue helthe, and thou schalt be clensid.
11 Toe Naaman mah, Tahma loe tasa bangah tacawt tih, ka taengah angdoe ueloe, angmah ih Angraeng Sithaw ih ahmin to kawk tih, kai ih ngansae nuiah a ban to koeng ueloe, kai ih ngansae hae na hoisak tangtang tih, tiah poek pongah, palungphui moe, amlaem ving.
Naaman was wrooth, and yede awei, and seide, Y gesside, that he schulde go out to me, and that he schulde stonde, and clepe the name of `the Lord his God, and that he schulde touche with his hond the place of lepre, and schulde cure me.
12 Damaska ih vapui hnetto Abanah hoi Pharpar loe Israel prae thung ih vapuinawk boih pongah hoih kue na ai maw? To vapui ah kam saeh nahaeloe ka hoih mak ai maw? tiah a poek. To pongah anih loe palungphui moe, amlaem ving.
Whether Abana and Pharphar, floodis of Damask, ben not betere than alle the watris of Israel, that Y be waischun in tho, and be clensid?
13 Naaman ih tamna maeto anih khaeah caeh moe, Kam pa, tahmaa mah kalen parai hmuen sak hanah na thui nahaeloe, sah ai ah maw na oh han? Tipongah amsae ah loe ciimcai ah, tiah thuih ih lok baktiah na sah ai loe? tiah a naa.
Therfor whanne he hadde turned hym silf, and yede awei, hauynge indignacioun, hise seruauntis neiyiden to hym, and spaken to hym, Fadir, thouy the prophete hadde seid to thee a greet thing, certis thou owist to do; hou myche more for now he seide to thee, Be thou waischun, and thou schalt be clensid.
14 To pacoengah Sithaw kami mah thuih ih lok baktih toengah, anih mah Jordan vapui ah caeh tathuk moe, vai sarihto tui angnup; to naah anih ih ngan loe nawkta ta ih ngan baktiah angcoeng, anih loe ciim boeh.
He yede doun, and waischide hym seuensithis in Jordan, bi the word of the man of God; and his fleisch was restored as the fleisch of a litil child, and he was clensid.
15 Naaman loe a tamnanawk hoi nawnto Sithaw kami khaeah amlaem let; a hmaa ah angdoet pacoengah, Israel prae khue ai ah loe, long nuiah Sithaw om ai, tiah vaihi ka panoek tangtang boeh, to pongah na tamna khae ih tangqum hae talawk pae ah, tiah a naa.
And he turnede ayen with al his felouschipe to the man of God, and cam, and stood bifor hym; and seide, Verili Y knowe, that noon other God is in al erthe, no but oneli God of Israel; therfor, Y biseche, that thou take blessyng of thi seruaunt.
16 Toe tahmaa mah, A tok ka sak pae ih Angraeng loe hing pongah, tidoeh ka talawk mak ai, tiah a naa. Naaman mah talawk han thuih pae khruek, toe talawk pae ai.
And he answeride, The Lord lyueth bifor whom Y stonde, for Y schal not take. And whanne he made `strengthe, that is, greet preier, Elisee assentide not outirli.
17 Naaman mah, Na talawk ai nahaeloe, na tamna, kai mah mule hrang hnetto hoi phawh ih long to na talawk pae ah; to tiah nahaeloe na tamna mah kalah sithawnawk khaeah hmuen paekhaih hoi hmai angbawnhaih sah ai ah, Angraeng khae khue ah ka sak han boeh.
Therfor Naaman seide, As thou wolt; but, I biseche, graunte thou to me, thi seruaunt, that Y take of `the lond the birthun of twei burdones; for thi seruaunt schal no more make brent sacrifice, ether slayn sacrifice, to alien goddis, no but to the Lord.
18 Toe ka angraeng, Syria siangpahrang mah sithaw bok hanah Rimmon tempul ah caeh naah, anih loe ka ban ah amha moe, kai doeh Rimmon tempul thungah ka kuep naah, hae hmuen pongah Angraeng mah na tamna hae tahmen nasoe, tiah a naa.
Forsothe this thing is oneli, of which thou schalt preie the Lord for thi seruaunt, whanne my lord shal entre into the temple of Remmon, that he worschipe, and while he `schal lene on myn hond, if Y worschipe in the temple of Remmon, while he worschipith in the same place, that the Lord foryyue to thi seruaunt for this thing.
19 Elisha mah, Kamongah caeh lai ah, tiah a naa. Naaman loe caeh moe, angthla parai ahmuen ah pha ai vop.
Which Elisee seide to hym, Go thou in pees. `Therfor he yede fro Elisee in a chosun tyme of the lond.
20 Sithaw kami Elisha ih tamna Gehazi mah, Khenah, ka angraeng loe, hae Syria kami Naaman hae tahmen hmoek pongah, a sin ih hmuen doeh talawk pae ai; Angraeng loe hing pongah, a hnukah ka patom moe, hmuen to ka lak han, tiah a thuih.
And Giezi, the child of the man of God, seide, My lord sparide this Naaman of Syrie, that he took not of hym that, that he brouyte; the Lord lyueth, for Y schal renne aftir hym, and Y schal take of hym sum thing.
21 To pongah Gehazi mah Naaman to patom; Naaman mah anih patom kami to hnuk naah, anih to tongh hanah hrang nui hoiah anghum tathuk; hmuennawk boih hoih hmang maw? tiah a dueng.
And Giezi suede aftir the bak of Naaman; and whanne Naaman hadde seyn Giezi rennynge to hym, he skippide doun of the chare in to the metyng of Giezi; and seide, Whether alle thingis ben riytfuli?
22 Gehazi mah, Hmuennawk boih loe hoih. Vaicuek pang ah Ephraim mae hoiah tahmaa ih caa hnik kai khaeah angzoh hoi, to pongah nihnik paek hanah, phoisa talent maeto hoi khukbuen zung hnetto hni pae ah, tiah ka angraeng mah ang patoeh, tiah a naa.
And he seide, Riytfuli; my lord sente me to thee, and seide, Twey yonge men of the hille of Effraym, of the sones of prophetis, camen now to me; yyue thou to hem a talent of siluer, and double chaungyng clothis.
23 Naaman mah, talent hnetto la ah, tiah a naa. Phoisa talent hnetto, khukbuen zung hnetto hoi nawnto pasah hnetto thungah pacaeng pae moe, a tamna hnik khaeah a paek; nihnik mah Gehazi hmaa ah phawh pae hoi.
And Naaman seide, It is betere that thou take twei talentis. And Naaman constreynede hym; and Naaman boond twei talentis of siluer in twei sackis, and double clothis, and puttide on his twey children, `that is, seruauntis, whiche also baren bifor Giezi.
24 Nihnik vangpui sipae taengah phak hoi naah loe Gehazi mah to hmuen to lak moe, imthung ah suek; to kami hnik to loe kalah bangah caehsak ving.
And whanne he hadde come thanne in the euentid, he took fro the hond of hem, and leide vp in the hows; and he delyuerede the men, and thei yeden.
25 Toe anih loe athung ah akun moe, angmah ih angraeng Elisha hmaa ah angdoet; Elisha mah, Gehazi, naa ah maw na caeh? tiah a naa. Gehazi mah, Na tamna loe naa ah doeh ka caeh ai, tiah pathim pae.
Forsothe Giezi entride, and stood bifor his lord. And Elise seide, Giezi, fro whennus comest thou? Which answeride, Thi seruaunt yede not to ony place.
26 Elisha mah anih khaeah, To kami mah nang tongh hanah hrang nui hoi anghum tathuk naah ka poekhaih palungthin nang hoi nawnto om ai, tiah na poek maw? Vaihi tue loe phoisa, khukbuen, olive takha, misur takha, tuu hoi maitaw tae, tamna nongpa hoi tamna nongpatanawk talawkhaih atue maw?
And Elise seide, Whether myn herte was not in present, whanne the man turnede ayen fro his chare in to the metyng of thee? Now therfor thou hast take siluer, and thou hast take clothis, that thou bie places of olyues, and vyneris, and scheep, and oxis, and seruauntis, and handmaydis;
27 To pongah Naaman ih ngansae to nangmah hoi na caanawk khaeah dungzan khoek to akap tih, tiah a naa. Gehazi loe ngansae manh moe, dantui baktih anglung pongah Elisha hmaa hoiah tacawt ving.
but also the lepre of Naaman schal cleue to thee, and to thi seed withouten ende. And Giezi yede leprouse as snow, `fro hym.
