And King Solomon is king over all Israel,

and Benaiah son of Jehoiada [is] over the host; and Zadok and Abiathar [are] priests;
5 Nathan capa Azariah loe angraengnawk khenzawnkung ah oh; Nathan capa Zabud loe angraengnawk ukkung ah oh moe, siangpahrang poekhaih paekkung, ampui ah oh;
and Azariah son of Nathan [is] over the officers; and Zabud son of Nathan [is] minister, friend of the king;
6 Ahishar loe siangpahrang im khenzawnkung ah oh; Abda capa Adoniram loe tamut kokhaih toksahkung ah oh.
and Ahishar [is] over the household, and Adoniram son of Abda [is] over the tribute.
7 Solomon mah Israel prae hatlaihnetto thungah ukkung to suek boih; nihcae thung ih kami maeto boih mah siangpahrang hoi siangpahrang imthung takoh hanah, saning kruek khrahto thung caaknaek to paek o.
And Solomon has twelve officers over all Israel, and they have sustained the king and his household—a month in the year is on each one for sustenance;
8 To kaminawk ih ahmin loe, Ephraim prae ih mae nui hoiah Hur ih caanawk,
and these [are] their names: Ben-Hur in the hill-country of Ephraim;
9 Makaz, Shaalbim, Beth-Shemesh hoi Elon-Beth-hanan vangpui ih Dekkar ih caanawk;
Ben-Dekar in Makaz, and Shaalbim, and Beth-Shemesh, and Elon-Beth-Hanan;
10 Sokoth hoi Helpher prae boih hoi Arubboth vangpui ih Hesed ih caanawk;
Ben-Hesed, in Aruboth, has Sochoh and all the land of Hepher;
11 Dor prae thung boih ukkung, Solomon canu Taphath ih sava Abinadab ih caanawk;
Ben-Abinadab [has] all the elevation of Dor; Taphath daughter of Solomon became his wife;
12 Taanak, Mediido, Beth-Shaen vangpui hoi Abel-Meholah prae boih, Jokneam vangpui tasa bang khoek to, Jezereel vangpui tlim, Zartanah vangpui taengah kaom, Beth-Shaen prae boih ukkung, Ahilud capa Baana;
Baana Ben-Ahilud [has] Taanach and Megiddo, and all Beth-Shean, which [is] by Zartanah beneath Jezreel, from Beth-Shean to Abel-Meholah, to beyond Jokneam;
13 Gilead prae ah Manasseh capa Jair mah tawnh ih vangpui ah kaom, Bashan prae Argob hmuen ih sipae hoi sumkamling khongkha hoiah athung ih vangpui quitarukto ukkung, Gilead prae Ramoth vangpui ih Geber ih caanawk;
Ben-Geber, in Ramoth-Gilead, has the small towns of Jair son of Manasseh, which [are] in Gilead; he has a portion of Argob that [is] in Bashan—sixty great cities [with] wall and bronze bar;
14 Mahanaim vangpui ih Iddo capa Ahinadab;
Ahinadab son of Iddo [has] Mahanaim;
15 Naphtali prae ukkung Solomon canu Basemath ih sava Ahimmaz;
Ahimaaz [is] in Naphtali; he also has taken Basemath daughter of Solomon for a wife;
16 Asher hoi Aloth prae ah, Hushai capa Baana;
Baanah Ben-Hushai [is] in Asher, and in Aloth;
17 Assakar ah paruah capa Jehoshaphat;
Jehoshaphat Ben-Paruah [is] in Issachar;
18 Benjamin ah Elah capa Shimei;
Shimei Ben-Elah [is] in Benjamin;
19 Amor siangpahrang Sihon ih prae, Bashan siangpahrang Og ih prae hoi Gilead prae ah loe Uri capa Gebert to zaehoikung angraeng ah oh. Prae thungah loe anih khue ni ukkung ah oh.
Geber Ben-Uri [is] in the land of Gilead, the land of Sihon king of the Amorite, and of Og king of Bashan: and [he is] the one officer who [is] in the land.
20 Judah hoi Israel kaminawk loe tuipui taengah savuet zetto pop o; nihcae loe caak o, naek o moe, anghoe o.
Judah and Israel [are] many, as the sand that [is] by the sea for multitude, eating and drinking and rejoicing.
21 Solomon mah, Vapui hoi Philistin prae, Izip prae ramri karoek to, prae to uk boih; hae prae kaminawk loe tangqum to sin o moe, Solomon hing thung anih ih tok to sak pae o.
And Solomon has been ruling over all the kingdoms, from the River [to] the land of the Philistines and to the border of Egypt: they are bringing a present near, and serving Solomon, all [the] days of his life.
22 Solomon imthung takoh mah nito thung caak ih hmuennawk loe, takaw dip tahhaih kor quithumto, buh kor quitarukto,
And the provision of Solomon for one day is thirty cors of flour, and sixty cors of meal,
23 kathawk parai maitaw tae hato, taw ah pacah ih maitaw tae pumphae to, saza, tasuk hoi sakhi thui ai ah, tuu cumvaito; kathawk parai tavaanawk doeh a caak o.
ten fat oxen, and twenty feeding oxen, and one hundred sheep, apart from deer, and roe, and fallow-deer, and fatted beasts of the stalls,
24 Solomon loe vapui hoi niduem bang boih, Tiphsah hoi Azzah vangpui khoek to siangpahrangnawk to uk; anih ohhaih ataeng boih ah misa monghaih to oh.
for he is ruling over all beyond the river, from Tiphsah and to Gaza, over all the kings beyond the River, and he has peace from all his surrounding servants.
25 Solomon hing thung Judah hoi Israel, Dan hoi Beersheba karoek to, monghaih hoiah khosak o, kami boih mah angmah ih misur takha hoi thaiduetkung to tawnh o.
And Judah dwells—and Israel—in confidence, each under his vine, and under his fig tree, from Dan even to Beer-Sheba, all the days of Solomon.
26 Solomon loe angmah ih hrang lakok suekhaih ahmuen sing palito tawnh moe, hrang angthueng misatuh kami sang hatlaihnetto a tawnh.
And Solomon has forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen.
27 Prae toksah angraengnawk loe khrah kruek kami maeto mah, Solomon siangpahrang hoi anih ih caboi nuiah buhcaak han angzo kaminawk boih hanah caaknaek to paek o; nihcae loe tidoeh vawt o ai.
And these officers have sustained King Solomon and everyone drawing near to the table of King Solomon, each [in] his month; they let nothing be lacking.
28 Barli cang hoi hrang rawkcaak doeh, angmacae paekhaih atue phak naah, kami boih mah prae toksah angraengnawk ohhaih ahmuen ah sinh pae o.
And the barley and the straw, for horses and for dromedaries, they bring to the place where they are, each according to his ordinance.
29 Sithaw mah Solomon hanah palunghahaih, kalen parai panoek thaihaih, tuipui taeng ih savuet baktiah kakawk palungthin to paek.
And God gives very much wisdom and understanding to Solomon, and breadth of heart, as the sand that [is] on the edge of the sea;
30 Solomon loe ni angyae bang ih kaminawk boih hoi Izip prae ih palungha kaminawk boih pongah doeh palungha kue.
and the wisdom of Solomon is greater than the wisdom of any of the sons of the east, and [greater] than all the wisdom of Egypt;
31 Anih loe kaminawk boih pongah palungha kue; Ezrah acaeng Ethan, Mahol capa Heman, Kalkol hoi Darda pongah doeh palungha kue; anih ih ahmin loe a taengah kaom prae kaminawk boih ah amthang.
and he is wiser than all men, [wiser] than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Chalcol, and Darda, sons of Mahol, and his name is in all the surrounding nations.
32 Palungha thuitaekhaih lok sang thumto hoi laa sangto pacoeng, pangato loe anih mah tarik.
And he speaks three thousand allegories, and his songs [are] one thousand and five;
33 Lebanon ih sidar thingkungnawk hoi sipae nuiah kamprawk hyssop kungnawk mataeng doeh a thuih thai boih. Taw ih moinawk, tavaanawk, long ah kavak amiinawk hoi tanganawk to panoek boih.
and he speaks concerning the trees, from the cedar that [is] in Lebanon, even to the hyssop that is coming out in the wall, and he speaks concerning the livestock, and concerning the bird, and concerning the creeping things, and concerning the fishes,
34 Acaeng kaminawk boih, long pum ah kaom siangpahrangnawk boih mah Solomon palunghahaih lok to thaih o, anih ih lok tahngaih hanah angzoh o.
and there come out [those] of all the peoples to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth who have heard of his wisdom.
