3 Amram ih caanawk loe Aaron, Mosi hoi Miriam. Aaron ih caanawk loe Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar hoi Ithamar.

And the children of Amram; Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. The sons also of Aaron; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

4 Eleazar mah Phinehas to sak moe, Phinehas mah Abishua to sak,

Eleazar brings forth Phinehas, Phinehas brings forth Abishua,

5 Abishua mah Bukki to sak moe, Bukki mah Uzzi to sak,

And Abishua brings forth Bukki, and Bukki brings forth Uzzi,

6 Uzzi mah Zerahiah to sak moe, Zerahiah mah Meraioth to sak,

And Uzzi brings forth Zerahiah, and Zerahiah brings forth Meraioth,

7 Meraioth mah Amariah to sak moe, Amariah mah Ahitub to sak,

Meraioth brings forth Amariah, and Amariah brings forth Ahitub,

8 Ahitub mah Zadok to sak moe, Zadok mah Ahimaaz to sak,

And Ahitub brings forth Zadok, and Zadok brings forth Ahimaaz,

9 Ahimaaz mah Azariah to sak moe, Azariah mah Johanan to sak,

And Ahimaaz brings forth Azariah, and Azariah brings forth Johanan,

10 Johanan mah Azariah to sak; anih loe Solomon mah sak ih Jerusalem tempul thungah toksahkung qaima ah oh.

And Johanan brings forth Azariah, (he it is that executed the priest's office in the temple that Solomon built in Jerusalem: )

11 Azariah mah Amariah to sak moe, Amaziah mah Ahitub to sak,

And Azariah brings forth Amariah, and Amariah brings forth Ahitub,

12 Ahitub mah Zadok to sak moe, Zadok mah Shallum to sak,

And Ahitub brings forth Zadok, and Zadok brings forth Shallum,

13 Shallum mah Hilkiah to sak moe, Hilkiah mah Azariah to sak,

And Shallum brings forth Hilkiah, and Hilkiah brings forth Azariah,

14 Azariah mah Seraiah to sak moe, Seraiah mah Jehozadak to sak,

And Azariah brings forth Seraiah, and Seraiah brings forth Jehozadak,

15 Angraeng mah Nebuchdnezzar ban hoiah Judah hoi Jerusalem to misong ah caehsak naah Jehozadak doeh athum toeng.

And Jehozadak went into captivity, when the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

And these be the names of the sons of Gershom; Libni, and Shimei.

And the sons of Kohath were, Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

The sons of Merari; Mahli, and Mushi. And these are the families of the Levites according to their fathers.

20 Gershom ih caanawk loe Libni, Jehath hoi Zimmah,

Of Gershom; Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,

21 Zimmah ih capa loe Joah; anih ih capa loe Iddo; anih ih capa loe Zerah; anih ih capa loe Jeaterai.

The sons of Kohath; Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son,

And the sons of Samuel; the firstborn Vashni, and Abiah.

The sons of Merari; Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzza his son,

30 anih ih capa loe Shimea; anih ih capa loe Haggiah; anih ih capa loe Asaiah.

Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.

And these are they whom David set over the service of song in the house of the LORD, after that the ark had rest.

And they ministered before the dwelling place of the tabernacle of the congregation with singing, until Solomon had built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem: and then they waited on their office according to their order.

And these are they that waited with their children. Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman a singer, the son of Joel, the son of Shemuel,

The son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah,

The son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai,

And his brother Asaph, who stood on his right hand, even Asaph the son of Berachiah, the son of Shimea,

The son of Michael, the son of Baaseiah, the son of Malchiah,

The son of Ethni, the son of Zerah, the son of Adaiah,

42 Adaiah loe Ethan ih capa, Ethan loe Zimmah ih capa, Zimmah loe Shimei ih capa,

The son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei,

43 Shimei loe Jahath ih capa, Jahath loe Gershom ih capa; Gershom loe Levi ih capa ah oh.

The son of Jahath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.

And their brethren the sons of Merari stood on the left hand: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch,

45 Malluk loe Hashabiah ih capa, Hashabiah loe Amaziah ih capa, Amaziah loe Hilkiah ih capa,

The son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah,

46 Hilkiah loe Amzi ih capa, Amzi loe Bani ih capa, Bani loe Shemer ih capa,

The son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shamer,

The son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.

48 Nihcae ih nawkamya Levinawk doeh Sithaw imthung ih kahni im ah tok congca sak hanah paek o.

Their brethren also the Levites were appointed unto all manner of service of the tabernacle of the house of God.

49 Toe Aaron hoi anih ih caanawk loe, hmaicam pongah angbawnhaih paek moe, hmaicam ah hmuihoih thlaek pacoengah, hmuenciim koek ahmuen ah tok congca sak hanah, Sithaw ih tamna Mosi lokpaekhaih baktih toengah, Israel kaminawk mah zaehaih thung hoi loih o thai hanah, angbawnhaih sah kami ah oh o.

But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, and were appointed for all the work of the place most holy, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

And these are the sons of Aaron; Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,

Now these are their dwelling places throughout their castles in their coasts, of the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites: for theirs was the lot.

55 Judah prae thungah Hebron hoi a taengah kaom ahmuennawk to athum boih.

And they gave them Hebron in the land of Judah, and the suburbs thereof round about it.

56 Toe lawknawk hoi vangpui taeng ih vangtanawk loe Jephunneh capa Kaleb hanah paek o.

But the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

57 Aaron caanawk hanah loe anghawkhaih vangpui, Hebron; Judah prae thung ih Libnah vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Jattir hoi Eshtemoa vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen,

And to the sons of Aaron they gave the cities of Judah, namely, Hebron, the city of refuge, and Libnah with her suburbs, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa, with their suburbs,

58 Holon vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Debir vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen,

And Hilen with her suburbs, Debir with her suburbs,

59 Ashan vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Berth-Shemesh vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen to paek o;

And Ashan with her suburbs, and Bethshemesh with her suburbs:

60 Benjamin acaeng khae hoiah Geba vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Alemeth vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Anathoth vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen to a paek. Angmace ih acaengnawk mah paek ih vangpuinawk loe sangqum boih ah hatlaithumto oh.

And out of the tribe of Benjamin; Geba with her suburbs, and Alemeth with her suburbs, and Anathoth with her suburbs. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.

61 Kanghmat Kohath ih caanawk loe taham khethaih phoisa vah pacoengah, ahap Manasseh acaeng thung ih vangpui hato a hak o.

And unto the sons of Kohath, which were left of the family of that tribe, were cities given out of the half tribe, namely, out of the half tribe of Manasseh, by lot, ten cities.

62 Gershom ih caanawk loe, angmacae ih acaeng Issakar, Asher, Naphtali, Bashan prae thungah kaom Manasseh khae hoiah vangpui hatlaithumto hak o.

And to the sons of Gershom throughout their families out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.

63 Merari caanawk loe, taham khethaih phoisa vahhaih rang hoiah angmacae ih acaeng Reuben, Gad hoi Zebulun khae hoiah vangpui hatlaihnetto hak o.

Unto the sons of Merari were given by lot, throughout their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.

64 Israel kaminawk mah Levi kaminawk hanah hae vangpuinawk hoi a taeng ih ahmuennawk to hak o.

And the children of Israel gave to the Levites these cities with their suburbs.

65 Taham khethaih phoisa vahhaih hoiah Judah, Simeon hoi Benjamin acaeng khae hoiah ranui ah thuih tangcae ih vangpuinawk to hak o.

And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities, which are called by their names.

66 Kanghmat Kohath acaengnawk loe, Ephraim acaengnawk khae hoiah prae to hak o.

And the residue of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their coasts out of the tribe of Ephraim.

67 Ephraim mae nui ih abuephaih vangpui, Shekem vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Gezer vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen,

And they gave unto them, of the cities of refuge, Shechem in mount Ephraim with her suburbs; they gave also Gezer with her suburbs,

68 Jokmean vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Beth-Horon vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen,

And Jokmeam with her suburbs, and Bethhoron with her suburbs,

69 Aijalon vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Gath-Rimmon vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen to hak o;

And Aijalon with her suburbs, and Gathrimmon with her suburbs:

70 ahap Manasseh acaeng khae hoiah Israel kaminawk mah, kanghmat Kohath ih acaengnawk hanah Aner vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Bileam vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen to paek o.

And out of the half tribe of Manasseh; Aner with her suburbs, and Bileam with her suburbs, for the family of the remnant of the sons of Kohath.

71 Gershom acaengnawk hanah doeh, Manasseh prae ahap Bashan prae thung Golan vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Ashtaroath vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuennawk to hak o;

Unto the sons of Gershom were given out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with her suburbs, and Ashtaroth with her suburbs:

72 Issakar acaeng khae hoiah Kedesh vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Daberath vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen,

And out of the tribe of Issachar; Kedesh with her suburbs, Daberath with her suburbs,

73 Ramoth vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Anem vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen to hak o;

And Ramoth with her suburbs, and Anem with her suburbs:

74 Asher acaeng khae hoiah Mashal vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Abdon vangpui hoi a taeng ih a hmuen,

And out of the tribe of Asher; Mashal with her suburbs, and Abdon with her suburbs,

75 Hukok vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Rehob vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen to hak o.

And Hukok with her suburbs, and Rehob with her suburbs:

76 Naphtali acaeng khae hoiah Galili ih Kedesh vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Hammon vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Kirjathaim vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen to a hak o.

And out of the tribe of Naphtali; Kedesh in Galilee with her suburbs, and Hammon with her suburbs, and Kirjathaim with her suburbs.

77 Merari kaminawk hanah loe, Zebulun acaengnawk khae hoiah Rimmon hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Tabor vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen to hak o.

Unto the rest of the children of Merari were given out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmon with her suburbs, Tabor with her suburbs:

78 Jeriko vangpui ni angyae bang ih, Jordan vapui zaeh ih Reuben acaeng khae hoiah praezaek ih Bezer vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Jahzah vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen,

And on the other side Jordan by Jericho, on the east side of Jordan, were given them out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness with her suburbs, and Jahzah with her suburbs,

79 Kedemoth vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Mephaath vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen to hak o;

Kedemoth also with her suburbs, and Mephaath with her suburbs:

80 Gad acaeng khae hoiah Gilead vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Ramoth vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Mahanaim vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen,

And out of the tribe of Gad; Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbs, and Mahanaim with her suburbs,

81 Heshbon vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen, Jazer vangpui hoi a taeng ih ahmuen to hak o.

And Heshbon with her suburbs, and Jazer with her suburbs.
