< Malam Mdannak 9 >
1 Acunüng khankhawngsä amhmanak naw kpun a tum. Aisi mat khankhaw üngka naw mcea kya lawki ka hmuh. Ani üng adütnak am awmkia khui kthuknu tawh ami pet. (Abyssos )
The fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star from the sky which had fallen to the earth. The key to the pit of the abyss was given to him. (Abyssos )
2 Aisi naw adütnak am awmkia khui kthuknu cun mhmawng se adütnak am awmkia khui kthuknu üngka naw meitumnu üngka naw khu lawki meikhua mäih cun khui kthuknu üngka naw lut lawki. Acuna phäha khawnghngi la khawkhi nghmüp lawki xawi. (Abyssos )
He opened the shaft of the bottomless pit, and smoke went up out of the shaft, like the smoke from a great furnace. The sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke from the pit. (Abyssos )
3 Meikhu üngka naw mkhaü he khawmdek khana kyum lawki he. Jawngk’ai hea johit taka mäih cun acuna mkhaü he üng pi ami jah pet.
Then out of the smoke came forth locusts on the earth, and power was given to them, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4 Khawmdek khana msai he, khuhlip he la thing he süm süm am jah kpyeh u lü, ami mceyü üng Pamhnama msingnak am taki he däng ami jah mkhuimkha vaia ngthu ami jah pet.
They were told that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only those people who do not have God's seal on their foreheads.
5 Nghngicim khyang he am jah hnim u lü khya mhma ami jah mkhuimkha vaia ngthu ami jah pet. Acuna mkhaü he naw ami jah mkhuimkhanak vai cun jawngk’ai naw khyang cui se a nata mäiha naki.
They were given power not to kill them, but to torment them for five months. Their torment was like the torment of a scorpion, when it strikes a person.
6 Acuna khya mhma üng khyang he naw thihnak sui hü khai he cunsepi am hmu u. Ami thih vai ngaih u sepi thihnak naw jah cen ta khai.
In those days people will seek death, and will in no way find it. They will desire to die, and death will flee from them.
7 Mkhaüe cun ye tuknak vaia jah ngtünaka ngse hea mäih lawki he. Ami lü üng xüi lukhuma mäih lawki jah ngbüngki he. Ami müihmai he pi nghngicima müihmai hea mäih lawki.
The shapes of the locusts were like horses prepared for war. On their heads were something like golden crowns, and their faces were like people's faces.
8 Ami lusam nghnumi hea lusama mäih law lü, ami hae mukei hea ha mäih lawki.
They had hair like women's hair, and their teeth were like those of lions.
9 Mthi sawiphawa mäiha sawiphaw he ami mkyanga khana jah thüih awiki he. Ami ngphya ami mkhapa ng’yün cun ye tu khaia lawki ngse nghle khawjaha ami ng’yüna mäih lawki he.
They had breastplates, like breastplates of iron. The sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots, or of many horses rushing to war.
10 Jawngk’aia ngmeia mäiha ami ngmei cun nghling mahki. Acuna ami ngmei am nghngicim khyang khya mhma ami mkhuimkha vaia johit taki he.
They have tails like those of scorpions, and stings. In their tails is their power to harm people for five months.
11 Adütnak am awmkia khui kthuknua khankhawngsä cun ami khana jah ukia sangpuxanga taki he. Acuna ngming cun Hebru ngthu üng, “Abaddon” na lü, Krik ngthu üng, “Apolyon” naki. Ti hlünak cun “Kpyükpyehki” tia kyaki. (Abyssos )
They have over them as king the angel of the abyss. His name in Hebrew is "Abaddon," and in Greek, he has the name "Apollyon." (Abyssos )
12 Kyühkse akcük cun bäih se; acun käna kyühkse nghngih pha law be tü khai.
The first woe is past. Look, there are still two woes coming after this.
13 Acunüng khankhawngsä akhyuknak naw kpun a tum. Pamhnama ma xüi kphyawnkunga kit phyü üngka naw kthai ng’yüng law se ka ngjak.
The sixth angel sounded. I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
14 Acuna kthai naw khankhawngsä akhyuknaka veia, “Epharetis mliktui kama khankhawngsä kphyü jah kphune cen jah khyah bea” a ti.
saying to the sixth angel who had one trumpet, "Free the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates."
15 Ahina kcün, ahina mhmüp, ahina khya la ahina khawkum üng nghngicim kthum üngka mat jah hnim khaia jah mcawn pänga kyase khankhawngsä kphyü he cun jah khyah bea kyaki.
The four angels were freed who had been prepared for this hour and day and month and year, so that they might kill one third of humanity.
16 Ngsea khana ngcumkia yekap he ami däm lam cun 200,000,000 lawki he tia ami na mtheh.
The number of the armies of the horsemen was two hundred million. I heard the number of them.
17 Mdanak ka hmuhnak üng ngse he la a khana ngcumki he ka jah hmuh naw: Kata kba ng’aiki, meia kba senki, saphir lunga kba ngkyüngkia sawiphawe jah taki he. Ngsea lu he cun mukeia lua mäih lawki he. Ami mka üngka naw mei, meikhu la kat lut lawki.
Thus I saw the horses in the vision, and those who sat on them, having breastplates of fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow; and the heads of lions. Out of their mouths proceed fire, smoke, and sulfur.
18 Ngse hea mka üngka naw lut lawkia mei, meikhu la kat he naw nghngicim khyang hmün kthum üngka hmün mat cun acuna mnehkse naw a jah hnim.
By these three plagues were one third of humanity killed: from the fire, the smoke, and the sulfur, which proceeded out of their mouths.
19 Ngse hea johit cun ami mka la ami ngmei he üng awmkia kyaki. Ami ngmei he cun kphyu lu maha mäih lawki he. Acun am nghngicim khyang jah mkhuimkha naki he.
For the power of the horses is in their mouths, and in their tails. For their tails are like serpents, and have heads, and with them they harm.
20 Acuna khuikhanak üng am thi u lü kpawihkia nghngicim khyang he cun naw pi amimäta kut am pyan cun am nghlata u. Am hmu thei lü, am cetcawn thei lü, am ngja theikia xüi juktuh, ngui juktuh, mthi juktuh, lung juktuh la thing juktuh he jah sawkhahnak üngka naw ä ngjut u lü awmki he. Khawyai sawkkhahnak pi am nghlata u.
The rest of humanity, who were not killed with these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, that they would not worship demons, and the idols of gold, and of silver, and of bronze, and of stone, and of wood; which can neither see, nor hear, nor walk.
21 Khyang ami hnimnak, suikyam ami binak, ami hüipawmnak la ami m'yuknak he üngka naw pi am ngjut u lü awmki he.
They did not repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their sexual immorality, nor of their thefts.
