1 Khankhawngsä naw hmanlunga mäiha vai lü Pamhnam la Tomeca bawingawhnak üngka naw lawng lawkia xünnak tuilawng a na mhmuh,
And the angel showed me a river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, issuing from the throne of God and of the Lamb,
2 Acunüng mlüh lama nglung la tui pipeia xünnak thing awmki. Acuna xünnak thing cun khya mat üng ahun cia ngthei lü kum mat üng xaleinghngih veia ngtheiki. Acuna thinga hnah cun khyangmjü he naküta hama phetyainaka kyaki.
in the middle of the street of the city. On each side of the river was a Tree of life which bore twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit each month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
3 Pamhnama yüncenak süm süm acuna mlüh üng am awm be ti khai. Pamhnam la Toca bawingawhnak däng awm se a m'ya he naw Ani cun sawhkhah khai he.
Every thing that is accursed will cease to be. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be within it, and his servants will worship him;
4 A müihmai hmu law khai he; ami mceyü üng a ngming yuka kya khai.
they will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.
5 Khawmthan am awm be ti khai. Meiima akvai la khawnghngia akvai am hlü be ti khai. Bawipa Pamhnam cun ami kdeia kya khai. Acunüng sangpuxang hea kba anglät se bawi khai he. (aiōn g165)
Night will cease to be. They have no need of the light of a lamp, nor have they the light of the sun; for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign for ever and ever. (aiōn g165)
6 Acunüng khankhawngsä naw ka veia, “Hina ngthu hin üpnak vaia ngthu la ngthu kcanga kyaki ni; acunakyase a sahma he üng Ngmüimkhya jah pekia Bawipa Pamhnam naw säng säng se kya law khai he cen a m'ya he jah mhmuh khaia a khankhawngsä a tüih lawa kyaki.
Then the angel said to me – “These words may be trusted and are true. The Lord, the God that inspires the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants what must quickly take place;
7 Jesuh naw, “Ngai u, ka law jä khai. Hina cauk üng malam mdanak ngthu kcangnaki ta a jo sen ve,” a ti.
and they said ‘I will come quickly.’ Blessed will he be who lays to heart the words of the prophecy contained in this book.”
8 Ahin he naküt jah hmu lü ngjaki ta kei Johan ni. Ka jah hmuh ngjak käna acun na jah mhmuhkia khankhawngsäa khaw kunga ka sawhkhah khaia ka kawpki.
It was I, John, who heard and saw these things; and, when I heard and saw them, I prostrated myself in worship at the feet of the angel that showed them to me.
9 Acunsepi ani naw ka veia, “Hikba ä tia; kei cun nang la na bena sahma he la hina cauk ngthu kcangnaki he jah khüihpüikia ka kyaki ni. Pamhnam sawhkhaha,” a ti.
But he said to me – “Forbear; I am your fellow servant, and the fellow servant of your fellow prophets, and of all who lay to heart the words in this book. Worship God.”
10 Acunüng ani naw ka veia, “Hina cauk malam mdanak he cen ä na jah mjih vai; Akcün ng'et law pängki ni.
Then the angel said to me – “Do not keep secret the words of the prophecy contained in this book; for the time is near.
11 Khyang kse naw ta akse pawh laih laih se; mtüihkhehki ta mtüihkheh laih laih se; dawki naw akdaw pawh laih laih se; ngcimcaihki ta ngcimcaih lü ve laih laih se,” a ti.
Let the wrongdoer continue to do wrong; the filthy-minded continue to be filthy; the righteous continue to act righteously; and the holy-minded continue to be holy.”
12 Jesuh naw, “Ngai u, ka law jä khai. Khyang naküt ami bilawha kba ka jah kheng khaia, ngkhengnak ka lawpüi khai.
(‘I will come quickly. I bring my rewards with me, to give to each what their actions deserve.
13 Kei akcük la anghnu säih, acuteinak la adütnaka ka kyaki.
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the beginning and the End.’)
14 “Xünnaka thing üngka thingkthei ei thei u lü mkawt üngka naw mlüha luh thei vaia ami suisak ngcim khaia msuki he ta ami jo sen ve.
Blessed will they be who wash their robes! They will have the right to approach the Tree of life, and may enter the city by the gates.
15 “Mlüh kpunga ui he, suikyam taki he, hüipawmki he, khyang hnimkie, juktuh sawkhahki he, ami bilawh la ami pyenksak üng hleihlaki he awmki he.
Outside will be the filthy, the sorcerers, the impure, the murderers, the idolaters, and all who love the false and live it.
16 “Kei Jesuh naw nami veia sangcim he üng hina ngthu sang khaia ka khankhawngsä ka tüih lawa kyaki. Kei Davita mjü üngka; deikhangkia thaikea ka kyaki,” a ti.
‘I, Jesus, sent my angel to bear testimony to you about these things before the churches. I am the Scion and the Offspring of David, the bright star of the Morning.’
17 Ngmüimkhya la cangla naw, “Lawa!” ani ti. Ngjaki naküt naw pi, “Lawa!” ti kawm. Tui xaiki naküt law se; ngaihki naküt naw amdanga yeta xünnak tui yah se.
‘Come,’ say the Spirit and the Bride; and all who hear, say ‘Come.’ All who thirst, come; anyone who wants, take the water of life freely.
18 Kei, Johan naw hina malam mdanaka cauk hin ngjaki naküt üng ning jah mcäi veng. Upi iyaw mkhah siki cun hina cauk üng yuka khuikhanak he Pamhnam naw a khana mkhah pe hnga khai.
I declare to all who hear the words of the prophecy contained in this book – ‘If anyone adds to it, God will add to his troubles the curses described in this book;
19 Acunüng upi hina cauk malam mdanaka ngthu mkhyühki cun hina cauk üng yuka xünnak thinga ktheih la Mlüh Ngcim a yah vai cun Pamhnam naw lakin pe hnga khai.
and if anyone takes away any of the words in the book containing this prophecy, God will take away his share in the Tree of life, and in the Holy City – as described in this book.’
20 Ahina mawng jah ngsing saki naw, “Ä, akcanga! akjäa ka law khai,” a ti. Acukba kya kawm. Bawipa Jesuh, lawa!
He whose testimony this is says – ‘Assuredly I will come quickly.’ ‘Amen, come, Lord Jesus.’
21 Bawipa Jesuha bäkhäknak avana khana awm se.
May the blessing of the Lord Jesus Christ, be with his people.
