< 1 Korintuh 6 >

1 Jumeiki mat ja mat nami ngvawk üng, khyang ngcime veia am phapüi u lü, am jumeikiea veia nami phapüi khai aw?
How can anyone of you who has a dispute with another dare to have it judged before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?
2 Pamhnama Khyange naw khawmdek ngthumkhyah khaie tia am nami ksingkie aw? Acukba anita khawmdek ngthumkya khaiea naw apimsüm ta am nami cijang thei khai aw?
Do you not know that the saints are to be judging the world? So if the world is to be judged by you, are you not competent to judge the smallest matters?
3 Khankhawngsä he pi ngthu jah mkhya pet vai am nami ksingkie aw? Acukba anita tuha kcün saka vekie cun ngthu am nami mkhya khai aw.
Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life!
4 Acubang a ve law üng sangcim üngka am kyakiea veia na cehpüi lü ngthu na mkhyahsak khai aw?
Therefore, if you have disputes about such matters, appoint those who are least esteemed in the congregation to judge!
5 Ngkehkhyakei veng! jumeiki mat ja mata lei mkhya khawh khai akthem matca pi nami ksunga am veki aw?
I say this to your shame. Can it be that there is not a single wise man among you who would be competent to judge between a man and his brother?
6 Acukba am kya lü jumeiki mat naw jumeiki mat cun am jumeikia veia a lei a mkhya pet vaia cehpüiki.
Instead, brother goes to law against brother, and this before unbelievers!
7 Jumeiki mat ja mat nami ngkhyakei hin am nami dawnak mdan ve. Aning jah hmakatsak, aning jah huhei cun am daw bawk khai aw?
Actually, the very fact that you have lawsuits among you already represents a defeat for you. Why do you not rather accept wrong? Why not rather accept being cheated?
8 Acukba am kya lü nami mät naw mat ja mat hmakatsak lü jumeiki akceea ka pi nami jah huteiki.
No, you yourselves do the wronging and cheating, and to brothers!
9 Am dawki he Pamhnama khyawngpe am pha u ti cun am nami ksingki aw? Nami mät naw nami mät käh mawgsak u; juktuh hjawkhahkie, khyanga khyu vepüikie, hüipawmkie, juktuh hjawkhahkie, kpami ja kpami ngkhyunglakie,
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived! Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor catamites, nor sodomites,
10 mpyukie, hleikie, ju awki he, khyang ngvawk püikie, hleikie naküt cun Pamhnama khyawngpe am pha u.
nor the greedy, nor thieves, nor drunkards, nor the abusive, nor swindlers can inherit the Kingdom of God, absolutely.
11 Nangmi avange pi acukba nami vekie; acunsepi, Bawipa Jesuh Khritawa ngming ja Pamhnama Ngmüimkhya üng ngthiei u lü nami ngcimcaih pängkie.
And that is what some of you were; but you were bathed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
12 “Avan ka bi theiki” ti lü mat naw pyen khai, acunsepi, avan bilawh am daw; avan bi vai ka phäha kyaki ti lü ka pyen khai, acunsepi, kei cun acuna mpyaa am kya veng.
All things are ‘permissible’ for me, but not all things are expedient. All things are ‘permissible’ for me, but I will not be mastered by anything.
13 Eiawk cun khawna phäha kya lü, khawn pi eiawka phäha kyaki; acunsepi, Pamhnam naw ani nghngih ja mkhyüh khai. Acunüng pumsa cun hüipawmnak vaia am kya lü Bawipa mhlünmtainak vai kyase pumsa hlüki cun Bawipa naw ja peki.
Foods for the stomach and the stomach for foods, but God will destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.
14 Pamhnam naw Bawipa thihnak üngkhyüh mtho beki, mimi pi a johit am jah mtho be khai.
Further, God both raised up the Lord and will also raise up us by His power.
15 Nami pumsae cun Khritawa ngbana kyakie tia nami ksingki. Khritawa mtisa cun lo lü am nghnumi ksea pumsaa ka pawh khai aw? Am kya!
Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Not ever!
16 Nghnumi kse ihpüiki cun pumsa üng nghnumi am mata kyaki ti cun am nami ksingkie aw?” Nghngih cun mata kya khai” ti lü Cangcim naw pyenki.
Can you not know that the one who joins himself with a prostitute is one body with her? For “the two,” He says, “will become one flesh.”
17 Bawipa üng ngpüilawki cun Ngmüimkhya lam üng Bawipa am mata kya khai.
But he who is joined with the Lord is one spirit with Him.
18 Hüipawmnak cän jeih u. Nghngicima mkhyekatnak hin pumsa kpung da kyaki; hüipawmnaka mkhyekatnak cun mäta pumsa mkhyekatnaka kyaki.
Flee from fornication! Every sin that a man may commit is outside the body, but he who fornicates sins against his own body.
19 Acunüng, nami pumsa cun Pamhnama ning jah pet, Ngmüimkhya ngcima Temple tia am nami ksingki aw? Nami mät naw nami mät am kana u lü Pamhnama a ning jah ka ni;
Do you not know that your bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
20 A phu pe lü ning jah khyäih ni; acunakyase, nami pumsa Pamhnam mhlünmtainak vaia summang ua.
Because you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
