2 Wachikondi wanga watsikira ku munda kwake, ku timinda ta zokometsera zakudya, akukadyetsa ziweto zake ku minda, ndiponso akuthyola maluwa okongola.
My loved one is gone down into his garden, to the beds of spices, to take food in the gardens, and to get lilies.
3 Wokondedwa wangayo ndine wake ndipo iyeyo ndi wangawanga; amadyetsa ziweto zake pakati pa maluwa okongola.
I am for my loved one, and my loved one is for me; he takes food among the lilies.
4 Ndiwe wokongola, bwenzi langa, ngati Tiriza, wokongola kwambiri ngati Yerusalemu, ndiwe woopsa ngati gulu lankhondo lonyamula mbendera.

5 Usandipenyetsetse; pakuti maso ako amanditenga mtima. Tsitsi lako lili ngati gulu la mbuzi zikutsetsereka kuchokera ku Giliyadi.

9 koma nkhunda yanga, wangwiro wanga ndi wosiyana ndi wina aliyense; mwana wamkazi yekhayo wa amayi ake, mwana wapamtima wa amene anamubereka. Anamwali anamuona ndipo anamutcha wodala; akazi a mfumu ndi azikazi anamutamanda.
