1 Ndiwe wokongoladi wokondedwa wanga! Ndithudi, ndiwe wokongola! Maso ako ali ngati nkhunda kumbuyo kwa nsalu yophimba kumutu. Tsitsi lako lili ngati gulu la mbuzi zikutsetsereka kuchokera ku Giliyadi.
Behold, you [are] beautiful, my friend, behold, you [are] beautiful, Your eyes [are] doves behind your veil, Your hair as a row of the goats that have shone from Mount Gilead,
2 Mano ako ali ngati gulu la nkhosa zomwe zangometedwa kumene, zochokera kozisambitsa kumene. Iliyonse ili ndi ana amapasa; palibe imene ili yokha.
Your teeth as a row of the shorn ones that have come up from the washing, For all of them are forming twins, And a bereaved one is not among them.
3 Milomo yako ili ngati mbota yofiira; pakamwa pako ndi pokongola kwambiri. Kukhalira kumbuyo kwa nsalu yako yophimba kumutuyo, masaya ako akuoneka ngati mabandu a makangadza.
As a thread of scarlet [are] your lips, And your speech [is] lovely, As the work of the pomegranate [is] your temple behind your veil,
4 Khosi lako lili ngati nsanja ya Davide, yomangidwa bwino ndi yosalala; pa nsanja imeneyo pali zishango 1,000, zishango zonsezo za anthu ankhondo.
As the Tower of David [is] your neck, built for an armory, The chief of the shields are hung on it, All shields of the mighty.
5 Mawere ako ali ngati tiana tiwiri ta nswala, ngati ana amapasa a nswala amene akudya pakati pa maluwa okongola.
Your two breasts [are] as two fawns, Twins of a roe, that are feeding among lilies.
6 Kamphepo kamadzulo kakayamba kuwuzira ndipo mithunzi ikayamba kuthawa, ndidzapita ku phiri la mure ndi ku chitunda cha lubani.
Until the day breaks forth, And the shadows have fled away, I go for myself to the mountain of myrrh, And to the hill of frankincense.
7 Ndiwe wokongola kwambiri wokondedwa wanga; palibe chilema pa iwe.
You [are] all beautiful, my friend, And there is not a blemish in you. Come from Lebanon, O spouse,
8 Tiye tichoke ku Lebanoni iwe mkwatibwi wanga, tiye tichoke ku Lebanoni, utsikepo pa msonga ya Amana, kuchoka pa msonga ya phiri la Seniri, pamwamba penipeni pa Herimoni, kuchoka ku mapanga a mikango ndiponso kumapiri kumene akambuku amavutitsa.
Come from Lebanon, come in. Look from the top of Amana, From the top of Shenir and Hermon, From the habitations of lions, From the mountains of leopards.
9 Iwe mlongo wanga, mkwatibwi wanga, wanditenga mtima, iwe wanditenga mtima ndi kapenyedwe ka maso ako, ndiponso ndi umodzi mwa mikanda ya mʼkhosi mwako.
You have emboldened me, my sister-spouse, Emboldened me with one of your eyes, With one chain of your neck.
10 Iwe mlongo wanga, mkwatibwi wanga, chikondi chako nʼchosangalatsa! Chikondi chako nʼchosangalatsa kwambiri kupambana vinyo, ndiponso fungo la mafuta ako ndi lopambana zonunkhiritsa zonse!
How beautiful have been your loves, my sister-spouse, How much better have been your loves than wine, And the fragrance of your perfumes than all spices.
11 Iwe mkwatibwi wanga, milomo yako ikuchucha uchi ngati chisa cha njuchi; pansi pa lilime lako pali mkaka ndi uchi. Fungo lonunkhira la zovala zako likumveka ngati fungo la ku Lebanoni.
Your lips drop honey, O spouse, Honey and milk [are] under your tongue, And the fragrance of your garments [Is] as the fragrance of Lebanon.
12 Iwe mlongo wanga, mkwatibwi wanga, ndiwe munda wopiringidzidwa; ndiwe kasupe wotchingidwa, chitsime chotetezedwa.
A garden shut up [is] my sister-spouse, A spring shut up—a fountain sealed.
13 Zomera zako ndi munda wa zipatso za makangadza; muli zipatso zokoma kwambiri, muli hena ndi nadi,
Your shoots a paradise of pomegranates, With precious fruits,
14 nadi ndi safiro, kalamusi ndi sinamoni, komanso mtengo uliwonse wonunkhira bwino. Mulinso mure ndi aloe ndi zonunkhiritsa zonse zabwino kwambiri.
Cypresses with nard—nard and saffron, Cane and cinnamon, With all trees of frankincense, Myrrh and aloes, with all chief spices.
15 Iwe ndiwe kasupe wa mʼmunda, chitsime cha madzi oyenda, mtsinje wa madzi ochokera ku Lebanoni.
A fount of gardens, a well of living waters, And flowings from Lebanon!
16 Dzuka, iwe mphepo yakumpoto, ndipo bwera, iwe mphepo yakummwera! Uzira pa munda wanga, kuti fungo lake lonunkhira lifalikire ponseponse. Bwenzi langa alowe mʼmunda mwake ndi kudya zipatso zake zabwino kwambiri.
Awake, O north wind, and come, O south, Cause my garden to breathe forth, its spices let flow, Let my beloved come to his garden, And eat its pleasant fruits!
