1 Kwa mtsogoleri wa mayimbidwe. Salimo la ana a Kora. Yehova munakomera mtima dziko lanu; munabwezeretsa ulemerero wa Yakobo.
To the Chief Musician. For the Sons of Korah. A Melody. Thou hast accepted, O Yahweh, thy land, Thou hast brought back the captives of Jacob;
2 Munakhululukira mphulupulu za anthu anu ndi kuphimba machimo awo onse. (Sela)
Thou hast taken away, the iniquity of thy people, Thou hast covered, all their sin. (Selah)
3 Munayika pambali ukali wanu wonse ndi kutembenuka kuchoka ku mkwiyo wanu woopsa.
Thou hast withdrawn all thine indignation, Thou hast ceased from the glow of thine anger.
4 Tibwezeretseninso mwakale Inu Mulungu Mpulumutsi wathu, ndipo mutichotsere mkwiyo wanu.
Restore us, O God of our salvation, And take away thy vexation towards us.
5 Kodi mudzatikwiyira mpaka liti? Kodi mudzapitiriza kukwiya pa mibado yathu yonse?
To times age-abiding, wilt thou be angry with us? Wilt thou prolong thine anger, from generation to generation?
6 Kodi simudzatitsitsimutsanso, kuti anthu anu asangalale mwa Inu?
Wilt not, thou thyself, again give us life, That, thy people, may rejoice in thee.
7 Tionetseni chikondi chanu chosatha, Inu Yehova, ndipo tipatseni chipulumutso chanu.
Show us, O Yahweh, thy lovingkindness, And, thy salvation, wilt thou grant us.
8 Ndidzamvetsera zimene Yehova Mulungu adzanena; Iye amalonjeza mtendere kwa anthu ake, oyera mtima ake, koma musawalole kuti abwerere ku zopusa.
I will hear, what GOD—Yahweh—will speak, —For he will bespeak prosperity to his people, And to his men of lovingkindness, And to them who return with their heart unto him.
9 Ndithu chipulumutso chake chili pafupi ndi iwo amene amaopa Iye, kuti ulemerero wake ukhale mʼdziko lathu.
Surely, near unto them who revere him, is his salvation, That the Glory, may settle down, in our land.
10 Chikondi ndi kukhulupirika zimakumana pamodzi; chilungamo ndi mtendere zimapsompsonana.
Lovingkindness and faithfulness, have met together, Righteousness and prosperity, have kissed each other;
11 Kukhulupirika kumatumphuka kuchokera ku dziko lapansi, ndipo chilungamo chimayangʼana pansi kuchokera kumwamba.
Faithfulness, out of the earth, doth spring forth, And, righteousness, out of the heavens, hath looked down.
12 Ndithu Yehova adzapereka chimene chili chabwino, ndipo dziko lathu lidzapereka zokolola zake.
Yahweh himself too, will give us the blessing, And, our land, shall yield her increase.
13 Wolungama amapita patsogolo pake ndi kukonza njira za mapazi ake.
Righteousness, before him, shall march long, —That he may make, into a way, the steps of its feet.
