2 Imbani ulemerero wa dzina lake; kumutamanda kwake kukhale kwaulemerero.
Praise ye in song the glory of his Name, Celebrate the glory of his praise:
3 Nenani kwa Mulungu, “Ntchito zanu ndi zoopsa ndithu! Mphamvu yanu ndi yayikulu kwambiri kotero kuti adani anu amawerama pamaso panu.
Say unto God—How fearful in thy doings, Through the abounding of thy power, shall thy foes come cringing unto thee;
4 Dziko lonse lapansi limaweramira inu; limayimba matamando kwa Inu; limayimba matamando pa dzina lanu.” (Sela)
All the earth, shall bow themselves down to thee, And sing praises unto thee, Shall praise in song thy Name. (Selah)
5 Bwerani mudzaone zimene Mulungu wachita, ntchito zanu ndi zoopsa ndithu pakati pa anthu.

He turned the sea into dry land, Through the stream, crossed they over on foot, There did we rejoice in him:
7 Iye amalamulira ndi mphamvu zake mpaka muyaya, maso ake amayangʼanira anthu a mitundu ina. Anthu owukira asadzitukumule.
Who ruleth, in his might, unto times age abiding, His eyes, over the nations, keep watch, The rebellious, let them not exalt themselves. (Selah)
8 Tamandani Mulungu wathu, inu mitundu ya anthu, mulole kuti mawu a matamando ake amveke;
Bless our God, O ye peoples, And cause to be heard, the sound of his praise; —
9 Iye watchinjiriza miyoyo yathu ndi kusunga mapazi athu kuti angaterereke.
Who hath set our soul among the living, And hath not suffered, our foot, to slip.
10 Pakuti Inu Mulungu munatiyesa; munatiyenga ngati siliva.
For thou didst prove us, O God, Thou didst refine us, according to the refining of silver:
11 Inu mwatilowetsa mʼndende ndi kutisenzetsa zolemera pa misana yathu.
Thou didst bring us into the hunter’s net, Thou didst lay a load upon our loins;
12 Inu munalola kuti anthu akwere pa mitu yathu; ife tinadutsa mʼmoto ndi mʼmadzi, koma Inu munatibweretsa ku malo a zinthu zochuluka.
Thou didst let men ride at our head; We went into fire and into water, But thou didst bring us forth into freedom.
13 Ine ndidzabwera ku Nyumba yanu ndi nsembe zopsereza ndi kukwaniritsa malumbiro anga.
I will enter thy house with ascending-sacrifices, I will pay unto thee my vows,
14 Malumbiro amene milomo yanga inalonjeza ndi pakamwa panga panayankhula pamene ndinali pa mavuto.
Which my lips uttered, And my mouth spake, in my distress.
15 Ndidzapereka nsembe nyama zonenepa kwa Inu ndi chopereka cha nkhosa zazimuna; ndidzapereka ngʼombe zamphongo ndi mbuzi. (Sela)
Ascending-sacrifices of fatlings, will I cause to ascend unto thee, With the perfume of rams, I will offer bulls, with he-goats. (Selah)
16 Bwerani ndipo mudzamve inu nonse amene mumaopa Mulungu. Ndidzakuwuzani zimene Iyeyo wandichitira.
Come! hearken—that I may recount, all ye reverers of God, What he hath done for my soul: —
17 Ndinafuwula kwa Iye ndi pakamwa panga, matamando ake anali pa lilime panga.
Unto him—with my mouth, did I cry, And high praise was under my tongue.
18 Ndikanasekerera tchimo mu mtima mwanga Ambuye sakanamvera;
If, iniquity, I had cared for in my heart, My Lord, had not heard me!
19 koma ndithu Mulungu wamvetsera ndipo watchera khutu ku mawu a kupempha kwanga.
But in truth, God hath heard, He hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
20 Matamando akhale kwa Mulungu amene sanakane pemphero langa kapena kuletsa chikondi chake pa ine!
Blessed be God, Who hath not turned away my prayer, Nor his own lovingkindness from me.
