1 Salimo la matamando la Davide. Ndidzakukwezani Mulungu wanga, Mfumu yanga; ndidzatamanda dzina lanu ku nthawi za nthawi.
I will exalt you, my God, the King. I will praise your name forever and ever.
2 Ndidzakutamandani tsiku ndi tsiku ndi kulemekeza dzina lanu ku nthawi za nthawi.
Every day I will praise you. I will extol your name forever and ever.
3 Yehova ndi wamkulu ndi woyenera matamando onse; ukulu wake palibe angawumvetsetse.
Great is Adonai, and greatly to be praised! His greatness is unsearchable.
4 Mʼbado wina udzayamikira ntchito yanu kwa mʼbado wina; Iwo adzafotokoza za machitidwe anu amphamvu.
One generation will commend your works to another, and will declare your mighty acts.
5 Adzayankhula ulemerero wokongola waufumu wanu, ndipo ine ndidzalingalira za ntchito zanu zodabwitsa.
Of the glorious majesty of your kavod ·weighty glory·, of your wondrous works, I will meditate.
6 Iwo adzafotokoza za mphamvu ya ntchito zanu zoopsa kwambiri, ndipo ine ndidzalengeza za ntchito zanu zazikulu.
Men will speak of the might of your awesome acts. I will declare your greatness.
7 Adzakondwerera kuchuluka kwa ubwino wanu, ndi kuyimba mwachimwemwe za chilungamo chanu.
They will utter the memory of your great goodness, and will sing of your righteousness.
8 Yehova ndi wokoma mtima ndi wachifundo, wosakwiya msanga ndi wodzaza ndi chikondi chosasinthika.
Adonai is gracious, merciful, slow to anger, and of great cheshed ·loving-kindness·.
9 Yehova ndi wabwino kwa onse; amachitira chifundo zonse zimene anazipanga.
Adonai is good to all. His tender racham ·merciful love· is over all his works.
10 Zonse zimene munazipanga zidzakutamandani, Inu Yehova; oyera mtima adzakulemekezani.
All your works will yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to you, Adonai. Your saints will extol you.
11 Iwo adzafotokoza za ulemerero wa ufumu wanu ndi kuyankhula za mphamvu yanu,
They will speak of the kavod ·weighty glory· of your kingdom, and talk about your power;
12 kuti anthu onse adziwe za machitidwe anu amphamvu ndi ulemerero wokongola wa ufumu wanu.
to make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, the kavod ·weighty glory· of the majesty of his kingdom.
13 Ufumu wanu ndi ufumu wamuyaya, ndipo ulamuliro wanu ndi wosatha pa mibado yonse. Yehova ndi wokhulupirika pa malonjezo ake onse ndi wokonda zonse zimene Iye anazipanga.
Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. Your dominion endures throughout all generations. Adonai is faithful in all his words, and loving in all his deeds.
14 Yehova amagwiriziza onse amene akugwa ndipo amakweza onse otsitsidwa.
Adonai upholds all who fall, and raises up all those who are bowed down.
15 Maso a onse amayangʼana kwa Inu, ndipo Inu mumawapatsa chakudya chawo pa nthawi yoyenera.
The eyes of all wait for you. You give them their food in due season.
16 Mumatsekula dzanja lanu ndi kukwaniritsa zokhumba za chamoyo chilichonse.
You open your hand, and satisfy the desire of every living thing.
17 Yehova ndi wolungama mʼnjira zake zonse, ndi wokonda zonse zimene anazipanga.
Adonai is righteous in all his ways, and gracious in all his works.
18 Yehova ali pafupi ndi onse amene amamuyitana, onse amene amamuyitana Iye mʼchoonadi.
Adonai is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
19 Iye amakwaniritsa zokhumba za iwo amene amamuopa; amamva kulira kwawo ndi kuwapulumutsa.
He will fulfill the desire of those who fear him. He also will sh'ma ·hear obey· their cry, and will save them.
20 Yehova amayangʼana onse amene amamukonda koma adzawononga anthu onse oyipa.
Adonai preserves all those who 'ahav ·affectionately love· him, but all the wicked he will destroy.
21 Pakamwa panga padzayankhula zotamanda Yehova. Cholengedwa chilichonse chitamande dzina lake loyera ku nthawi za nthawi.
My mouth will speak the tehilah ·praise song· of Adonai. Let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever.
