< Afilipi 4 >
1 Tsono abale anga, ndimakukondani ndipo ndikukulakalakani. Ndinu chimwemwe changa ndi chipewa cha ulemerero wanga. Abwenzi okondedwa, chilimikani choncho mwa Ambuye.
Therefore, my brethren, dearly loved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand firm in the Lord, my dearly-loved ones.
2 Ndikudandaulira Euodiya ndi Suntuke kuti akhale ndi mtima umodzi mwa Ambuye.
I entreat Euodia, and I entreat Syntyche, to be of one mind, as sisters in Christ.
3 Inde, ndikupempha iwe mnzanga pa ntchitoyi, thandiza amayiwa amene ndagwira nawo ntchito ya Uthenga Wabwino pamodzi ndi Klementonso ndi ena onse antchito anzanga amene mayina awo ali mʼbuku lamoyo.
Yes, and I beg you also, my faithful yoke-fellow, to help these women who have shared my toil in connection with the Good News, together with Clement and the rest of my fellow labourers, whose names are recorded in the Book of Life.
4 Nthawi zonse muzikondwa mwa Ambuye. Ndikubwerezanso; muzikondwa!
Always be glad in the Lord: I will repeat it, be glad.
5 Kufatsa kwanu kuzioneka pamaso pa anthu onse. Ambuye anu ali pafupi.
Let your forbearing spirit be known to every one--the Lord is near.
6 Musade nkhawa ndi kanthu kalikonse, koma pa china chilichonse, mwa pemphero ndi chidandaulo pamodzi ndi chiyamiko, perekani zopempha zanu kwa Mulungu.
Do not be over-anxious about anything, but by prayer and earnest pleading, together with thanksgiving, let your request be unreservedly made known in the presence of God.
7 Ndipo mtendere wa Mulungu, umene upambana nzeru zonse udzasunga bwino mitima yanu ndi maganizo anu mwa Khristu Yesu.
And then the peace of God, which transcends all our powers of thought, will be a garrison to guard your hearts and minds in union with Christ Jesus.
8 Potsiriza, abale, muziyika mtima wanu pa zinthu zilizonse zabwino ndi zotamandika monga, zinthu zoona, zinthu zolemekezeka, zinthu zolungama, zinthu zoyera, zinthu zokongola ndi zinthu zosiririka.
Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever wins respect, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovable, whatever is of good repute--if there is any virtue or anything deemed worthy of praise--cherish the thought of these things.
9 Muzichita chilichonse chimene mwaphunzira kapena kulandira kapena kumva kuchokera kwa ine kapena mwaona mwa ine. Ndipo Mulungu wamtendere adzakhala nanu.
The doctrines and the line of conduct which I taught you--both what you heard and what you saw in me-- hold fast to them; and God who gives peace will be with you.
10 Ndikukondwa kwambiri mwa Ambuye kuti patapita nthawi tsopano mwayambanso kuonetsa kuti mumandiganizira. Zoonadi, mwakhala mukundikumbukira, koma munalibe mpata woti muonetsere zimenezi.
But I rejoice with a deep and holy joy that now at length you have revived your thoughtfulness for my welfare. Indeed you have always been thoughtful for me, although opportunity failed you.
11 Sindikunena izi chifukwa choti ndikusowa thandizo, poti ine ndaphunzira kukhala wokwaniritsidwa ndi zimene ndili nazo.
I do not refer to this through fear of privation, for (for my part) I have learned, whatever be my outward experiences, to be content.
12 Ndimadziwa kusauka nʼkutani, ndipo ndimadziwa kulemera nʼkutani. Ndaphunzira chinsinsi chokhala wokhutitsidwa mwa njira ina iliyonse, kaya nʼkudya bwino kapena kukhala ndi njala, kaya kukhala ndi chuma kapena umphawi.
I know both how to live in humble circumstances and how to live amid abundance. I am fully initiated into all the mysteries both of fulness and of hunger, of abundance and of want.
13 Ndikhoza kuchita zonse kudzera mwa Iye amene amandipatsa mphamvu.
I have strength for anything through Him who gives me power.
14 Komatu munachita bwino kundithandiza mʼmavuto anga.
Yet I thank you for taking your share in my troubles.
15 Ndipo inu Afilipi mukudziwa kuti masiku oyambirira olalikira Uthenga Wabwino, nditachoka ku Makedoniya, panalibe mpingo ndi umodzi omwe umene unagwirizana nane pa nkhani yopereka ndi kulandira, kupatula inu.
And you men and women of Philippi also know that at the first preaching of the Good News, when I had left Macedonia, no other Church except yourselves held communication with me about giving and receiving;
16 Pakuti ngakhale pamene ndinali ku Tesalonika, munanditumizira kangapo zondithandiza pa zosowa zanga.
because even in Thessalonica you sent several times to minister to my needs.
17 Osati ndikufuna mphatso zanu, koma ndikufuna kuti pa zimene muli nazo pawonjezerekepo phindu.
Not that I crave for gifts from you, but I do want to see abundant fruit bring you honour.
18 Ndalandira zonse ndipo ndili nazo zokwanira zoposa zosowa zanga popeza ndalandira kwa Epafrodito mphatso zochuluka zimene munatumiza. Ndizo zopereka za fungo labwino, nsembe zolandiridwa zokondweretsa Mulungu.
I have enough of everything--and more than enough. My wants are fully satisfied now that I have received from the hands of Epaphroditus the generous gifts which you sent me--they are a fragrant odor, an acceptable sacrifice, truly pleasing to God.
19 Ndipo Mulungu wanga adzakwaniritsa zosowa zanu monga mwa chuma chake chaulemerero mwa Khristu Yesu.
But my God--so great is His wealth of glory in Christ Jesus--will fully supply every need of yours.
20 Kwa Mulungu ndi Atate athu, kukhale ulemerero mpaka muyaya. Ameni. (aiōn )
And to our God and Father be the glory throughout the Ages of the Ages! Amen. (aiōn )
21 Perekani moni kwa oyera mtima onse mwa Khristu Yesu. Abale amene ali ndi ine akupereka moni wawo.
My Christian greetings to every one of God's people. The brethren who are with me send their greetings.
22 Oyera mtima onse akupereka moni, makamaka iwo a ku nyumba ya Kaisara.
All God's people here greet you--especially the members of Caesar's household.
23 Chisomo cha Ambuye Yesu Khristu chikhale ndi mzimu wanu. Ameni.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirits.
