Marko 16
1 Litapita tsiku la Sabata, Mariya Magadalena, ndi amayi ake a Yakobo, ndi Salome anagula zonunkhiritsa ndi cholinga chakuti apite akadzoze thupi la Yesu.
When the Sabbath was over, Mary of Magdala, Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices, in order to come and anoint His body.
2 Mmamawa, tsiku loyamba la Sabata, dzuwa litangotuluka kumene, anali pa ulendo wopita ku manda
So, very soon after sunrise on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb;
3 ndipo anafunsana wina ndi mnzake kuti, “Kodi akatikugudubuzira mwala pa khomo la manda ndani?”
and they were saying to one another, 'Who will roll away the stone for us from the entrance to the tomb?"
4 Koma atakweza maso awo, anaona kuti mwala umene unali waukulu kwambiri wagubuduzidwa kale.
But then, looking up, they saw that the stone was already rolled back: for it was of immense size.
5 Atalowa mʼmanda, anaona mnyamata atavala mwinjiro woyera atakhala ku mbali ya kumanja, ndipo iwo anachita mantha.
Upon entering the tomb, they saw a young man sitting at their right hand, clothed in a long white robe. They were astonished and terrified.
6 Iye anati, “Musaope. Kodi mukufuna Yesu wa ku Nazareti, amene anapachikidwa? Wauka! Sali muno. Onani malo amene anamugonekapo.
But he said to them, "Do not be terrified. It is Jesus you are looking for--the Nazarene who has been crucified. He has come back to life: He is not here: this is the place where they laid Him.
7 Koma pitani, kawuzeni ophunzira ake ndi Petro kuti, ‘Iye watsogola kupita ku Galileya. Kumeneko mukamuona Iye monga momwe anakuwuzirani.’”
But go and tell His disciples and Peter that He is going before you into Galilee: and that there you will see Him, as He told you."
8 Akunjenjemera ndi kudabwa, amayiwo anatuluka ndipo anathawa ku mandako. Sananene china chilichonse kwa aliyense, chifukwa anachita mantha.
So they came out, and fled from the tomb, for they were greatly agitated and surprised; and they said not a word to any one, for they were afraid.
9 (note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) Yesu atauka kwa akufa mmawa pa tsiku loyamba la Sabata, anayamba kuonekera kwa Mariya Magadalena, amene anatulutsa mwa iye ziwanda zisanu ndi ziwiri.
(note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) [But He rose to life early on the first day of the week, and appeared first to Mary of Magdala from whom He had expelled seven demons.
10 Iye anapita ndi kukawawuza amene anali ndi Yesu, amene ankakhuza maliro ndi kulira.
She went and brought the tidings to those who had been with Him, as they were mourning and weeping.
11 Atamva kuti Yesu ali moyo ndikuti amuona, iwo sanakhulupirire.
But they, when they were told that He was alive and that she had seen Him, could not believe it.
12 Zitatha izi Yesu anaonekera mʼmaonekedwe ena kwa awiri a iwo amene anali ku dera la ku mudzi.
Afterwards He showed Himself in another form to two of them as they were walking, on their way into the country.
13 Iwo anabwerera ndi kudzawawuza enawo; koma iwo sanakhulupirirebe.
These, again, went and told the news to the rest; but not even them did they believe.
14 Pambuyo pake Yesu anaonekera kwa khumi ndi mmodziwo pamene ankadya; anawadzudzula chifukwa chopanda chikhulupiriro ndi kukanitsitsa kwawo kuti akhulupirire amene anamuona Iye atauka.
Later still He showed Himself to the Eleven themselves whilst they were at table, and He upbraided them with their unbelief and obstinacy in not having believed those who had seen Him alive.
15 Anati kwa iwo, “Pitani mʼdziko lonse lapansi ndipo mukalalikire Uthenga Wabwino kwa zolengedwa zonse.
Then He said to them, "Go the whole world over, and proclaim the Good News to all mankind.
16 Aliyense amene akakhulupirire nabatizidwa adzapulumuka, koma amene sakakhulupirira adzalangidwa.
He who believes and is baptized shall be saved, but he who disbelieves will be condemned.
17 Tsono zizindikiro izi zidzawatsata amene adzakhulupirira: Mʼdzina langa adzatulutsa ziwanda; adzayankhula malilime atsopano;
And signs shall attend those who believe, even such as these. By making use of my name they shall expel demons. They shall speak new languages.
18 adzanyamula njoka ndi manja awo; ndipo pamene adzamwa mankhwala akupha, sadzawapweteka nʼpangʼonongʼono pomwe; adzasanjika manja awo pa anthu odwala ndipo odwalawo adzachira.”
They shall take up venomous snakes, and if they drink any deadly poison it shall do them no harm whatever. They shall lay their hands on the sick, and the sick shall recover."
19 Ambuye Yesu atatha kuyankhulana nawo, anatengedwa kupita kumwamba ndipo anakhala kudzanja lamanja la Mulungu.
So the Lord Jesus after having thus spoken to them was taken up into Heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
20 Pamenepo ophunzira aja anapita ndi kukalalikira ponseponse, ndipo Ambuye anagwira nawo ntchito pamodzi, ndipo anatsimikizira mawuwo ndi zizindikiro zimene ankachita.
But they went out and made proclamation everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming their Message by the signs which accompanied it.]
