< Levitiko 24 >

1 Yehova anawuza Mose kuti,
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
2 “Lamula Aisraeli kuti akupatse mafuta anyale, a olivi wabwino kwambiri kuti nyalezo ziziyaka nthawi zonse.
“Enjoin the children of Israel [God prevails], that they bring to you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause a menorah ·lamp· to burn continually.
3 Kunja kwa nsalu yotchinga Bokosi la Chipangano, mʼchihema cha msonkhano, Aaroni azionetsetsa kuti nyale ikukhala chiyakire pamaso pa Yehova kuyambira madzulo mpaka mmawa, nthawi zonse. Limeneli ndi lamulo lamuyaya pa mibado yonse.
Outside of the veil of the Testimony, in the Tent of Meeting, shall Aaron [Light-bringer] keep it in order from evening to morning before Adonai continually: it shall be a statute forever throughout all your generations.
4 Aaroni ayatse nyale zimene zili pa choyikapo nyale chagolide wabwino kwambiri kuti zikhale zoyaka nthawi zonse pamaso pa Yehova.
He shall keep in order the lamp candles on the pure gold menorah ·lamp· before Adonai continually.
5 “Mutenge ufa wosalala ndipo muphike makeke khumi ndi awiri ndipo keke iliyonse ikhale ya ufa wa makilogalamu awiri.
“You shall take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes of it: one tenth of an ephah [two omers; 4.6 q; 4.4 L] shall be in one cake.
6 Muwayike pa tebulo la golide wabwino kwambiri pamaso pa Yehova mʼmizere iwiri. Mzere uliwonse ukhale wa makeke asanu ndi imodzi.
You shall set them in two rows, six on a row, on the pure gold table before Adonai.
7 Pa mzere uliwonse muyikepo lubani wafungo lokoma kuti pamodzi ndi bulediyo akhale wachikumbutso cha nsembe yopsereza yopereka kwa Yehova.
You shall put pure frankincense on each row, that it may be to the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire to Adonai.
8 Sabata ndi sabata nthawi zonse Aaroni aziyika makeke amenewa pamaso pa Yehova mʼmalo mwa Aisraeli onse kuti akhale pangano lamuyaya.
Every Sabbath ·To cease· day he shall set it in order before Adonai continually. It is on the behalf of the children of Israel [God prevails] an everlasting covenant.
9 Chakudyacho ndi cha Aaroni ndi ana ake ndipo azidyera ku malo wopatulika chifukwa kwa iye chakudyacho ndi chopatulika kwambiri chochokera pa chopereka chopsereza cha Yehova.”
It shall be for Aaron [Light-bringer] and his sons; and they shall eat it in a holy place: for it is most holy to him of the offerings of Adonai made by fire by a perpetual statute.”
10 Tsiku lina munthu wina wamwamuna amene amayi ake anali Mwisraeli koma abambo ake anali Mwigupto anapita kwa Aisraeli ndipo anakangana ndi Mwisraeli wina ku msasa.
The son of an Israelite [Descendant of God prevails] woman, whose father was an Egyptian [person from Abode of slavery], went out among the children of Israel [God prevails]; and the son of the Israelite [Descendant of God prevails] woman and a man of Israel [God prevails] strove together in the camp.
11 Munthu uja ananyoza dzina la Yehova ndi kulitemberera. Choncho anabwera naye kwa Mose. Dzina la amayi ake linali Selomiti, mwana wa Dibiri, wa fuko la Dani.
The son of the Israelite [Descendant of God prevails] woman blasphemed the Name, and cursed; and they brought him to Moses [Drawn out]. His mother’s name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan [He judged].
12 Anamuyika mʼndende mpaka atadziwa bwino chofuna cha Yehova.
They put him in custody, until Adonai’s will should be declared to them.
13 Ndipo Yehova anawuza Mose kuti,
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
14 “Pita naye kunja kwa msasa munthu wotembererayo. Onse amene anamumva akutemberera asanjike manja awo pamutu pake ndipo gulu lonse la anthu limugende miyala.
“Bring out of the camp him who cursed; and let all who sh'ma ·heard obeyed· him lay their hands on his head, and let all the congregation stone him.
15 Choncho uza Aisraeli kuti, ‘Aliyense wotemberera Mulungu wake alangidwe.
You shall speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], saying, ‘Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.
16 Aliyense wonyoza dzina la Yehova, mlendo ngakhale mbadwa, aphedwe. Gulu lonse la anthu limuponye miyala.
He who blasphemes Adonai’s name, he shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall certainly stone him. The foreigner as well as the native-born, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death.
17 “‘Ngati munthu wina aliyense achotsa moyo wa munthu mnzake, munthuyo ayenera kuphedwa.
“‘He who strikes any man mortally shall surely be put to death.
18 Aliyense wopha chiweto cha mnzake ayenera kulipira china. Moyo kulipa moyo.
He who strikes an animal mortally shall make it good, life for life.
19 Ngati munthu avulaza mnzake, nayenso amuchite zomwe wachitira mnzakeyo:
If anyone injures his neighbor; as he has done, so shall it be done to him:
20 kuthyola fupa kulipira kuthyola fupa, diso kulipira diso, dzino kulipira dzino. Monga momwe anavulazira mnzake, amuvulaze chimodzimodzinso.
fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth; as he has injured someone, so shall it be done to him.
21 Aliyense wopha chiweto cha mnzake, alipire chiweto china, koma aliyense wopha munthu ayenera kuphedwa.
He who kills an animal shall make it good; and he who kills a man shall be put to death.
22 Lamulo la mlendo ndi mbadwa ndi limodzi lomweli. Ine ndine Yehova Mulungu wanu.’”
You shall have one kind of judgment for the foreigner as well as the native-born; for I am Adonai your God.’”
23 Pamenepo Mose anawuza Aisraeli zimenezi, ndipo iwo anatulutsira munthu wotembererayo kunja kwa msasa ndi kumugenda miyala. Aisraeli anachita zimene Yehova analamula Mose.
Moses [Drawn out] spoke to the children of Israel [God prevails]; and they brought out him who had cursed out of the camp, and stoned him with stones. The children of Israel [God prevails] did as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
