Yohane 15
1 “Ine ndine mpesa weniweni, ndipo Atate anga ndiye mwini munda.
I, am the real vine, and, my Father, is, the husbandman.
2 Iye amadula nthambi iliyonse ya mwa Ine imene sibala chipatso, koma nthambi iliyonse imene imabala chipatso amayisadzira bwino kuti ibale zipatso zambiri.
Every branch in me that beareth not fruit, He taketh it away; and, every one that beareth, fruit, He pruneth it, that, more fruit, it may bear.
3 Inu ndinu oyera kale chifukwa cha mawu amene ndayankhula inu.
Already, ye, are, pure, because of the word which I have spoken unto you:
4 Khalani mwa Ine, monga Ine ndili mwa inu. Palibe nthambi imene ingabereke chipatso pa yokha ngati sinalumikizike ku mpesa. Chomwechonso inu simungathe kubereka chipatso pokhapokha mutakhala mwa Ine.
Abide in me, and, I, in you. Just as, the branch, cannot be bearing fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine, so, neither, ye, except, in me, ye abide.
5 “Ine ndine mpesa; inu ndinu nthambi zake. Ngati munthu akhala mwa Ine ndi Ine mwa iye, adzabereka zipatso zambiri; popanda Ine simungathe kuchita kanthu.
I, am the vine: Ye, are the branches. He that abideth in me and, I, in him, the same, beareth much fruit; because, apart from me, ye can bring forth, nothing.
6 Ngati wina aliyense sakhala mwa Ine, iyeyo ali ngati nthambi imene yatayidwa ndi kufota. Nthambi zotero zimatoledwa, kuponyedwa pa moto ndi kupsa.
If one abide not me, he is cast out as the branch, and withered, and they gather them, —and, into fire, they cast them, and they are burned.
7 Ngati inu mukhala mwa Ine ndipo mawu anga akhala mwa inu, pemphani chilichonse chimene mukufuna ndipo mudzapatsidwa.
If ye abide in me, and, my sayings, in you, abide, whatsoever ye may be desiring, ask! and it shall be brought to pass for you.
8 Atate anga amalemekezedwa mukamabereka zipatso zochuluka, ndipo potero mudzionetsa kuti ndinu ophunzira anga.
Herein, was my Father glorified, that, much fruit, ye should bear, and become my disciples.
9 “Monga momwe Atate amandikondera Ine, Inenso ndakukondani. Tsopano khalani mʼchikondi changa.
Just as the Father loved me, I also, loved you: Abide ye in my love.
10 Ngati mumvera malamulo anga, mudzakhala mʼchikondi changa, monga Ine ndimamvera malamulo a Atate anga, ndipo ndimakhala mʼchikondi chawo.
If, my commandments, ye keep, ye shall abide in my love, —just as, I, the Father’s commandments, have kept, and abide in his love.
11 Ine ndakuwuzani izi kuti chimwemwe changa chikhale mwa Inu, kuti chimwemwe chanu chikhale chokwanira.
These things, have I spoken unto you, that, my own joy, in you, may be, and, your joy, may be made full.
12 Lamulo langa ndi ili: ‘Kondanani wina ndi mnzake monga Ine ndakonda inu.’
This, is my own commandment, That ye be loving one another, just as I loved you.
13 Palibe munthu ali ndi chikondi choposa ichi, choti munthu nʼkutaya moyo wake chifukwa cha abwenzi ake.
Greater love than this, hath, no one, That, his life, one should lay down in behalf of his friends.
14 Inu ndinu abwenzi anga ngati muchita zimene Ine ndikulamulani.
Ye, are, friends of mine, if ye be doing that which, I, am commanding you.
15 Ine sindikutchulaninso antchito, chifukwa wantchito sadziwa zimene bwana wake akuchita. Mʼmalo mwake Ine ndakutchani abwenzi pakuti zilizonse zimene ndinaphunzira kwa Atate, Ine ndakudziwitsani.
No longer, do I call you, servants, for, the servant, knoweth not what, his lord, is doing. But, you, I have called, friends, because, all things which I heard from my Father, made I known unto you.
16 Inu simunandisankhe Ine, koma Ine ndinakusankhani kuti mupite ndi kukabereka zipatso, zipatso zake za nthawi yayitali. Choncho Atate adzakupatsani chilichonse chimene mudzapempha mʼdzina langa.
Not, ye, chose, me, but, I, chose you, and placed you, that ye should go your way and bear, fruit, —and, your fruit, should abide: that, whatsoever ye should ask the Father in my name, he might give unto you.
17 Lamulo langa ndi ili: ‘Muzikondana.’
These things, I command you, That ye be loving one another.
18 “Ngati dziko lapansi lidana nanu, dziwani kuti linayamba kudana ndi Ine.
If, the world, is hating, you, ye are getting to know that, me, before you, it hath hated.
19 Inu mukanakhala anthu a dziko lapansi, dziko lapansi likanakukondani ngati anthu ake omwe. Koma mmene zilili, inu si anthu a dziko lapansi. Ine ndakusankhani kuchokera mʼdziko lapansi, nʼchifukwa chake dziko lapansi limakudani.
If, of the world, ye had been, the world, of its own, had been fond; but, because, of the world, ye are not, on the contrary, I, chose you out of the world, therefore, the world, doth hate you.
20 Kumbukirani mawu amene ndinayankhula nanu akuti, ‘Palibe wantchito amene amaposa bwana wake.’ Ngati anandizunza Ine, iwo adzakuzunzaninso inu. Ngati anamvera chiphunzitso changa, iwo adzamvera chanunso.
Remember the word which, I, spake unto you: A servant is not greater than his lord. If, me, they persecuted, you too, will they persecute, —If, my word, they kept, your own also, will they keep.
21 Iwo adzakuchitani zimenezi chifukwa cha dzina langa, popeza sakudziwa amene anandituma Ine.
But, all these things, will they do unto you, on account of my name, because they know not him that sent me.
22 Ine ndikanapanda kubwera ndi kuyankhula nawo, sakanakhala ndi mlandu. Koma tsopano alibe choti nʼkukanira mlandu wawo.
Had I not come and spoken unto them, Sin, had they none; but, now, have they no, excuse, for their sin.
23 Iye amene amadana ndi Ine amadananso Atate anga.
He that hateth me, hateth, my Father also.
24 Ine ndikanapanda kuchita pakati pawo zinthu zimene wina aliyense sanachitepo, iwo sakanakhala ochimwa. Koma tsopano aona zodabwitsa izi, komabe akundida Ine pamodzi ndi Atate anga.
Had I not done among them, the works, which, no other, had done, sin, had they none; but, now, have they, both seen and hated both me and my Father.
25 Koma zatere kuti zikwaniritse zimene zinalembedwa mʼmalamulo awo: ‘Iwo anandida Ine popanda chifukwa.’
But…that the word which, in their law, is written, might be fulfilled—They hated me without cause.
26 “Nkhoswe ikadzabwera imene Ine ndidzakutumizireni kuchokera kwa Atate, ndiye Mzimu Woyera wachoonadi amene achokera kwa Atate, Iyeyo adzandichitira umboni Ine.
Whensoever the Advocate shall come, Whom, I, will send unto you from the Father, The Spirit of truth, which, from the Father, cometh forth, He, will bear witness concerning me;
27 Inunso mudzandichitira umboni Ine, popeza mwakhala nane kuchokera pachiyambi.”
And do, ye also, bear witness, because, from the beginning, ye are, with me,
