Yeremiya 25
1 Yehova anayankhula ndi Yeremiya za anthu onse a ku Yuda mʼchaka chachinayi cha ufumu wa Yehoyakimu mwana wa Yosiya mfumu ya ku Yuda, chimene chinali chaka choyamba cha ufumu wa Nebukadinezara mfumu ya ku Babuloni.
The word which it came to Jeremiah on all [the] people of Judah in the year fourth of Jehoiakim [the] son of Josiah [the] king of Judah it [was] the year first of Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon.
2 Choncho mneneri Yeremiya anawuza anthu onse a ku Yuda pamodzi ndi onse amene amakhala mu Yerusalemu kuti:
Which he spoke Jeremiah the prophet to all [the] people of Judah and to all [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem saying.
3 Kwa zaka 23, kuyambira chaka cha 13 cha ufumu wa Yosiya mwana wa Amoni mfumu ya ku Yuda mpaka lero lino, Yehova wakhala akundipatsa mauthenga ake ndipo ine ndakhala ndikuyankhula ndi inu kawirikawiri, koma inu simunamvere.
Since thir-teen year of Josiah [the] son of Amon [the] king of Judah and until - the day this this three and twenty year[s] it has come [the] word of Yahweh to me and I have spoken to you rising early and speaking and not you have listened.
4 Ndipo ngakhale Yehova kawirikawiri wakhala akukutumizirani atumiki ake onse, aneneri, inuyo simunamvere kapena kutchera khutu.
And he sent Yahweh to you all servants his the prophets rising early and sending and not you listened and not you inclined ear your to listen.
5 Aneneriwo ankanena kuti, “Ngati aliyense wa inu abwerere, kusiya njira zake zoyipa ndi machitidwe ake oyipa, ndiye kuti mudzakhala mʼdziko limene Yehova anapereka kwa makolo anu kwamuyaya.
Saying turn back please everyone from way his evil and from [the] wickedness of deeds your and dwell on the land which he gave Yahweh to you and to ancestors your from antiquity and until perpetuity.
6 Musatsatire milungu ina nʼkuyitumikira ndi kuyipembedza. Musapute mkwiyo wanga ndi mafano amene mwapanga ndi manja anu. Mukatero Ine sindidzakuwonongani.
And may not you walk after gods other to serve them and to bow down to them and not you must provoke to anger me by [the] work of hands your and not I will do harm to you.
7 “Koma inu simunandimvere,” akutero Yehova, “ndipo munaputa mkwiyo wanga ndi mafano amene munapanga ndi manja anu. Choncho munadziwononga nokha.”
And not you have listened to me [the] utterance of Yahweh so as (to provoke to anger me *Q(K)*) by [the] work of hands your for harm of you.
8 Nʼchifukwa chake Yehova Wamphamvuzonse akuti, “Chifukwa simunamvere mawu anga,
Therefore thus he says Yahweh of hosts because that not you have listened to words my.
9 ndidzayitana mafuko onse akumpoto, pamodzi ndi mtumiki wanga Nebukadinezara mfumu ya ku Babuloni,” akutero Yehova, “ndipo adzathira nkhondo dziko lino ndi anthu ake pamodzi ndi mitundu yonse ya anthu ozungulira dzikoli. Ndidzawawononga kwathunthu ndi kuwasandutsa chinthu chochititsa mantha ndi chonyozeka, mpaka muyaya.
Here I [am] about to send and I will fetch all [the] clans of [the] north [the] utterance of Yahweh and to Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon servant my and I will bring them on the land this and on inhabitants its and on all the nations these round about and I will totally destroy them and I will make them into a waste and into a hissing and into ruins of perpetuity.
10 Ndidzathetsa mfuwu wachimwemwe ndi wachisangalalo, mawu a mkwati ndi mkwatibwi, phokoso la mphero ndi kuwala kwa nyale.
And I will destroy from them [the] sound of joy and [the] sound of gladness [the] sound of a bridegroom and [the] sound of a bride [the] sound of a hand-mill and [the] light of a lamp.
11 Dziko lonse lidzakhala bwinja ndi chipululu, ndipo mitundu ina idzatumikira mfumu ya ku Babuloni kwa 70.
And it will become all the land this a desolation a waste and they will serve the nations these [the] king of Babylon seventy year[s].
12 “Koma zaka 70 zikadzatha, ndidzalanga mfumu ya ku Babuloni pamodzi ndi anthu ake, chifukwa cha zolakwa zawo,” akutero Yehova, “ndipo dziko lawo lidzakhala chipululu mpaka muyaya.
And it will be when are completed seventy year[s] I will visit [judgment] on [the] king of Babylon and on the nation that [the] utterance of Yahweh iniquity their and on [the] land of [the] Chaldeans and I will make it into desolations of perpetuity.
13 Ndidzachita zinthu zonse zimene ndinayankhula zotsutsa dzikolo, zonse zimene zalembedwa mʼbuku lino, ndiponso zonse zimene Yeremiya analosera zotsutsa anthu amenewa.
(And I will bring *Q(k)*) on the land that all words my which I spoke on it every [thing] written in the book this which he prophesied Jeremiah on all the nations.
14 Iwo eni adzakhala akapolo a anthu a mitundu yochuluka ndi mafumu amphamvu. Ndidzawabwezera molingana ndi zochita zawo ndi ntchito za manja awo.”
For they will work by them also they nations many and kings great and I will repay to them according to deed[s] their and according to [the] work of hands their.
15 Yehova, Mulungu wa Israeli, anandiwuza kuti, “Tenga chikho ichi chodzaza ndi vinyo wa ukali wanga, ndipo ukamwetse anthu a mitundu yonse kumene ndikukutuma.
For thus he said Yahweh [the] God of Israel to me take [the] cup of wine the rage this from hand my and you will make drink it all the nations which I [am] sending you to them.
16 Akadzamwa adzayamba kudzandira ndi kuchita misala chifukwa cha nkhondo imene ndikuyitumiza pakati pawo.”
And they will drink and they will stagger to and fro and they will act like mad people because of the sword which I [am] about to send between them.
17 Choncho ine ndinatenga chikhocho mʼdzanja la Yehova ndipo ndinamwetsa mitundu yonse ya anthu kumene Iye ananditumako:
And I took the cup from [the] hand of Yahweh and I made drink all the nations which he sent me Yahweh to them.
18 Anandituma ku Yerusalemu ndi ku mizinda ya Yuda, kwa mafumu ake ndi nduna zake kuti ndikawasandutse ngati bwinja ndi chinthu chochititsa mantha ndi chonyozeka ndiponso chotembereredwa, monga mmene alili lero lino.
Jerusalem and [the] cities of Judah and kings its officials its to make them into a ruin into a waste into a hissing and into a curse as the day this.
19 Ananditumanso kwa Farao, mfumu ya ku Igupto, kwa atumiki ake, nduna zake ndi kwa anthu ake onse,
Pharaoh [the] king of Egypt and servants his and officials his and all people his.
20 ndi kwa anthu ena onse a mitundu yachilendo; mafumu onse a ku Uzi; mafumu onse a Afilisti, a ku Asikeloni, ku Gaza, ku Ekroni ndiponso kwa anthu a ku chigwa chotsala cha Asidodi;
And every foreigner and all [the] kings of [the] land of Uz and all [the] kings of [the] land of [the] Philistines and Ashkelon and Gaza and Ekron and [the] remnant of Ashdod.
21 Edomu, Mowabu ndi Amoni.
Edom and Moab and [the] people of Ammon.
22 Ananditumanso kwa mafumu onse a ku Turo ndi ku Sidoni; kwa mafumu a kutsidya la nyanja;
And all [the] kings of Tyre and all [the] kings of Sidon and [the] kings of the coastland which [is] on [the] other side of the sea.
23 ku Dedani, ku Tema, ku Buzi ndi kwa onse ometa chamʼmbali.
And Dedan and Tema and Buz and all [those who] are cut off of [the] corner.
24 Ananditumanso kwa mafumu onse a ku Arabiya ndi mafumu onse a anthu achilendo amene amakhala mʼchipululu.
And all [the] kings of Arabia and all [the] kings of the Arab[s] who dwell in the wilderness.
25 Anandituma kwa mafumu onse a ku Zimuri, Elamu ndi Mediya;
And - all [the] kings of Zimri and all [the] kings of Elam and all [the] kings of Media.
26 ndiponso kwa mafumu onse a kumpoto, akufupi ndi kutali omwe, mafumu onse a dziko lapansi. Ndipo potsiriza pake, idzamwenso ndi mfumu Sesaki.
And - all [the] kings of the north near and far each to brother his and all the kingdoms of the earth which [are] on [the] surface of the ground and [the] king of Sheshach he will drink after them.
27 “Ndipo uwawuze kuti, ‘Yehova Wamphamvuzonse, Mulungu wa Israeli akuti: Imwani, ledzerani ndipo musanze, mugwe osadzukanso chifukwa cha nkhondo imene ndikutumiza pakati panu.’
And you will say to them. Thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel drink and become drunk and vomit and fall down and not you will rise because of the sword which I [am] about to send between you.
28 Koma ngati akana kutenga chikhocho mʼdzanja lako ndi kumwa, uwawuze kuti, ‘Yehova Wamphamvuzonse akuti: Muyenera kumwa ndithu!’”
And it will be that they will refuse to take the cup from hand your to drink and you will say to them thus he says Yahweh of hosts certainly you will drink.
29 Taonani, tsopano ndiyamba kulanga mzinda uno umene umadziwika ndi dzina langa. Kodi inu muganiza kuti simudzalangidwa? Ayi, simudzapulumuka chifukwa ndikutumiza nkhondo pa onse okhala pa dziko lapansi, akutero Yehova Wamphamvuzonse.
For here! on the city which it is called name my on it I [am] beginning to do harm and you certainly will you be exempt from punishment? not you will be exempt from punishment for a sword I [am] calling on all [the] inhabitants of the earth [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.
30 “Tsopano iwe nenera mawu owatsutsa ndipo uwawuze kuti, “‘Yehova adzabangula kumwamba; mawu ake adzamveka ngati bingu kuchokera ku malo ake opatulika. Adzabangula mwamphamvu kukalipira dziko lake. Iye adzafuwula ngati anthu oponda mphesa, kukalipira onse amene akukhala pa dziko lapansi.
And you you will prophesy to them all the words these and you will say to them Yahweh from a high place he will roar and from [the] dwelling of holiness his he will give forth voice his certainly he will roar on habitation his a shout like [those who] tread he will sing to all [the] inhabitants of the earth.
31 Phokoso lalikulu lidzamveka mpaka kumalekezero a dziko lonse lapansi, chifukwa Yehova adzazenga mlandu anthu a mitundu yonse; adzaweruza mtundu wonse wa anthu ndipo oyipa adzawapha ndi lupanga,’” akutero Yehova.
It has come an uproar to [the] end of the earth for a controversy [belongs] to Yahweh on the nations [is] about to enter into judgment he to all flesh the wicked [people] he has delivered up them to the sword [the] utterance of Yahweh.
32 Yehova Wamphamvuzonse akuti, “Taonani! Mavuto akuti akachoka pa mtundu wina akukagwa pa mtundu wina; mphepo ya mkuntho ikuyambira ku malekezero a dziko.”
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts there! calamity [is] about to go forth from nation to nation and a storm great it will be roused from [the] remotest parts of [the] earth.
33 Pa tsiku limenelo, onse ophedwa ndi Yehova adzangoti mbwee ponseponse, pa dziko lonse lapansi. Palibe amene adzawalire kapena kusonkhanitsa mitemboyo kuti ikayikidwe mʼmanda, koma idzakhala mbwee ngati ndowe.
And they will be [those] slain of Yahweh on the day that from [the] end of the earth and to [the] end of the earth not they will be mourned and not they will be gathered and not they will be buried dung on [the] surface of the ground they will become.
34 Khetsani misozi ndi kufuwula mwamphamvu, abusa inu; gubudukani pa fumbi, inu atsogoleri a nkhosa. Pakuti nthawi yanu yophedwa yafika; mudzagwa ndi kuphwanyika ngati mbiya yabwino kwambiri.
Wail O shepherds and cry out and roll in ashes O noble [ones] of the flock for they have been completed days your to slaughter and dispersions your and you will fall like a vessel of desire.
35 Abusa adzasowa kothawira, atsogoleri a nkhosa adzasowa malo opulumukira.
And it will be lost a place of escape from the shepherds and escape from [the] noble [ones] of the flock.
36 Imvani kulira kwa abusa, atsogoleri a nkhosa akulira, chifukwa Yehova akuwononga msipu wawo.
[the] sound of [the] cry of distress of The shepherds and [the] wailing of [the] noble [ones] of the flock for [is] destroying Yahweh pasture their.
37 Makola awo a nkhosa amene anali pamtendere adzasanduka bwinja chifukwa cha mkwiyo woopsa wa Yehova.
And they will be devastated [the] pastures of peace because of [the] burning of [the] anger of Yahweh.
38 Ngati mkango, Yehova wasiya phanga lake, pakuti dziko lawo lasanduka chipululu chifukwa cha nkhondo ya owazunza ndiponso chifukwa cha mkwiyo woopsa wa Yehova.
He has left like young lion lair his for it has become land their a waste because of [the] anger of the oppressor and because of [the] burning of anger his.
