< Yesaya 62 >
1 Chifukwa chokonda Ziyoni sindidzakhala chete, chifukwa chokonda Yerusalemu sindidzakhala chete, mpaka chilungamo chake chitaoneka poyera ngati kuwala, ndi chipulumutso chake chitaoneka ngati sakali yoyaka.
For Zion's sake I will not be silent, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not be quiet, until her righteousness proceeds brightly, and her salvation as a burning torch.
2 Mitundu ya anthu idzaona iwe utapambana pa nkhondo ndipo mafumu onse adzaona ulemerero wako. Adzakuyitanira dzina latsopano limene adzakupatse ndi Yehova.
The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory. You will be called by a new name that Yahweh will choose.
3 Udzakhala ngati chipewa chaulemerero mʼdzanja la Yehova, ndi ngati nduwira yaufumu mʼdzanja la Mulungu wako.
You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of Yahweh, and a turban of kingship in the hand of your God.
4 Sadzakutchanso “Wosiyidwa,” ndipo dziko lako silidzatchedwanso “Chipululu.” Koma dzina lako latsopano lidzakhala “Ndakondwera naye.” Ndipo dziko lako lidzatchedwa “Wokwatiwa.” Chifukwa Yehova akukondwera nawe, ndipo adzakhala ngati mwamuna wa dziko lako.
It will no more be said of you, “Abandoned”; nor of your land any longer will it be said, “Desolate.” Indeed, you will be called “My delight is in her,” and your land “Married,” for Yahweh delights in you, and your land will be married.
5 Monga mnyamata amakwatira namwali, momwenso mmisiri wodzakumanga adzakukwatira; monga mkwati amakondwera ndi mkwatibwi, chonchonso Mulungu adzakondwera nawe.
Truly, as a young man marries a young woman, so your sons will marry you, and as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, your God will rejoice over you.
6 Iwe Yerusalemu, pa malinga ako ndayikapo alonda; sadzakhala chete usana kapena usiku. Inu amene mumakumbutsa Yehova za malonjezo ake musapumule.
I have put watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they are not silent day or night. You who keep reminding Yahweh, do not pause.
7 Musamupatse mpata wopuma mpaka atakhazikitsa Yerusalemu kukhala mzinda umene dziko lapansi lidzawutamande.
Do not allow him to rest until he reestablishes Jerusalem and makes it a praise on earth.
8 Yehova analumbira atakweza dzanja lake. Anati, “Sindidzaperekanso tirigu wako kuti akhale chakudya cha adani ako, ndipo alendo sadzamwanso vinyo wako watsopano pakuti unamuvutikira.
Yahweh has sworn by his right hand and by the arm of his strength, “Surely I will no longer give your grain as food for your enemies. Foreigners will not drink your new wine, for which you have worked.
9 Koma amene amakakolola ndiwo amene adzadye buledi ndi kutamanda Yehova, ndipo amene amasonkhanitsa pamodzi mphesa ndiwo amene adzamwe vinyo mʼmabwalo a Nyumba yanga.”
For those who harvest the grain will eat it and praise Yahweh, and those who pick the grapes will drink the wine in the courts of my holy sanctuary.”
10 Tulukani, dutsani pa zipata! Konzerani anthu njira. Lambulani, lambulani msewu waukulu! Chotsani miyala. Kwezani mbendera kuti mitundu ya anthu izione.
Come through, come through the gates! Prepare the way for the people! Build it, build the highway! Gather out the stones! Raise up a signal flag for the nations!
11 Yehova walengeza ku dziko lonse lapansi kuti, Awuzeni anthu a ku Yerusalemu kuti, “Taonani, chipulumutso chanu chikubwera; Yehova akubwera ndi mphotho yake akubwera nazo zokuyenerani.”
Look, Yahweh announces to the ends of the earth, “Say to the daughter of Zion: Look, your Savior is coming! See, his reward is with him, and his recompense is going before him.”
12 Iwo adzatchedwa Anthu Opatulika, owomboledwa a Yehova; ndipo adzakutchani “Okondwa a Yehova” “Mzinda umene Yehova sanawusiye.”
They will call you, “The holy people; the redeemed of Yahweh,” and you will be called “Sought after; a city not abandoned.”
