Aefeso 3
1 Nʼchifukwa chake ine Paulo, ndili wamʼndende wa Khristu Yesu chifukwa cha inu anthu a mitundu ina.
For this cause, I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,
2 Ndithudi, inu munamva za ntchito yachisomo cha Mulungu imene anandipatsa chifukwa cha inu,
If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me on your account.
3 ndicho chinsinsi chimene chinawululidwa kwa ine mwa vumbulutso, monga ndinakulemberani kale mwachidule.
That by revelation he made known to me the mystery, as I wrote before in few words;
4 Pamene mukuwerenga izi, inu mudzazindikira za chidziwitso changa pa chinsinsi cha Khristu,
By which when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ,
5 chimene sichinawululidwe kwa anthu amibado ina monga momwe tsopano chawululidwa ndi Mzimu wa Mulungu mwa atumwi oyera ndi aneneri.
Which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it is now revealed to his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
6 Chinsinsicho nʼchakuti, kudzera mu Uthenga Wabwino anthu a mitundu ina ndi olowamʼmalo pamodzi ndi Aisraeli, ndi ziwalo za thupi limodzi, ndi olandira nawo pamodzi malonjezo a mwa Khristu Yesu.
That the Gentiles should be joint-heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the Gospel:
7 Mwachisomo cha Mulungu ndi mphamvu zake, ine ndinasanduka mtumiki wa Uthenga Wabwinowu.
Of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effectual working of his power.
8 Ngakhale ndili wamngʼono kwambiri pakati pa anthu onse a Mulungu, anandipatsa chisomo chimenechi cholalikira kwa anthu a mitundu ina chuma chopanda malire cha Khristu.
To me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
9 Ndinasankhidwa kuti ndifotokoze momveka bwino kwa munthu aliyense za chinsinsi chimenechi, chinsinsi chimene kuyambira kale chinali chobisika mwa Mulungu amene analenga zinthu zonse. (aiōn g165)
And to make all [men] see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: (aiōn g165)
10 Cholinga chake tsopano nʼchakuti, kudzera mwa mpingo, mafumu ndi a ulamuliro onse a kumwamba adziwe nzeru zochuluka za Mulungu.
To the intent that now to the principalities and powers in heavenly [places] might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
11 Chimenechi chinali chikonzero chamuyaya cha Mulungu, chimene chinachitika kudzera mwa Khristu Yesu Ambuye athu. (aiōn g165)
According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: (aiōn g165)
12 Mwa Khristu ndi mwa chikhulupiriro chathu mwa Iye, timayandikira kwa Mulungu momasuka ndi molimbika mtima.
In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him,
13 Choncho, ine ndikukupemphani kuti musakhumudwe popeza ndikusautsidwa chifukwa cha inu pakuti masautso angawa ndi ulemerero wanu.
Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.
14 Nʼchifukwa chake ine ndikugwada pamaso pa Atate,
For this cause I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
15 amene banja lililonse kumwamba ndi pa dziko lapansi limatchulidwa ndi dzina lawo.
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
16 Ndikupemphera kuti kuchokera mʼchuma cha ulemerero wake alimbikitse moyo wanu wa mʼkati ndi mphamvu za Mzimu wake,
That he would grant you according to the riches of his glory to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
17 kuti Khristu akhazikike mʼmitima mwanu mwachikhulupiriro. Ndipo ndikukupemphererani kuti muzikike ndi kukhazikika mʼchikondi
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
18 kuti mukhale ndi mphamvu, kuti pamodzi ndi anthu oyera mtima onse muthe kuzindikira kupingasa, kutalika ndi kukwera komanso kuzama kwake kwa chikondi cha Khristu.
May be able to comprehend with all saints what [is] the breadth, and length, and depth, and highth.
19 Ndikukupemphererani kuti mudziwe chikondi chija cha Khristu chopitirira nzeru za anthu, kuti mudzazidwe kwathunthu ndi moyo wa Mulungu mwini.
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye may be filled with all the fullness of God.
20 Tsopano kwa Iye amene angathe kuchita zochuluka kuposa zimene tingapemphe, kapena kuganiza molingana ndi mphamvu zake zimene zikugwira ntchito mwa ife,
Now to him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.
