2 Danieli anati, “Mʼmasomphenya anga usiku, ndinaona nyanga yayikulu ikuvunduka ndi mphepo zochokera mbali zonse zinayi za mlengalenga.
UDaniyeli waphendula wathi: Ngabona embonweni wami ebusuku, khangela-ke, imimoya yomine yamazulu yavumbuluka phezu kolwandle olukhulu.
3 Ndipo mʼnyangayo munatuluka zirombo zazikulu zinayi, chilichonse chosiyana ndi chinzake.
Izilo ezine ezinkulu zakhuphuka elwandle, zehlukile esinye kwesinye.
4 “Choyamba chinali ngati mkango, ndipo chinali ndi mapiko ngati a chiwombankhanga. Ndinayangʼanitsitsa, kenaka mapiko ake anakhadzuka ndipo chinanyamulidwa ndi kuyimirira ndi miyendo yake iwiri ngati munthu, ndipo anachipatsa mtima wa munthu.
Esokuqala sasinjengesilwane, esilempiko zenkozi. Ngakhangela zaze zacuthwa impiko zaso, sasesiphakanyiswa sisuswa emhlabeni, samiswa ngenyawo njengomuntu, sanikwa inhliziyo yomuntu.
5 “Ndipo ndinaona chirombo chachiwiri, chimene chimaoneka ngati chimbalangondo. Chinali chonyamuka mbali imodzi, ndipo chinapana nthiti zitatu mʼkamwa mwake pakati pa mano ake. Anachilamula kuti, ‘Nyamuka, idya nyama yambiri!’
Khangela-ke esinye isilo, esesibili, sasinjengebhere, sazimisa ehlangothini olulodwa, silembambo ezintathu emlonyeni waso phakathi kwamazinyo aso. Basebesithi njalo kuso: Sukuma, udle inyama enengi.
6 “Pambuyo pake, ndinaona chirombo china, chimene chinkaoneka ngati kambuku. Pa msana pake chinali ndi mapiko anayi onga a mbalame. Chirombo ichi chinali ndi mitu inayi, ndipo chinapatsidwa mphamvu kuti chilamulire.
Emva kwalokhu ngabona, khangela-ke esinye, sasinjengengwe, silempiko ezine zenyoni emhlana waso, njalo isilo sasilamakhanda amane, lokubusa kwaphiwa kuso.
7 “Zitatha izi, mʼmasomphenya anga usiku, ndinaonanso chirombo chachinayi chitayima patsogolo panga. Chinali choopsa, chochititsa mantha ndi champhamvu kwambiri. Chinali ndi mano akuluakulu a chitsulo. Chimati chikatekedza ndi kumeza adani ake kenaka chinapondereza chilichonse chotsala. Ichi chinali chosiyana ndi zirombo zoyambirira zija, ndipo chinali ndi nyanga khumi.
Emva kwalokhu ngabona emibonweni yebusuku, khangela-ke isilo sesine, esesabekayo, esethusayo, silamandla kakhulukazi, silamazinyo amakhulu ensimbi, sadla safohloza, sanyathela okuseleyo ngenyawo zaso. Njalo sasehlukile kuzo zonke izilo ezazingaphambi kwaso; futhi sasilempondo ezilitshumi.
8 “Ndikulingalira za nyangazo, ndinaona nyanga ina, yocheperapo, imene inkatuluka pakati pa zinzake. Zitatu mwa nyanga zoyamba zija zinazulidwa mwa icho. Nyanga iyi inali ndi maso a munthu ndi pakamwa pamene pankayankhula zodzitama.
Ngakhangelisisa izimpondo, khangela-ke, kwenyuka phakathi kwazo olunye uphondo oluncinyane; lezintathu zezimpondo zokuqala zasitshunwa ngezimpande phambi kwalo; khangela-ke, amehlo anjengamehlo omuntu aba sephondweni lolu, lomlomo okhuluma izinto ezinkulu.
9 “Ine ndikuyangʼanabe ndinaona “mipando yaufumu ikukhazikitsidwa, ndipo Mkulu Wachikhalire anakhala pa mpando wake. 12 Zirombo zina zija zinalandidwa ulamuliro wawo, koma zinaloledwa kukhala ndi moyo kwa kanthawi.
Mayelana lezinye izilo, umbuso wazo wasuswa, kanti ukwelulwa empilweni kwanikwa kuzo kwaze kwaba yisikhathi esimisiweyo lethuba.
13 “Ndikuyangʼanabe zinthu mʼmasomphenya usiku, ndinaona wina ngati mwana wa munthu, akubwera ndi mitambo ya kumwamba. Anayandikira Mkulu Wachikhalire uja. Ena anamuperekeza kwa Iye.
Ngabona emibonweni yebusuku, khangela-ke, onjengendodana yomuntu weza ngamayezi amazulu, wafika kuMdala wezinsuku, basebemsondeza phambi kwakhe.
14 Anapatsidwa ulamuliro, ulemerero ndi mphamvu za ufumu kuti anthu a mitundu ina yonse, mayiko ndi anthu aziyankhulo zosiyanasiyana apembedze iye. Mphamvu zake ndi mphamvu zamuyaya zimene sizidzatha, ndipo ufumu wake sudzawonongeka konse.
Wasenikwa ukubusa, lodumo, lombuso, ukuze bonke abantu, izizwe, lezindimi kumkhonze. Ukubusa kwakhe kuyikubusa kwaphakade, okungayikudlula, lombuso wakhe ngongayikuchithwa.
15 “Ine Danieli ndinavutika mu mzimu, ndipo zimene ndinaziona mʼmasomphenya zinandisautsa mʼmaganizo.
Mina Daniyeli, umoya wami wadabuka phakathi komzimba, lemibono yekhanda lami yangethusa.
16 Ndinayandikira mmodzi mwa amene anayima pamenepo ndi kumufunsa tanthauzo lenileni la zonsezi. “Kotero anandiwuza ndi kundipatsa tanthauzo la zinthu zonse izi:
Ngasondela komunye wababemi khona, ngabuza kuye iqiniso lakho konke lokhu. Wasengitshela, wangazisa ingcazelo yezindaba.
17 ‘Zirombo zikuluzikulu zinayi zija ndi maufumu anayi amene adzaoneka pa dziko lapansi.
Lezizilo ezinkulu, zozine, zingamakhosi amane, azasukuma evela emhlabeni.
18 Koma oyera mtima a Wammwambamwamba adzalandira ufumu ndipo udzakhala nawo mpaka muyaya, inde ku nthawi zonse.’
Kodwa abangcwele boPhezukonke bazakwemukela umbuso, babe lombuso kuze kube phakade, ngitsho kuze kube nini lanini.
19 “Kenaka ndinafuna kudziwa tanthauzo lenileni la chirombo chachinayi chija, chimene chinali chosiyana ndi zinzake zonse ndi choopsa kwambiri, cha mano ake achitsulo ndi zikhadabo zamkuwa; chirombo chimene chinapweteka ndi kumeza zinazo ndi kupondaponda chilichonse chimene chinatsala.
Lapho ngathanda ukwazi iqiniso ngesilo sesine, esasehlukile kuzo zonke, sisesabeka kakhulukazi, omazinyo aso ayengawensimbi, lenzipho zaso zingezethusi; sadla, safohloza, sanyathela okuseleyo ngenyawo zaso;
20 Ndinafunanso kudziwa za nyanga khumi za pa mutu pake ndiponso ina ija, nyanga imene inaphuka pambuyo pake ndi kugwetsa zitatu zija. Imeneyi ndi nyanga ija yokhala ndi maso ndi pakamwa poyankhula modzitamandira, ndipo inkaoneka yayikulu kupambana zina zonse.

Ngabona, ukuthi loluphondo lusilwa labangcwele, lwabanqoba,
22 mpaka pamene Mkulu Wachikhalire uja anafika ndi kuweruza mokomera oyera mtima a Wammwambamwamba. Tsono nthawi inafika imene anthu oyera mtimawo analandira ufumu.
kwaze kwafika oMdala wezinsuku, lesahlulelo saphiwa abangcwele boPhezukonke; kwasekufika isikhathi esimisiweyo sokuthi abangcwele babe lombuso.
23 “Tsono anandifotokozera kuti, ‘Chirombo chachinayi chija ndi ufumu wachinayi umene udzaoneka pa dziko lapansi. Udzakhala wosiyana ndi maufumu anzake onse ndipo udzawononga dziko lonse lapansi. Udzalipondaponda ndi kuliphwasula.
Watsho njalo: Isilo sesine sizakuba ngumbuso wesine emhlabeni, ozakwehluka kuyo yonke imibuso, sidle wonke umhlaba, siwunyathelele phansi, siwufohloze.
24 Nyanga khumi zija ndiwo mafumu khumi amene adzatuluka mu ufumu umenewu. Pambuyo pake mfumu ina idzadzuka, yosiyana ndi mafumu a mʼmbuyomu; iyo idzagonjetsa mafumu atatu.
Mayelana lempondo ezilitshumi, amakhosi alitshumi azasukuma evela kulo umbuso, lenye izasukuma emva kwawo. Yona-ke izakwehluka kwawokuqala, iwehlisele phansi amakhosi amathathu.
25 Idzayankhula motsutsana ndi Wammwambamwamba ndipo adzazunza oyera mtima ndi kusintha masiku azikondwerero ndi malamulo. Oyera mtimawo adzalamulidwa ndi mfumuyi kwa zaka zitatu ndi theka.
Njalo izakhuluma amazwi imelene loPhezukonke, ihluphe njalonjalo abangcwele boPhezukonke, inakane ngokuguqula izikhathi lomlayo; njalo bazanikelwa esandleni sayo kuze kube yisikhathi lezikhathi lengxenye yesikhathi.
26 “‘Koma bwalo lidzapereka chiweruzo, ndipo mphamvu zake zidzalandidwa ndi kuwonongedwa kotheratu mpaka muyaya.
Kodwa isahlulelo sizahlala, basuse umbuso wayo, ukuthi bawuchithe bawuqede kuze kube sekupheleni.
27 Kenaka ulamuliro, mphamvu ndi ukulu wa maufumu pa dziko lonse lapansi zidzaperekedwa kwa oyera mtima, a Wammwambamwamba. Ufumu wawo udzakhala ufumu wosatha, ndipo olamulira onse adzawalamulira ndi kuwamvera.’”
Njalo umbuso lokubusa lobukhulu bemibuso ngaphansi kwamazulu wonke kuzanikwa abantu babangcwele boPhezukonke, ombuso wabo ngumbuso ongulaphakade, lemibuso yonke izamkhonza ilalele.
28 “Apa ndiye pa mapeto pa nkhaniyi. Ine Danieli, ndinasautsidwa kwambiri mʼmaganizo anga, ndipo nkhope yanga inasandulika, koma ndinasunga nkhaniyi mu mtima mwanga.”
Kuze kube lapha yisicino sendaba. Mina Daniyeli, imicabango yami yangethusa kakhulu, lokucwebezela kobuso bami kwaguquka kimi; kodwa ngalugcina udaba enhliziyweni yami.
