< Danieli 12 >
1 “Pa nthawi imeneyo Mikayeli, mngelo wamkulu amene amateteza anthu a mtundu wako, adzabwera. Imeneyi idzakhala nthawi ya mavuto aakulu omwe sanaonekepo kuyambira pachiyambi cha mitundu ya anthu mpaka nthawi ikudzayo. Komatu pa nthawiyi anthu a mtundu wako, aliyense amene dzina lake lidzapezeke lolembedwa mʼbuku adzapulumutsidwa.
And at that time will Michael, the great prince who standeth for the children of thy people, stand forth; and there will be a time of distress, such as hath never been since the existence of any nation, until that same time; and at that time shall thy people be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
2 Ambiri mwa amene akugona mʼnthaka adzadzuka: ena adzapita ku moyo wosatha, ena ku malo amanyazi ndi chilango chosatha.
And many of those that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to disgrace and everlasting abhorrence.
3 Amene ali anzeru mʼnjira ya chilungamo adzawala ngati kuwala kwa mlengalenga, ndipo amene alondolera ambiri ku njira yolungama, adzawala ngati nyenyezi ku nthawi zosatha.
And the intelligent shall shine brilliantly like the brilliance of the expanse [of the sky]; and they that bring many to righteousness shall be like the stars, for ever and ever.
4 Koma iweyo, Danieli, sungitsa mawuwa, umate bukuli kufikira nthawi ya chimaliziro. Anthu ambiri adzapita uku ndi uko ndipo nzeru zidzanka zikukulirakulira.”
But thou, O Daniel, close up the words, and seal the book, until the time of the end: many will roam about, yet shall knowledge be increased.
5 Kenaka ine Danieli poyangʼana ndinaona anthu ena awiri atayima, wina tsidya lino la mtsinje, wina tsidya linalo.
Then I Daniel looked, and behold, there were two others standing, the one on this side of the bank of the stream, and the other on that side of the bank of the stream.
6 Mmodzi mwa awiriwo anafunsa munthu wovala chovala chosalala amene anali mʼmbali mwa madzi a mu mtsinje uja kuti, “Kodi padzapita nthawi yayitali bwanji kuti zodabwitsazi zidzakwaniritsidwe?”
And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the stream, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?
7 Munthu wovala chovala chosalala, amene anali mʼmbali mwa madzi a mu mtsinje uja, anakweza dzanja lake lamanja ndi lamanzere kumwamba, ndipo ndinamumva akulumbira mʼdzina la Wamoyo ku nthawi zonse uja kuti, “Zidzachitika patapita zaka zitatu ndi theka. Zinthu zonsezi zidzachitika akadzatha masautso amene agwera anthu olungama.”
Then heard I the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the stream; and he lifted up his right hand and his left hand unto the heavens, and swore by the Everliving One that after a time, times, and a half, and when there shall be an end to the crushing of the power of the holy people, all these things shall be ended.
8 Ndinamva, koma sindinamvetsetse. Choncho ndinafunsa kuti, “Mbuye wanga, nanga matsiriziro a zonsezi adzakhala chiyani?”
And I heard indeed, but I understood it not: then said I, O my lord, what shall be the end of these things?
9 Ndipo anandiyankha kuti, “Pita iwe Danieli, pakuti mawuwa ndi osungidwa ndi omatidwa kufikira nthawi ya chimaliziro.
And he said, Go [thy way], Daniel; for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
10 Anthu ambiri adzayeretsedwa nakhala olungama wopanda chodetsa, koma oyipa adzakhala chiyipire. Palibe mmodzi wa anthu oyipa amene adzamvetsetsa koma okhawo amene ali anzeru adzamvetsetsa.
Many shall be selected and cleansed, and purified; but the wicked will deal wickedly, and none of the wicked will understand: but the intelligent will understand.
11 “Kuyambira pamene nsembe ya tsiku ndi tsiku idzathetsedwa ndi kukhazikitsa kwa chonyansa chobweretsa chisokonezo chija, padzapita masiku 1,290.
And from the time that the continual sacrifice will be removed, even to set up the desolating abomination, there will be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.
12 Wodala munthu amene adikirabe nadzafika pa mapeto a masiku 1,335.
Happy is he that waiteth, and attaineth to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.
13 “Koma iweyo Danieli, pitiriza ndipo ulimbikire mpaka matsiriziro. Kenaka udzamwalira. Koma mʼmasiku otsiriza udzauka kuti ulandire gawo lako.”
But thou, go [thy way] toward the end; and thou shalt rest, and arise again for thy lot at the end of the days.
